So Holly is related to Voldemort. Not that she knows it, her grandmother and mother have done their best to protect her from that knowledge. In fact her grandmother moved to America to get away from her brother Tom Riddle, aka Voldemort. Where she fell in love with Holly's late grandfather Xavier Goldestien. They got married and had a daughter, who went to Ilvermorny School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. After she graduated she went on a tour of the world and meet Martin MacFusty. Who runs the dragon reserve on Herbrides, home of the Hebridean Black dragons. His family had run it for centuries. Anyway they fell in love and got married, then had Holly. Who against her grandmother's wishes was enrolled at Hogwarts. Lets follow her journey through Hogwarts.

Holly's POV

Today I start at Hogwarts, I can't wait to see what house I am in. I know my grandmother was in slytherin. But my father was a gryffindor. My mum was a thunderbird at her school. My grandmother wanted me to school in America also. But my mum saw no harm in me going to Hogwarts with Voldemort one. Whoever he is. I need to research him.

"Holly, hand it over" dad says.

"What dad?" I ask innocently. He gives me a stern look. I sigh and hand him the dragon egg I had been trying to smuggle.

"I told you, you can't take a dragon to school" he reminds me.

"But you entrusted her to me" I remind him pouting.

"Mind your father Holly" mum says as she joins us.

"Yes mum" I say.

"She isn't due to hatch until the Christmas holidays and you'll be here. I promise we'll take good care of her" dad assures me.

"It's time to go, your grandmother is meeting us at the station" mum states. I nod and we all leave. We arrive at the station early and I gave my grandmother a big hug.

"Remember if you have any trouble, owl us and we'll bring you home straight away" she tells me.

"I'll be ok" I assure her.

"Know that we'll be proud no matter what house you're in" dad states. I nod and hug them all. Dad helps me get my trunk onto the train and I then find myself a compartment. I was joined by three boys and a girl. I didn't pay them much attention as I was focused on my book.

The train ride was uneventful. The boys left for a little bit and when they came back. One had a bleeding finger. I have no idea why. But I healed it for him and he looked surprised. He thanked me. Then one of the boys introduced himself as Draco Malfoy. Introducing the other two as Crabbe and Goyle. I then told them my first name and the girl introduced herself as Pansy Parkinson. When we reach the station I got into a boat with Pansy and two other girls. Daphne Greengrass and Hannah Abbott.

When we reached the castle, I smiled it was as beautiful as grandmother described and I already felt like it was home. We were all sorted into our houses. I was placed in gryffindor and sat next to Hermione Granger. We spoke to a prefect about our classes. It sucks I won't be able to do Care of Magical Creatures until third year. But I can be patient.

(June 25th, 1995) Abigail's POV

Last night I had received an owl from Professor Dumbledore. Voldemort has returned. Which mean my family is in danger. Professor Dumbledore assured me they'd be safe. Safety measures were already put in place for their protection. Holly would floo straight home from Hogwarts. He offered me protection also. But I told him to take care of my family. I am not afraid of my big brother.

I'm enjoying a cup of tea in a cafe my brother and I used to visit often. I made sure I am alone, not wanting to endanger any muggles. "Hello sister" he says.

"Good evening Tom" I state as I put my cup down. "The years have not been kind to you or your quest to become immortal" I tell him. He looks barely human with his red eyes, no nose and white skin. He'd also lost his hair.

"Did you really think you could hide from me?" he asks.

"Manage to do so for years, you only found me tonight as I wanted you too" I state.

"Why? Think it'll save your family?" he asks me with sneer. "Oh yes I know all about your granddaughter, my great niece along with her parents. I'm sure they are hidden now, but you won't be able to protect them from me forever" he tells me.

"If you kill me, then they will be protected" I tell him.

"Now, why would I want to kill my dear baby sister?" he asks touching my cheek with his cold hand. "I have great plans for you and your family" he tells me with a false smile. I bat his hand away.

"We'll never join you" I tell him. "Kill me or leave Tom" I add. He sighs and draws his wand. I draw mine.

"Must this end in violence?" he asks.

"All you know is violence" I state. "But there is something you can do to end this" I tell him.

"And what's that?" he asks me.

"Feel remorse, come back to me" I tell him pleadingly. He glares and shots a hex at me. I deflect it. We duel for a little while, until I got him with a knock-back jinx. "Goodbye brother" I say and disapparate. Before he can stop me.

"How'd it go?" Rosemary asks.

"He refused to feel remorse, we dueled" I state. "Is the charm in place?" I ask her.

"Dumbledore is doing it right now with Martin and Charlie Weasley" she assures me. "I'm sorry you have to go through this mum. You're right we should of sent Holly yo school in America" she states.

"No, you were right. We can't let fear stop us from living. We just have to be more careful and we must train Holly in defense. Also I think she needs to take Ebony to school with her" I state.

"You want her to take a dragon to school?" she asks shocked.

"Yes, it can live at the magical reserve at Hogwarts. I will go prepare it for her" I tell her. "We must also tell her the truth about our connection to him" I add.

"I know, we'll do it together" she tells me.

"It's done, Charlie is secret keeper" Martin states as he joins us. He wraps his arms around Rosemary. "Are you ok?" he asks me.

"I am fine, thank you for protecting my girls" I tell him.

"We're family" he says with a smile. "Now what was that I heard about Ebony going to Hogwarts with Holly?" he asks.

"She needs protection" I state. He nods his head in agreement. We then all sit down and start to plan for Holly's summer. Along with how to get Ebony to Hogwarts.
