Marinette's POV

( a year later 2 weeks after Marinette 17th birthday )

Me and Adrien were currently looking up at the stars. In the middle of the great wall of China. It was amazing and I loved looking at stars with Adrien. He had his arms wrapped around me from behind and we lean against the edge a little and look up. Tonight the stars seemed to shine brighter than ever.

Adrien: Mar

Adrien then turned me around to face him.

Marinette: yes Adri

Adrien: you know you're the best thing that's ever happened to me , you're my everything my happiness, my love, my best friend, my world, my soul purpose of living I wouldn't and couldn't exsist without you , you're the only one that makes me feel this way so I wanted to ask you something

I was on the verge of tears that was so sweet. Then he went down on one knee and I gasped. The tears started to fall as I smiled. I knew what he was about to ask. He took my hand and looked me in the eye with love and admiration. I looked at him just the same.

Adrien: will you marry me

I couldn't even form words so I just nodded my head yes rapidly. He chuckled and slid the ring on my finger. He then stood up and we kissed passionately for about a minute.

Adrien: I love you so much

Marinette: I love you more

Adrien: I love you most

Adrienette: you don't even know how I love you

We then pecked each other lips softly. I then looked down at the ring and it was beautiful.

Adrien: do you like it

Marinette: I love it

Adrien: thank god I thought I didn't the perfect one

Marinette: Adrien the ring would have been perfect no matter which one you picked even if you didn't get one I would've said yes the only thing that matters is that we love each other and that we're taking another step in our relationship

Adrien: wow see I wouldn't know what I'd do without so perfect and sweet, you have a heart of gold my love and you're one of a kind

Marinette: Why thank mon Chaton I don't know what I'd do without either you're brave,smart, genuine, generous and you're always there for me no matter what and when I doubt myself and think lowly of myself you're always there to tell me otherwise

Adrien: thx bugaboo how about we head back to the castle and get some sleep we're going back to Paris tomorrow

Marinette: ok

We then transformed and went back home. We then changed and went to bed.
