I caught him drilling a deep hole in me while staring, so he was the one who was drilling me while the match. I sweatdropped .

(NO ONE'S) POINT OF VIEW

Kai just turned his gaze away and walked away. and stood out of the room and leaned on the wall listening to the conversation. Tyson says, "so what favor you wanted? I will do whatever you say!!" Rumi just tilted her head and put her finger on her chin and asked, "can you teach me how to beyblade?" 

Everyone stopped , it was like time froze. Tyson broke the silence and punched the air, "yup!! why not? sure I will!!!!" Ray comes forward and asks, "so, do you have a bey." Rumi turned around , "...." but didn't spoke a thing. and hold her right arm tightly. 

~FLASHBACK~

"Don't talk back, you brat." Rumi coughed blood. and apologized. her Dad just continued with his tea time. Rumi was sitting on the ground with blood stained on her dress. and that 8 year old child had eyes horrified. 

A guard came in, "sir, Lady Raven is coming to talk to you." as he bowed. The man put his tea down and said, "take this brat away and make her ready and let her come in." The guard called the butler and dragged Rumi away. while Rumi was dead in eyes.

soon, the lady aka, her mother came to the man, aka her dad. her mother sat in front of her husband and smiled, "it's been a while, isn't it? How's Rumi doing? must have learnt a lot by staying with you." Her Husband smirked and said, "she learns things a lot faster than expected, I am sure she will make a big name to our house! hahaha"  Rumi's mother smiled, "oh my, she is just like you, a fast learner [chuckles]" 

soon Rumi entered the room, wearing a simple yet elegant dress.

Rumi smiled at them and said, "hello Mom, it's been a while. how are you?" her mother opened her arms wide and said, "aw my sweet little cupcake is soo~ mature~ *ruffles Rumi's hair* it was nice that I sent you to your dad" Rumi nodded and said, "mhm, it was nice.." Rumi was getting glared by her father so she pretended to be very happy and giggled, "it was very nice and I am also very happy to see you mother."  

Her mother started to play with Rumi and was talking with her father when Raven asks, "Should we teach her, how to beybattle too?" Rumi's father's glass suddenly broke due to the pressure the man put . Her mother stood up and went to her husband and said, "you should be careful, see you are bleeding now." She took out a handkerchief and wiped the blood. Her dad said, "uh I am sorry sweetheart I was distracted a bit."  Rumi just blankly stared at the couple. as she thought, 'how nice someone can act...' 

Her Father said, "no, she can't do beybattles. it's very dangerous sport for her." Her mother nodded in understandment.

~TIME SKIP~

Rumi was walking around the market as she passed by a beyblade shop. One of the beyblade attracted her attention. She turned to the shop with and came in. A man says, "hey little one! where are your parents? are you lost?" Rumi genuinely smiled at the man and said, "hello sir, my parents are at the places where they should be right now. and no, I am not lost. Actually, I would like to buy that " as Rumi pointed to the beyblade in the showcase. 

the man with Dark Blue hair and Lime Green eyes smiled at Rumi and went and gave her that bey. Rumi examined it, a purple bey with reddish-pink and yellow highlights. it is an attack type with a dual-layer-system. 

The man says, "The motif is of the grim reaper. A right-spin Attack Type Dual Layer in which the upper and lower blades, which are roughly divided into two halves, cut through the Beyblade's opponent."  Rumi had a small smile on her face as she asks, "what's the price?"  The man bent down to her level and said, "it has no price for those who are choosing their first beyblade. and here is .. " He got up and went behind his desk and took out a box, ".. the launcher and the ripcord. " Rumi had a big smile on her face now.  She asks, "so, sir.. may I take it and go back home?" The man chuckled and said, "sure, and my name is Taiga Akanbane, whenever you will need help, you are welcome here."  Rumi then forwarded her hand and said, "My name is Rumi." 

as they both shook hands.

After Rumi happily took the beyblade and said a thank you to him, she went home. 

After reaching home, she went straight to her dorm and closed the door and opened her new beyblade. but then, a sudden knock startled her, she hurriedly put the beyblade back in the box and hide it under the bed and opened the door. as she opened the door she saw her father and coming in while pushing her a side.

her father analyzed the room and the wrapper of the box was not able to get hide away as he bent down and took out the beyblade box, Rumi went to him and said, "sir, please don't open it."  the man pushed her away and opened the box as his eyes got darkened.

He grabbed Rumi by her neck and yelled, "B***H CAN'T YOU OBEY ME OR WHAT??! HOW YOU F***ING BROUGHT THIS ROTTEN THING IN THE HOUSE. " He started to choke her as Rumi was struggling to breath. After few struggled her father slammed her on the bed . as Rumi coughed and took few deep breaths. there were hand prints on her neck now.

Her father took the bey and clutched it in his palm and broke it and as droplets of blood flowed down his hand . He took the destroyed bey and the launcher and rip cord and throwed it in the dustbin. as he walked to the door and adjusted his tie. "DON'T dare to do this again , next time I will hang you up until you nearly feel you will die." 

Rumi's eyes got heavy and her head hurt. She curled up in the bed and sobbed.

~FLASH BACK OVER~

Ray put his hand on her shoulder as Rumi looked up and said , " yeah I do. " Lily came to Rumi and hugged her. and said, "Rei~chan, we should hurry home now.." Rumi picked her up as shadow covered her eyes. " yeah we should..." She looked at them and smiled, "well, let's see when we can practice right?" Tyson was about to speak when Kai interrupted, "yes, meet at the river side at your time ." Rumi tilted her head as Tyson asks, "what do you mean by this?!?! I am the one who will teach her-" Kai turned to him and glared and said, " you go, and practice for your tournament." as Tyson also glared back and said, "man! you don't have to be so bossy. " Kai just glanced at Rumi and walked away . 

Hilary came closer to Rumi and whispers and asks, "have you ever talked to him earlier?" Rumi turned to her and asks, "will that help you?" Hilary shook her head 'no' , Rumi replied, "then, it should not concern you too." as she walked a bit in front. Hilary says, "hmph, it was too rude Rumi." Rumi turned around and slightly glared and lip mimicked  , "so?" Hilary just looked away and crossed her arms.

Lily soon fell asleep in Rumi's arm as Max whispers while poking Lily's cheek, " hey ! see she looks so cute while asleep." Rumi smiled as Tyson also came to see Lily. Rumi says, "well, let's meet soon sometimes again . I should go now. thank you for today by the way." as she flashes a small smile to them.

Everyone waved and said goodbyes and goodnights. 

She started to walk towards her home . in the night . streets all clean and cold breeze blowing . 

(RUMI'S) POINT OF VIEW

It was nice night. I took a deep breath . it's a bit nice to be alone. I was walking ahead when I felt someone following me. I turned around and examined the area. I got a glimpse of grey eyes.

I turned around and started walking a bit fast, but not letting Lily wake up . I protectively tightened my grip on her and turned to a dark alley and went for a short cut and reached home's backyard.

I walked in front and opened the door and entered in. I put Lily in my room and went downstairs to drink some water. and eat some food. wow it's been a whole day and I didn't had the lunch... *sighs* I opened my phone and scrolled through it. I saw a message pop up. It showed.

MRS. MUKAMI

Hello Dear,

I am very sorry but, we won't be able to pick her up tonight, will come in the morning please take care of her and I am very sorry to trouble you.

RUMI

Hello Mam,

it's fine. will meet tomorrow morning then.

MRS. MUKAMI

Thank you so much dear 🥰🥰

You're always welcome mam. and have a nice night.

Same to you dear, hope Lil is not disturbing you.

RUMI

She is not mam, she is asleep now.

I closed the phone, and plopped myself on the couch and looked out of the window. The moonlight was passing the window as all the lights were off. I got up and played a song and calmly listened to it while going to kitchen and making some food for myself.

"she is fast, where did she disappeared ." I said looking where a few minutes ago the girl Rumi was standing. I don't understand, did she found out I was behind her? I looked towards the moon as a smirk formed on my face. she is interesting.
