Yudai ended the call on his Buddy Navi, then sighed. His teammates noticed it. "Looks like someone has something on their mind." Eiden said while looking through his deck. Yudai put his hands behind his head. "I still can't believe that there are two Tai's." "We still can't believe it either, nor the fact that Blair and one of him are missing." Rochelle said. "But we still have a mission to do." "Trust me, I know." He closed his eyes, and just enjoy the train ride. But that peace was short-lived.

There was a sudden stop, and Eian fell over. "Man, what happened?" He said while rubbing his head. Rochelle looked out the window. "Um, guys!" The boys looked out different windows and saw a fighter with a monster that they've never seen before. "I think there's our problem." Rochelle finished. Yudai ran out of the car. "I'll take care of it! You guys check on the conductor!" "Wait, Yudai!" Eian called, but he was already gone. He sighed. "I guess there's nothing we can do." "Yep. That's our leader, one who acts on his feelings. We can't just stand here let's go." "Right."

Yudai was on top of the car facing the fighter.  The fighter looked lifeless. "I'm guessing you're with the Shadow Dragons?" "Shadows will always conquer light." "Take it as a yes." Then the fighter's core deck case changed into a purple dragon head. "So that's what we'll do. Alright then, that was my plan anyway." He transform his deck case too. Spiral appeared beside him. "Be careful Yudai. Who knows what type of deck they're using." "Gotcha Spiral. Don't worry, I'm ready. By the way, do you want to use your new power?" Spiral got excited. "Let's do it!" A light surrounded him. After the light disappeared, Spiral has new armor. His armor is red and yellow and his lance is bigger. "Thunder Knight Spiral Lance Dragon is here and ready." "Nice! Now let's get this fight underway!"

"The Shadows will capture and restrict the light. Luminize, Shadowy Trap!" "Light the blaze! Dragons that sworn to protect! Strong as fire, swift as lightning, and as bold as thunder! "Shadow Restrictors huh?"  "I use Bone Breaker Dragon's effect. I pay one gauge so I can choose a monster on the field. I choose Sword Shield Dragon." "What happens now?" "Now that monster is restricted until my next turn!" "Wait, does that mean...." "No attacks or effects!" Purple chains appear from the ground and chained up Sword Shield. "That means that the Shadow Restrictors' effects are similar to Link Joker's." Yudai thought. "That's fate for you."  "Now I have Bone Breaker attack with Big Bang Mage!" "Bone Fury!" "Big Bang Blast!" "I end." Score: Yudai-5, Opponent-7. 

"Yudai!" "I'm alright. I still got fight left!" "Then let's do this!" "Loud and clear! Draw, charge and draw! Perfect! I pay 2 gauge to equip Thunderblade Dragobreaker and another gauge to change Sword Shield into my buddy, Thunder Knights Spiral Lance Dragon!" Spiral took Sword's place. "We, Thunder Knights will defeat all evil! And that means you!" "Dragoarcher attack!" "Dark Shadow Shield nullifies it!" "I attack with Dragobreaker! I use it's effect! If there's a Thunder Knight on my field, Dragobreaker gain an extra critical!" "Light cannot win. Light doesn't have enough critical." "That's what you think! Spiral's effect activates! If he has a Thunder Knight in the soul, he gains an extra critical!" "No...." "Spiral!" "On it!" Spiral threw his lance towards the fighter and the lance generated electricity. "Thunder Lance Strike!" Final Score: Yudai-6, Opponent-0. After the match was over, purple mist left the fighter, the fighter passed out, and the monster disappeared. "Guess that's over." But suddenly Yudai became light-headed. "Yudai!" Spiral caught him before he fell. He saw him sleeping. "Thank goodness that he's only sleeping. But this means, we're up against an enemy stronger than we thought."
