The fusion war chapter 1

Monsters where everywhere people where being sealed into Cards children where being left behind by mothers everyone was in panic. I kept my hands firmly on my four year little old sister lily while trying to find a safe place for shelter. "nii San why are we running." lily asked me with innocent eyes.

"we aren't running sweetie where playing hide and seek with fusion now I need you to listen to me and stay quiet Kay lily." I told my sister softly so we weren't noticed by the mounting fusion warriors that dared to destroy my home. "ok nii san." lily said before falling asleep in my arms dreaming of dragons and princesses.

I waited a few minutes before leaving my current location hoping to find shelter. I never understood why fusion would destroy our dimension for its own selfish goals but it doesn't matter now the damage has been done.

You might be asking just who am I well allow me to quell your curiosity. after all curiosity killed the cat but satisfaction brought it back right. My name is Emiley kuro yuki which means courageous shadow. I'll tell you a secret my deck isn't just one summoning and neither is Lilly's I use a rare summoning called Ritual fusion it works by discarding a monster that is on the field to the grave then you place another monster that's "alive" and replace the "dead" monster then you fuse the two with the ritual fusion spell card to make bad ass monsters appear.

It's been an hour and I finally found a place to rest little lily and me it also has plants which is great cause I LOVE plants they give us everything we need yet ask for so little it's amazing. I set lily down on my blanket that I had before all of this started cause I don't have parents so I'm responsible for watching my sister. After making sure the door was bolted shut I laid next to lily and tried to get some sleep.

Several hours later I woke up to lily crying so I bolted right up and comforted the crying child as best as I could. "what happened lily chan." I asked worriedly. "I can't find fluffy Emiley nii." the poor girl explained crying. I sighed knowing she wouldn't stop without her stuffed bunny so I brought it out of my bag as well as my stuffed dragon plushie of dark rebellion xyz dragon. "don't worry lily chan fluffy Kun is here to keep you safe." I said playing as the bunny to calm my little sister down. "yay fluffy Kun is here." lily cried happily hugging the bunny when I gave it to her.

"lily chan we have to go look for some water so we have something to drink Kay." I told her. "Kay Emiley nii let's go." she said giving fluffy back to me so I could put him away safely. After doing so I put the blanket and my plushie back in the bag as well and picked up lily so we could make time and hopefully be back by night time.

It took awhile but I found an old water fountain that still had water running thankfully I had a bucket and a watering pot for the plants and set lily down to get the water. "do you think we will get to go back home soon Emiley nii ?" lily asked looking at the water. If you ask me it's kinda hard to tell your little sister that everyone you know and care for are gone so I lied and said that we would eventually.

Suddenly footsteps where heard so I grabbed lily and my bag and ran into an alleyway that was beside the fountain and made a shush sound to lily and she understood and kept quiet. "come out scum I know your nearby." a fusion warrior ordered but me being dumb me I looked at him secretly and call me crazy but I swear when I saw the male I nearly fainted by his looks. He had pink and purple duel colored hair with a fusion duel disk. his attire was Odd though it wasn't the same blue and orange get up that the ordinary soldiers wore so I was kinda curious as to why. oh did I mention that he was so short I mean seriously he looked like Levi from attack on Titan. Yeah THAT short.

My deck began to shine in response to something but I had no idea what so I shifted lily so I could pull out my deck which was strapped to my leg and saw my partner imperial claw ritual fusion dragon begin to roar. "what the hell is happening." I thought to myself and while I was being an idiot and not running i got slammed into a still functional glass window by a purple dragon like figure scaring the living shit out of me and lily. But I held her still and got glass all over me and ended up having cuts in my legs and arms from the impact.

"aww you survived the blow that's sad." the boy said smirking evilly while turning on his duel disk. I quickly got my disk out as well and summoned my partner imperial claw ritual fusion dragon ignoring the pain.

my black dragon pendent that I wore started to shine a silver light freaking me out abit. "so you are my target great now I can't card you damn." the mystery boy said disappointedly.

Oi you could have killed my little sister with that attack you idiot I scolded him not caring if he was my enemy no one hurts lily and lives to see the daylight out of the hospital. "my my your a spit fire like ruri?" the boy said smirking. "Dud your gonna get a pounding for hurting lily Then disrespecting my friend ruri." I shouted about to attack. I'd watch what you say young lady you wouldn't want me to let starve venom hurt your precious little sister would you." the jerk Warned obviously having no heart at all for children.

"Leave Lily alone she did nothing to you she doesn't even have a deck." I lied. Walking up to her and running away with her.

The sick but hot jerk just laughed and started walking behind us like a wolf stalking it's prey. "you can't run Emiley so give up and come with me quietly. " the boy said smirking at my shocked expression when he said my name. "WHO THE HELL ARE YOU!" I asked him enraged and afraid.

The purple dragon spirit flew by and snatched lily from my grasp and gave her to the boy. "tsk you brought this upon yourself Emiley chan." he said and carded my little sister right in front of me. "Lily!!" I was shocked and my emotions where all over the place but he didn't stop there he put the card of my sister in his chest pocket and set his dragon on me. After a few minutes of the dragon clawing at my skin leaving a blood trail whenever I got thrown on the floor the jerk decided that he wanted a go and kicked my already broken ribs.

When he finally stopped he yanked my long dirty blond hair up and whispered in my ear "if you ever want little lily back tell my men the that a boy named Yuri sent you and you'll see me again." Yuri said and smashed my head into the wall and all could i see was his retreating figure before I passed out into darkness.
