"Damn it!" Gabriel curses, slamming his hand on a table. "Furor has evaded me at every turn, nothing about him is straight forward!"

Natalie let out a sigh, saying "You underestimate him, you need to give him a reason to step out into the open.... Perhaps one of the people who work at the bar?"

"Hmmm.... Well, there is one person who I've never found much information on...."

"Spade!" Gin called.

The man in question was a mere 20 years old, he had dark green hair, fair skin, pistachio colored eyes, and he wore a mint green sweater, with black cargo shorts. He also wore white glasses, and black gloves.

"Yes, boss?" He asked politely.

"I need you to check our stock, Nino would do it, but the little shit is currently.... Fixing my FUCKING ROOF!" Gin said, raising his voice at the end.

"Fuck you!" Nino shouted back in response.

"On it!" Spade said, taking out a mint and popping it in his mouth.

He always carried a canister of them on him, saying it helped him focus. A few of the regulars walked in, Gin tending to them as Spade organized things.

"Boss," Spade called. "We're getting low on glasses, some of them were damaged in the fire!" He told him.

"Hmmm.... Tracey, put in an order for more glasses!" He yelled to said girl, Tracey taking out her phone to place the order. "Thanks, Spade. Without you to help me keep things in order, I don't think the bar would've lasted this long." Gin said, before walking away to continue his work.

*Later that day*

Nino yawned, Adrian and him walking towards Marinette's bakery.

"Hey, Nino.... You seem more tired, is everything alright?" Adrian asked.

"Of course, just thinking about a few things. Gin's bar has been doing good recently, and I feel a bit bad for that fire in it the other day." Nino confessed.

"Why don't you ask that one guy for help, Spade." Adrian suggested.

"Eh, he already does enough, I wouldn't wanna mess up his schedule." Nino said, waving off the idea.

"Nino!" A feminine voice said.

Alya crashed into his arm, hugging him.

"Alya, what do you want?" Nino asked.

"Well, I just so happened to notice that your little friend Spade hasn't been seen in a while. Aren't you worried?" She said, smiling at him.

Nino was about to respond, when a peppermint dropped down next to them. Nino was about to touch it, before Alya pushed him away, the mint exploding in a bunch of confetti.

"Greetings citizens!" A voice cheerfully said.

A man who resembled a court jester, albeit a mint green instead of red, bounced from foot to foot, holding a tin of mints in one hand.

"Spade?!" Nino shouted in surprise.

"Spade is long gone, I'm the new future hero, Mint Jester!" The Akuma announced dramatically.

He took out a mint, popping it in his mouth, before snapping his fingers. A motorcycle appeared, Mint Jester hopping on to drive through Paris.

"What happened to Spade?!" Adrian questioned.

"I don't know, but I'm gonna find out!" Nino responded, running off.

*Earlier*

Spade calmly walked, sitting down at a park bench, holding a file.

"Organizing these will be simple, especially without any distractions like at the bar!" Spade said, beginning to sort through them.

As he sorted, someone brushed past him, the papers falling from his hands.

"Oops, apologies!" A girl said, continuing on.

Spade took a deep breath, saying "I can still organize them-"

You get three guesses as to who appeared next, and the first two don't count.

Chloe stepped on the papers, saying "You should really watch where you leave tour things, someone could step on them you imbecile!"

She walked past, letting him lift them back up to inspect them.

"My.... Order...." Spade said slowly, sitting back on the bench.

He took out his tin of mints, looking down in sadness and anger. He didn't notice the black butterfly float towards him, landing on the tin.

"Mint Jester, I am Hawk Moth. You wish for everything to be nice and orderly, in a way that superheroes can't do. I can grant you the power to bring your thoughts to live with each mint you take, as long as you do one thing.... Bring me Furor's miraculous, the brooch of the peacock!"

He looked up, a glare on his face.

"Anything you want Hawk Moth, I'll make everyone in Paris follow my order!" Spade announced, dark energy covering him.

*Present*

"Spade! Spade, where are you?!" Nino shouted.

"Lahiffe! How pleasant!"

He turned around, coming face to face with Mint Jester.

"Spade, you've gotta let the Akuma go. You could hurt people!" Nino says.

"It'll be fine, especially once I retrieve Furor's miraculous!" Mint Jester responded, running off.

"Oh no.... Duusu, spread my feathers!" Nino said, transforming.

Ladybug and Cat Noir were in the middle of fighting the super villain, before Furor ran in.

"Bring my creation to life!" Furor shouted, releasing a giant snake. "Spade! Spade, listen to me! I cannot let you get the brooch of the peacock to Hawk Moth!" Furor said, deciding to perch on top of a building ledge.

Mint Jester chewed onto two more mints, bringing to life two mint versions of Ladybug and Cat Noir.

He ran towards Furor, lifting him by his throat.

"Give me one good reason that I shouldn't just strip that miraculous from your body at once!" Mint Jester demanded, reaching for the brooch.

".... Here's one.... SPREAD MY RAGE!"

The color of Furor became a bold crimson color, his skin turning a peach red. He released an Amok, the Sentibeing becoming a massive scorpion. It let out a ferocious hiss, Furor throwing his fan to knock the mints away from Mint Jester.

"Cataclysm!" Cat Noir shouted, grabbing the container.

The Akuma flew out, Ladybug saying "Time to de-evilize!"

She captured the Akuma, purifying it shortly after.

"Miraculous Ladybug!" She shouted, the magical ladybugs repairing all the damage that Spade did.

He changed back, looking around in confusion, saying "What happened?"

Furor came over to him, saying "You turned into an Akuma. Don't worry, everything's fine now."

"Cat Noir, take Spade back to the bar. Furor.... We need to talk." Ladybug said.

Cat Noir gave him a pitying glance, before brushing past him. Once they were out of earshot, Furor let out a sigh.

"I'm guessing that this isn't a friendly talk, Ladybug?" Furor questioned, looking to face her.

"No. Furor, this was nice at first, but real people are getting hurt now because of you having possession of the peacock miraculous. You need to give it up." Ladybug said.

Furor remained silent, Ladybug continuing.

"Hawk Moth can't get the miraculous, and as Ladybug it's my job to help keep things balanced. You shouldn't have used the peacock to begin with. Please, let me take it back to the guardian."

".... You know, back when Hawk Moth destroyed those buildings, my family lived in one of them. I've been hunted, attacked, threatened, and so much more.... Sorry, Ladybug. I'm in far too deep to stop now. Especially when he's still got a hold of Duusu's best friend."

Furor snapped his fingers, a smoke bomb going off.

"And when I do find him...." Furor began to say, vanishing from sight.

"I'm going to kill him."
