When you're a diabolical mastermind trying to conquer and/or destroy the world, you need A. Some cool black clothes, B. A sweet evil laugh, and C. Some goons of lesser intelligence, such as these two henchmen tag teams.

For this match, I'll be using the Bebop and Rocksteady from the 2012 reboot of the series, since these are arguably the best versions of these two.

****(Scanty and Kneesocks)****

Last Name: Daemon

Gender: Female

Species: Demon

Occupation: Demon commanders and assistants of the mayor of Daten City, Corset.

Backstory: Daten City is... bizarre to say the least. Some roads are loopty loops, ghosts attack the city every other day, and everyone is named after clothing... for some reason. One of the main causes of these problems is the mayor Corset, who you can tell is evil not because he wants to open a portal to Hell and he's pretty much the devil, but because he sounds like freaking Frieza. Regardless, whenever it's not enough to send a ghost to wreck stuff up, he sends in his "Daughters", Scanty and Kneesocks (whether or not they're actually Corset's kids is debatable, but that's what they claim while walking amongst humans). As part of Corset's plans, Scanty and Kneesocks were sent to Daten City's High School to maintain a secret underground ghost making facility. However it was here that the Daemon sisters first met their arch enemies, the angels named Panty and Stocking Anarchy, who ultimately destroyed the facility and humiliated Scanty and Kneesocks. This would be the first of a number of clashes the Daemon sisters would have with the Anarchy sisters.

Fighting Styles:

Scanty- Much like her Angel rival, Scanty is a gunslinger with pinpoint accuracy. She also has skill in hand to hand combat, pummeling and humiliating her opponent as much as possible.

Kneesocks: Kneesocks prefers scythe combat, with enough skill to match Stocking.

Weapons:

Scanty- In a fashion almost identical to Panty, Scanty's underwear can transform into a pair of revolvers with infinite ammunition. The guns can also combine to form a shotgun.

Kneesocks: When entering battle, Kneesocks'... Well, kneesocks, transform into demonic twin scythes sharp enough to cut through practically anything, which she wields with inhuman skill.

Powers: The main ways they use magic is by turning their weapons into clothes. They can also transform into their demon forms, which seem to enhance their abilities and let them fly.

Strength: Both possess superhuman strength, though neither have many impressive strength feats. However Scanty has matched Panty, who could tear through solid wall like wet paper.

Speed: They've moved so fast they appear to be blurs. Kneesocks has swung her scythes faster than the eye can see.

Toughness: This may be one of their greatest attributes. They were once used by Corset as human... Er, demon shields, to block bullets, and the sisters didn't even bleed.

Feats: They've matched Panty and Stocking in combat more than once, even when the two were in their full powered angel forms, established dominance over the high school in less than a day's time, and even concocted a successful plan that turned Panty and Stocking into zombies.

Weaknesses: They may be formidable in combat... But they are HORRIBLE strategists. Almost all of the plans they come up with are asinine and backfire on them horrifically. Like the time they tried to demoralize and humiliate Panty and Stocking via a bet, only for them to lose the bet. Or the time they put Panty and Stocking on trial and framed them for murder, only to be thwarted by a talking monkey lawyer that references Phoenix Wright... I can't make this stuff up. And remember that genius plan that got Panty and Stocking zombified? Well, Scanty and Kneesocks got zombified too. Not helping the situation is Scanty has a bad temper, and both sisters will lose it when faced with rule breakers (ironic for badguys). But if they can get past their ridiculous weaknesses, they're a deadly demonic duo due to destroy any damned dummies with dreadful determination.

****(Bebop and Rocksteady)****

Real Names: Anton Zeck and Ivan Steranko

Gender: Male

Species: Mutants (believe it or not they were once human)

Occupation: Shredder's henchmen

Backstory: It seems New York City is never a safe place to live. If it's not the countless badguys from the Marvel universe threatening this poor city, it's the clan of ninjas known as the Foot Clan, led by the fearsome Shredder. However there was one problem... Well, four problems. Four green mutant problems. Anytime the Foot Clan tried to pull something, these teenage mutant ninja turtles would thwart these plans. Eventually the clan came up with a plan so crazy it just might work, "let's screw with our goons, mutating them into monsters". Naturally, Shredder wasn't gonna experiment on one of his own. So instead they picked some "volunteers". This was the master thief Anton Zeck and Russian arms dealer Ivan Steranko. The two had tried to steal Shredder's helmet, so the spiky ninja lord had no problem experimenting on them as punishment. The result turned them into the beastly mutants, Bebop and Rocksteady. With this new power, the two were ready to take on even the turtles.

Fighting Styles:

Bebop- As a master thief, Bebop fights using his skills as an athlete and a thief, mixed with some of his high tech weapons.

Rocksteady- Much like an actual rhino, Rocksteady uses his brute strength to try and overwhelm opponents, and is an excellent marksman.

Weapons:

Bebop- He possesses a number of high tech gadgets and weapons. His suit has a cloaking device for invisibility and he possesses an energy Mohawk, energy belt, shurikens that explode into a bunch of microchips, a visor with X-Ray vision, and a tub of glue... Really, REALLY strong glue.

Rocksteady- His weapons of choice include (but are not limited to) knuckle dusters, a hammer, a sickle, a minigun giant iron fists, a flamethrower, a scattergun, a rocket launcher, and a modular backpack. Then there's the matter of, you know, that big ass rhino horn of his.

Powers: They don't have "powers" per se, but their animal features have enhanced their physical abilities and their senses.

Strength:

Bebop- Beyond ordinary humans, but hardly has any real strength feats.

Rocksteady- As a walking talking White Rhinoceros, he has some impressive strength, more than enough to easily lift people with one arm. He once went horn to horn with one of the brutal Triceratons.

Speed:

Bebop- likely comparable to a real warthog, that can run at up to 30 miles per hour.

Rocksteady- likely comparable to a real white rhino, which can run at up to 31 miles per hour.

Toughness:

Bebop- he's endured a body slam from Rocksteady, which is no small feat...

Rocksteady- He was once blasted by a security blaster and wasn't even phased.

Feats: They've defeated multiple of the ninja turtles, captured the sometimes a ninja sometimes a snake lady Karai, and when the 2012 series crossed over with the old 90's series, this Bebop and Rocksteady completely pummeled their 90's counterparts.

Weaknesses: They may be better than the other versions of themselves, but they're still pretty dimwitted, and a clever enough opponent can outsmart them. They also lose to the Ninja Turtles more often than not. Even so, I'd hate to be the one to tick them off.

****(The Match)****

It's a lovely day at the beach, though there are only six people there. On one end of the beach was Panty and Stocking, while at the other were the teenage mutant ninja turtles. But unbeknownst to the heroes, not far away at all, Scanty and Kneesocks were planting several bombs into the sand.

"And you're certain they'll walk into this trap dear sister?" Scanty asked.

"Of course." Kneesocks nodded, "And when they get close enough they'll be hit with the biggest explosion of their lives. IF they survive, they'll be on a one way trip to space."

"Oh you're brilliant dear sister." Scanty complimented, making Kneesocks blush as they finished planting the mines.

"You're too kind..." Kneesocks said, then noticed some... peculiar guests arriving and coming towards the trap they'd set. "Hold on!" she exclaimed, confronting the new arrivals, Bebop and Rocksteady, "You imbeciles, whoever you are, leave now."

"Yes, leave or we'll make you leave." Scanty hissed. Bebop and Rocksteady looked at each other before sharing a chuckle.

"I'd like to see you little girls try." Rocksteady grinned. The two mutants then froze in confusion as the Daemon sisters removed some of their undergarments.

"Whoa, hold on..." Bebop began, "Are they gonna do what I think they're-" suddenly the clothing transformed into guns and scythes, "Oh... Nevermind."

"We warned you." Scanty and Kneesocks hissed as Rocksteady and Bebop got out some weapons.

FIGHT!!!

Rocksteady threw a punch, his knuckle dusters just barely missing Scanty's face as she dodged, then threw a punch. Rocksteady and Scanty traded blows.

Bebop pulled out some shurikens and threw them at Kneesocks, who moved to dodge. Suddenly the shurikens exploded, sending microchips everywhere. Kneesocks quickly twirled her scythes, destroying each chip with ease. Suddenly, Bebop turned invisible. Kneesocks kept her guard up, gripping her scythes. She felt a few impacts hitting her unexpectedly. She groaned, keeping her guard up. She then slashed behind her, knocking Bebop back. He groaned as he became visible. Kneesocks then followed up with several rapid slashes.

Rocksteady punched Scanty back, making her cough from the impact.

"Alright, you're strong..." Scanty groaned, then gripped her guns, "But are you fast?" Rocksteady began to charge, his horn pointed at the green haired demon before him. Scanty smirked, effortlessly dodging, then shooting Rocksteady several times. The bullets didn't seem to hurt much as he aimed another attack. She dodged and shot some more as he attacked again. "It doesn't matter how strong or tough you are, if I keep pounding away at you, you'll go down!" she grinned, dodging and kicking Rocksteady across the face. He snarled as she took a moment to chuckle. Rocksteady then grabbed Scanty's face and threw her away. She recovered as Rocksteady pulled out a rocket launcher and shot at her. Scanty aimed and shot. Her bullet hit the rocket, causing a large explosion as Scanty combined her guns, making a shotgun.

Kneesocks knocked Bebop back, smirking as she walked up to him.

"Is that all...?" she asked. Suddenly, she found she couldn't walk anymore, as her feet were now literally glued to the ground. "What the...?!" She gasped as her opponent got up. Bebop then landed several blows, knocking her back as he threw some more shurikens, which exploded, showering Kneesocks in microchips. She gasped in pain.

Rocksteady busted out his minigun, firing rapidly at Scanty. She dodged and shot the gun out of his hands.

"That's enough!" she hissed at him, "I am above you you dull creature! And I won't be beaten by-"

Suddenly Rocksteady grabbed her legs and slammed her on the ground a few times. He looked at the dazed demon in his grasp, then slammed her a few more times before throwing her over at Kneesocks. The demon girls fell over as Rocksteady cracked his knuckles.

"You ingrate!" Scanty hissed, "Sister, let's end this now!"

"Yes sister." Kneesocks agreed as the two changed, going into their true demon forms.

"Wha...?" Rocksteady and Bebop gasped as the demons licked their lips.

Kneesocks moved faster than the eye could see, slashing the two as Scanty blasted them with her guns. The two struck a pose for a moment, then the mutants collapsed, bleeding.

"Hmph, not bad for a couple abominations." Kneesocks said, pushing her glasses up the bridge of her nose a bit.

"Almost as annoying as those Angel whores." Scanty agreed.

"Ugh... my head..." Bebop groaned as he and Rocksteady woke up.

"What's this? Still alive?" Kneesocks asked with a slight smirk.

"Ugh, what the heck lady?" Rocksteady groaned, "How're we supposed to crush those annoying goody two shoes down there."

"Hold it..." Scanty began, "You want to crush the nuisances down there too?"

"Course." Bebop nodded.

"Then perhaps we can help each other." Kneesocks suggested, "If we all hate them, we may as well join forces."

"Hmph... fine, for now." Rocksteady said.

"Well then, let's crush them!" Scanty grinned evilly, preparing to walk ahead.

"Wait sister!" Kneesocks gasped, "That's where we planted the-"

As Scanty took a step forward, a click could be heard. Everyone froze, sweat dropping.

"Mines..." Kneesocks finished her sentence with a whimper.

BOOM!!!

In an enormous fiery explosion, Scanty, Kneesocks, Bebop, and Rocksteady were sent flying into the distance, becoming a twinkle in the sky.

"... Did you hear something?" Stocking asked Panty.

"You mean like a loud boom followed by distant screams?" Panty rose an eyebrow.

"Exactly." Stocking nodded.

"Nope." Panty shrugged.

****(The Results)****

This fight was very close. Scanty and Kneesocks held plenty of advantages. If they're the same age as their rivals, they're much older than Bebop and Rocksteady, hence more experienced. They were also smarter than the two mutants, and with skin thick enough to block bullets, they could take a serious beating. However, Rocksteady was tougher and stronger than the two, and both he and Bebop had more than enough gadgets and weapons to make this tricky for the Daemon sisters. However there were a couple good factors that broke this standoff.

One of the most important factors in this fight was the difference in speed. The Daemon sisters weren't just faster, they were SIGNIFICANTLY faster. Bebop and Rocksteady could run at around 30 miles per hour, maybe more if they pushed themselves. However, with faster than eyesight speeds, Kneesocks could move at over 9,000 miles per hour. That's 300 times faster than Bebop and Rocksteady, and Scanty isn't much slower than her sister. With speed like this, it's a miracle Bebop and Rocksteady could land any good hits at all. To be fair, Bebop and Rocksteady have faced a much wider variety of foes. But Scanty and Kneesocks have matched Panty and Stocking even when they were in their full power angel forms, which could certainly beat the ninja turtles in terms of power. It was a close match, but ultimately, the Daemon sisters were able to wear down the mutants' absurd durability.
