The lion. The king of the jungle. The beast among beasts. This fierce creature is practically royalty in the animal kingdom. And now we've got two warriors so fierce, they possess the hearts of lions themselves.

For this fight, Jarrod will not be granted access to his zword, as that is part of the request for this fight

****(Jarrod)****

Also known as: Black Lion Warrior

Gender:  Male

Species: Human

Occupation: Power Ranger

Backstory: Jarrod was one of three students tasked with guarding a chest holding an evil known as Dai Shi. But since Jarrod himself was a bully, he wasn't really very good at his job, and he accidentally released the Dai Shi, which then possessed his body. But don't worry, he eventually got free from the Dai Shi’s control, then joined the Power Rangers because, why not? With these new allies, he would help fight against Dai Shi.

Fighting Styles: Jarrod excels in martial arts.

Weapons: When he needs to, he can dawn the Black Lion armor, which boosts his abilities.

Powers: Jarrod can use Zocato power, an anger-fueled energy that can beat three jungle rangers. He can use this with both dark and light powers, and can even shoot energy blasts.

Strength: Jarrod’s strength is beyond impressive. Even without his armor, he's strong enough to send people flying.

Speed: He's easily faster than the average person.

Toughness: In a fight with Casey, he toughed out going through a solid brick wall like it was nothing.

Feats: He successfully dispelled the Dai Shi from his body, held his own against others like himself, and was a crucial part in weakening the Dai Shi so the other Rangers could beat him.

Weaknesses: He might be tough, but he's hardly perfect. He has his limits, and he's pretty arrogant. Even so, never underestimate the Black Lion Warrior.

Full Name: Leone

Gender: Female

Species: Human

Occupation: Assassin

Backstory: In the world of Akame Ga Kill, the Empire is… well, crazy. It's corrupt and the rich are free to do anything they please, even abduct innocent bystanders and torture them to death. This is because the emperor is merely a child, being manipulated by his corrupt Prime Minister, Jafar style. Enter the revolutionary army, a rebel army determined to destroy this corruption for good. This is where Night Raid comes in, a group of master assassins specifically trained to take down the corrupt government officials. Each member had their own unique weapons and skills, and one of its best is Leone.

Fighting Styles: When she enters battle, Leone prefers hand to hand combat, punching and kicking her targets to death. And as an assassin, she's an expert at stealth and manipulation.

Weapons: Like her fellow Night Raid assassins, Leone has a Teigu, a unique legendary weapon forged long ago with special powers unique to each Teigu. In Leone’s case she wields The King Of Beasts Transformation, Lionel, which is the belt she wears. When activated, Lionel greatly enhances Leone’s physical abilities and senses, while giving Leone herself the beastly traits of a lion.

Powers: Lionel grants Leone a number of powers. There's the standard superhuman strength, speed, etc. Her senses, such as sight, smell, and hearing are enhanced, and she even has a sixth sense that can warn her of incoming danger. But arguably her best power is her regeneration, Lionel’s trump card that lets her heal quickly from most wounds.

Strength: Leone possesses superhuman strength, capable of killing most opponents in a single punch, Saitama style. She once lifted a baddie named Trooma and slammed him on the ground hard enough to break the ground and kill Trooma.

Speed: Leone possesses insane speed, and doesn't really seem to get tired from using such speeds. Complimenting this is her sixth sense and reaction time, which makes her quick enough to stop an incoming knife by grabbing it in her teeth.

Toughness: Leone can take a serious beating. She's survived being practically mutilated by one of the biggest baddies in the series, Esdeath. You know, that chick that loves torturing people and can easily kick a man's face off.

Feats: Leone has gone toe to toe with some of her world's strongest fighters and came out on top, manipulated countless people, and infiltrated multiple highly guarded areas without getting detected in the slightest. She even defeated Honest, the corrupt Prime Minister himself. In fact, she was crucial in helping her allies kill Honest for good.

Weaknesses: She may be awesome, but she's not flawless. She loves to fight, maybe a little too much. But more importantly, her regeneration has its limits and can't regrow lost limbs. Even so, there's a reason why she's one of Night Raid’s best assassins and if you're unlucky enough to be her target, you're about to find out that reason.

****(The Match)****

It was a dark night on the cold streets. Jarrod was walking the streets. The only other person around was Leone, who was walking past him. As she walked past, she bumped into Jarrod and kept walking. It took Jarrod only a moment to realize his money was gone. He quickly turned and attacked Leone, who blocked with a slight glare. The two jumped back, gripping their fists.

FIGHT!!!

Leone quickly ran up and threw a couple punches. Jarrod blocked, then aimed a kick at Leone’s head. Leone dodged and countered, knocking him back.

“Not bad…” Jarrod remarked.

“Not bad yourself.” Leone smirked, readying her fists. The two exchanged blows once more before Jarrod landed a punch across Leone’s face. She countered with a kick to Jarrod’s chest. The two jumped back. Jarrod then equipped his Black Lion Armor. “Wait, you've got a Teigu?” Leone asked, surprised, “Two can play at that game!” she then activated her Teigu, going into her more beastly form. She smirked at Jarrod, then ran up with a punch to the gut. Leone then laid into him with several punches and kicks. Jarrod countered, landing an uppercut to Leone’s jaw. Jarrod then followed up by shooting a blast that sent Leone flying. She recovered, wiping some blood from her lip. Leone sent a few more blasts at Leone, who dodged, then landed a kick to the side of Jarrod’s head. He stumbled back, then grabbed her leg and threw her into a wall. She groaned as she recovered. Leone then sped at him with a barrage of blows. He aimed a counter, but Leone suddenly caught his fist, smirking. She then landed a series of devastating hits, finishing with an uppercut that knocked Jarrod out cold. Leone smiled cutely, dangling Jarrod’s wallet in front of the unconscious black lion before walking off.

****(The Results)****

These two were highly skilled Lion themed fighters, but ultimately, Leone was better than Jarrod in almost every category. She was faster, stronger, and more experienced than Jarrod. She's fought deadlier foes too. Plus, with her speed and sixth sense, she was capable of dodging, blocking, and countering most of Jarrod’s attacks. Even when he did land some hits, Leone's regeneration made sure it wasn't fatal. Even with his impressive armor and powers, Jarrod was simply overwhelmed.

In all fairness, Jarrod wasn't completely helpless. His energy blasts gave him better range, his armor is arguably better than Leone's skimpy outfit, and if he were granted access to his Zword, this fight could have potentially had a different result. However, given the conditions of this fight, he stood little chance against Leone, who had him beat everywhere else.
