Storytime:
Today, I had to carry a guitar , my school bag, my PE kit and a key down 2 floors. I was clearly struggling and this guy in my music was like, "Do you need help?" I said no. And then he said, "No that's alright. I'll carry your guitar."
And that was just so nice, idk, small gestures of kindness make me happy.
