The moment Yoongi opened the door, Holly came dashing towards Yoongi. He raised her two paws, leaning on Yoongi's shin, and barked happily. With a warm smile plastered on his face, he cooed at his cute dog as it wagged its tail happily. He crouched down and picked the waiting Holly up.
He heard Jimin chuckle behind him, making the older turn to him.
"What?" Yoongi asked with a scowl on his face.
Jimin just shrugged, his stifled laughter still clear on his face. "I don't know, hyung. Who would've known that only a small dog can thaw that ice cold heart of yours?"
"I don't even know what you're talking about," Yoongi said as he sat on the couch, Jimin following suit.
Upon finally noticing Jimin's presence since she was too busy doting at her master, Holly barked happily and hopped from Yoongi's arms to Jimin's surprised ones.
Yoongi watched in hidden pleasure as Jimin lifted Holly up and rubbed his nose against the dog's, giggling all the while.
"Did you even hear yourself coo at Holly, hyung?" Jimin asked, now cuddling the dog in his arms.
Yoongi was confused for a second what Jimin was talking about, but then he realized that it was in continuation of their conversation.
"Oh, uh...cooing? What shit are saying, Jiminie? Min Yoongi does not coo."
Jimin turned to him with a smirk. "Well, you just did. About a few minutes ago."
"You're imagining things again," he retorted.
"Anyway hyung, where are the files that we need to tackle down? You said they were important, right? We should start now," Jimin said, even though he looked like he was not gonna let go of Holly anytime soon.
Yoongi tapped the pillow he had grabbed, thinking quickly. He had lied. There were really no important files, and most importantly, there were no files in his house at all.
That time, Jimin had taken a awhile even though all he did was buy Yoongi lunch. And so, Yoongi had began to get worried. Like, seriously worried. He might had overreacted since Jimin had been gone for only twenty minutes, but nobody knew what could happen to a chirpy and overly-friendly marshmallow like Jimin, right?
And so, Yoongi had stood up from his desk and went over to the door. Just as he had slightly opened the door, he had caught sight of Jimin and Mr. Comics Face aka Shin Asshole Daesuk talking right outside his fucking office.
Seriously, if Yoongi had just not been a reasonable and unbelievably kind human being, he would've fired Daesuk a long time ago.
He had strained his ears to listen to the conversation of the two, shutting up the voice in his mind that said eavesdropping was absolutely rude.
Yoongi was no fool. It had been clear that Daesuk was about to ask Jimin out or something. And so, out of impulse, Yoongi had emerged from his hiding and announced that they need to take care of some 'important' files in his place.
Why he had thought of bringing Jimin to his house was beyond's Yoongi's imagination.
And that brought them here.
With Jimin looking at him expectantly and waiting for Yoongi to show him the nonexistent files.
"Umm...well, it's here," Yoongi said, remembering that he had accidentally brought the folder containing the resume of new applicants yesterday.
He stood up and grabbed the folder that was in his room's desk and went back to his living room where he found Holly licking Jimin's nose. It was a very nice sight, Yoongi must say.
It looked like Holly approved of Jimin.
"Here you go," Yoongi said, flopping back on his sofa.
Jimin placed Holly down on his lap, still giggling a bit. He picked up the folder and scanned it, running his fingers over the white pages.
Yoongi watched him, drinking the cold water he had brought with him on his way to the living room. Jimin's eyes slowly furrowed, and he frowned even more the further he scanned the pages.
"Hyung?"
"Hmm?"
"This is the files for the records of the new applicants in Seonchul..."
"It is."
"But...are you sure this is the files you're talking about?"
"Affirmative."
"But hyung," Jimin said with a confused voice, his adorable face turning to meet Yoongi's eyes. "This is just a record of new applicants."
"And?"
"And this is not important at all! This is not even your job! Aren't you supposed to give this to the Coordinator's Office?"
Yoongi coughed. "Well, even the slightest detail is important, Jiminie. Always remember that."
With a one scrutinizing eyebrow raised, Jimin asked Yoongi, "And what am I supposed to do with this?"
"Umm...review it."
"Review?" Jimin's said flatly, giving Yoongi a dead look.
Yoongi was a bit insulted. He was supposed to be the one who's doing all that sarcastic shit. He couldn't believe how much Jimin lacked in originality.
"Yes, Park Jimin, review."
Jimin crossed his arms and narrowed his eyes, turning his body to face Yoongi whilst making sure Holly won't fall.
"First of all, that is still the job of the Coordinator's Office. Second, reviewing this small list of names hardly falls into the category of 'important'. And lastly, I don't understand why we should do this in your house."
Yoongi scoffed at that. "Why? Is it because you'd rather go on a stupid date with Mr. Comics Face? Psh. I apologize then for ruining your plans."
"What? I don't even understand what you're saying, hyung," he said as he glared at him hotly.
"Oh really? Aren't you supposed to go out for lunch with him?" Yoongi said with a smirk as Jimin's eyes widened from being caught. Yet again.
"Okay fine! I admit, he did ask me that. But I was about to say no, anyway. I was planning to tell him that I was going to have lunch with you."
"Well, you didn't sound like you were about to deny him," Yoongi muttered to himself, looking away.
Unfortunately, his complains reached the younger's ears.
"Wait! Hyung, were you eavesdropping?"
"W-what?! Why would I even do that?!" Yoongi asked, feigning nonchalance. "Will you stop accusing your boss? I believe you still have a job that needs to be done, Secretary Park."
Jimin huffed in annoyance and proceeded to review the files inside the folder. Yoongi asked Jimin if he wanted some juice, but the younger declined with another huff.
Yoongi hid his smile as he subtly glanced at his sulking secretary.
Holly rolled unto her back, probably demanding a belly massage. The movement disturbed Jimin's concentration, but he barely cared, proceeding to give in to the dog's wished while he held out the folder using one hand.
"Holly-ah! You're disturbing Jiminie. Come here, babe," Yoongi called.
In his disappointment, Holly only looked at him for a second, then turned away to rub her furry face against Jimin's legs.
Yoongi couldn't believe this.
His dog just betrayed him.
"Holly, come here you little epitome of adorable shit!" Yoongi called again.
And just the same, Holly looked at him for a second for the sake of acknowledging him, then went back to rolling around on Jimin's lap.
Jimin snorted at the painful rejection.
"Min Holly! Are you turning your back at me now? You think you can take care of yourself already? You can't even clean your own shit. Like, the literal shit."
Jimin chuckled, lowering the folder slightly to meet Yoongi's annoyed eyes. "Looks like I'm Holly's new favorite."
Jimin and Holly was conspiring against him.
He's sure of it.
Probably they created some club with half-assed name like Irresistibly Cute Club in which they make plans to bring down a hot and full of swag man like Yoongi.
Yoongi narrowed his eyes at his dog who barely cared about him now.
This brown marshmallow. Yah, doesn't mean that you've already met your co-marshmallow citizen, you'll already forget about your handsome owner.
"It's probably because I'm cuter, hyung," Jimin spoke up, breaking Yoongi's train of thought.
The younger placed the folder on the table, showing Yoongi that he had already finished the very 'unimportant' task, and lifted Holly again who barked in excitement.
"Yah!" Yoongi interrupted the moment. He was honestly not sure to which he should be jealous.
Both were ignoring him and both had long forgotten the overflowing kindness that one Min Yoongi showed them.
"I haven't eaten lunch yet. I thought you said you're gonna cook for me!" Yoongi said, gaining the attention of the two.
Jimin smiled sheepishly. "Oh yeah, I forgot."
He immediately stood up, put Holly down on the sofa, and walked towards the kitchen.
Yoongi's eyebrows knitted in wonder. How did Jimin know where's the kitchen?
Oh yeah, it was the place where they first met.
Where he had kicked Yoongi in the crotch.

The memory of their first kiss still lingered in Yoongi's head.
In his defense though, it had happened the previous night only. It wasn't even 24 hours yet. And now, that certain boy was here inside his house, cooking him some kind of noodles.
Yoongi gave Holly a weak scowl when the dog came trotting unto his lap, resting his small head on his paws when he settled.
"Now you've come back," Yoongi muttered, but still petted his beloved Min Holly.
Yoongi sighed, mind going back to 'their' kiss.
He was not stupid. He knew that there was this huge chance that Jimin...likes him. After all, truth always seeped out whenever one was drunk, right?
What was that quote again?
Oh yes.
In wine, there is truth.
Yoongi bit his lip. "Holly...do you think Jimin likes me back?"
Looked up and barked once.
"Do you think I should do something about it?"
Wagged her tail and barked twice.
"Do you think I should do something now?"
This time, Holly jumped at his face and never stopped barking.
Yoongi never saw a pissed off dog yet...until now.
"Okay okay. Calm down. I'll head to the kitchen. Happy now?" Yoongi said, holding Holly up away from his eyes.
Holly blinked at him.
"While Jimin and I do some smoochy smoochy in there, you behave in here, okay?"
The dog barked.
Now satisfied, Yoongi nodded and placed the dog who was giving him a very judgmental stare down, then he went to the kitchen.
When he entered, he was met by the view of Jimin with his eyebrows furrowed in concentration, his one hand holding up a spatula while the other was holding his phone.
The recipe was probably in his phone.
Yoongi approached the younger and placed both his hands on either side of Jimin's body, leaning against the counter.
"You're cooking noodles but you're using spatula?" Yoongi asked, voice hovering over Jimin's ears.
Jimin visibly jumped a bit, startled by Yoongi's sudden presence.
"H-hyung! You almost gave me a heart attack!"
Yoongi chuckled. "You using my spatula to cook noodles is also giving me a heart attack, Jiminie."
Yoongi watched as Jimin's nape turned red. "I was just poking the noodles with it!"
"Hmm, really?"
"A-and... I also needed something to stir the sauce so..."
"I believe there is a more appropriate utensil to use for that, Chim Chim."
Jimin just flushed even more.
"Don't me so mean, hyung! I'm trying my best here and yet you're embarrassing me!"
Good. This was the entry he was looking for.
"Why are you even ashamed? You've already embarrassed yourself enough to last for a lifetime last night."
Jimin jerked upon hearing this, his body stiff and straight.
"What...do you mean? What's so bad with asking for cuddles?"
"Let's just say that I lied on that bit."
"Wait, what?!" the younger exclaimed, whipping around so fast he almost knocked Yoongi off.
And of course, in Yoongi's great great delight, their faces ended up so close to each other. So close that if Yoongi would just tilt his head a bit, they would kiss.
Jimin visibly blushed, his cheeks and ears turning into a deeper shade of red. The younger stepped back with the little space left until his butt hit the counter.
Yoongi grinned inwardly when he remembered that this was exactly their position that time when he asked Jimin to be his secretary.
Oh, and it was also in a kitchen.
Only Jimin's though.
"W-what did I do?" Jimin asked, his noodle recipe long forgotten as he unconsciously put down the spatula and his phone.
Yoongi leaned until his mouth was hovering over Jimin's ear. And with a low voice, he whispered huskily, "You offered to do a striptease for me."
When Yoongi leaned back, he was almost unable to stifle his chuckle. Jimin's face was an utter example of dread, the kind that you see in prank shows.
"Are you even serious?"
Yoongi nodded, now laughing.
"Hyung! Don't make fun of me! This is not funny!" Jimin said, voice desperate as he gripped Yoongi's shoulders. He was probably hoping that he'd get the truth out of Yoongi by doing that.
Yoongi, with his hands still firmly on either side of Jimin, recovered from his laughing fit. "I'm dead serious Park Jimin."
"B-but..."
"You dragged me into your room. Very naughty, indeed," Yoongi said, clicking his tongue.
Jimin narrowed his eyes. "Why didn't you do anything to stop me?"
"What am I but a human being with his own weakness," Yoongi answered him.
The younger boy's eyes widened impossibly. "So...I stripped?"
Yoongi leaned forward until their noses bumped into each other. "I think it failed to register in your mind what a gentleman I am."
Jimin snorted.
"I basically stopped you from changing into your office uniform," Yoongi continued.
"I don't understand. Why would I change into my office uniform?" Jimin asked, his eyebrows knitting together in an adorable way that made Yoongi want to kiss his forehead.
"It was a role play of some sort. You being my secretary and me being your boss. You wanted to seduce me as if we are in the office and all that shit," Yoongi explained a bit awkwardly because unwanted images suddenly appeared in his head.
Jimin blushed and looked away. "I'm so stupid!" he muttered to himself.
"Well anyway," Yoongi said, coughing slightly, "it didn't happen so no need to worry. Something else took place though..."
This made Jimin snap his head towards Yoongi, his eyes conveying nothing but nervousness.
"Something else?"
"Yep, something else."
"What...do you mean by that?"
Yoongi inhaled deeply. "Maybe it's better if I demonstrate it."
And with that, Yoongi leaned in, closing the distance that was left between them as he pressed his lips against the other boy's.
He felt Jimin gasp, in which Yoongi took the chance to dive his tongue into the cavern that was Jimin's mouth. The younger boy mostly tasted of coffee and a bit of carbonara sauce. Yoongi's hands slid into Jimin's waist, holding the younger in place as he ravaged his mouth further, exploring every corner.
Jimin moaned, his grip on Yoongi's shoulder tightening. He kissed back with as much intensity and enthusiasm, making the older boy a bit surprised.
Yoongi pulled back for awhile, the need for oxygen overpowering him. Jimin too was panting, but his eyes were dilated and looked like he would grab hold of Yoongi's hair and smash their face together the moment he got to breathe three times.
Which he did, by the way.
Talk about innocent marshmallows.
Jimin's hands slowly glided down Yoongi's torso, and the next thing Yoongi knew, Jimin's hands were tucking out his button-up shirt and crawling under it.
The older boy was about to slip his hand under Jimin's own shirt only for the younger to suddenly shove him away in a haste.
With widened eyes and mouth agape, Jimin whispered, "What's that smell?"
Yoongi scrunched up his face, now realizing that there was indeed a strange smell.
"Something like...burning?"
Seconds later, Yoongi was rudely pushed away. And before he realized it, there was a black smoke coming from the counter behind Jimin.
Jimin hastily turned off the stove and grabbed a large towel to put out the ensuing fire which was thankfully not that large, or Jimin's back would have burned.
The two boys stared at the pan of burned carbonara sauce and odd looking fat noodles.
"I guess you'll have to eat the takeaway, hyung."
---•---| Y<3J |---•---
Jimin and Yoongi lay cuddling on the couch with Holly.
The two was yet to clear the status of their relationship. After eating the takeaway food and giving Jimin disturbing smirks and suggestive winks, Yoongi fell asleep.
And yes, that's how Jimin ended up tangled with Yoongi on the couch, Holly inserting herself between them.
Jimin sighed contentedly.
Did his hyung just kiss him?
As he stared at Yoongi's peacefully sleeping face, he couldn't help but reminisce the feel of Yoongi's lips against his. He probably should thank Taehyung for forcing him to drink that tequila.
Suddenly, the doorbell resounded, snapping Jimin out of his staring adventure.
"Hyung..." Jimin said softly, shaking his sleeping hyung lightly. "Hyung, there's someone at the door..."
Yoongi groaned and waved his hand dismissively. Jimin rolled his eyes.
He got up and walked towards the door. When he opened it though, he was met by a beautiful smiling stranger.
The said stranger had doe-like eyes like Jungkook and her smile showed that she has a single dimple that was on her right cheek.
"Umm..." Jimin uttered stupidly.
The girl's face turned into a frown. "Is Yoongi here?"
"Uh, yes. Wait, I'll just call him and-"
"Oh, you don't have to. You must be his friend. I can assure you that I am allowed to enter Yoongi's house," she said with a serene smile that, for unknown reasons, made Jimin wary.
Should he listen to what the girl was saying? He's not really comfortable with letting strangers enter Yoongi's house.
"Umm..." Jimin struggled.
He was about to ask the girl's name when a cold voice spoke behind him. "What are you doing here?"
Jimin turned, finding a glaring Yoongi.
Err, what exactly was happening here?
"Oh hi, Yoongi. Been a long time since we've seen each other," the girl said with a smirk.
"And I would have been happier if it would be longer," Yoongi said, tone monotonous.
"Aw, you never change, do you?" the girl said.
Jimin looked from Yoongi to the girl and back. His hyung was scowling darkly as if he was seeing something really disgusting.
What was happening? Who was this girl? Why was she smirking, by the way? Why was Yoongi pissed off? There were so many questions and-
"Jimin," Yoongi spoke up suddenly, his glaring eyes never leaving the girl. "You volunteered to walk Holly earlier, right? Why don't you do that right now?"
Jimin recognized his cue to leave.
"Alright, hyung."
