(Aries David POV)

Everyone in this school knows that if they ever lay a finger on my ginger, that would be the last of them.

That's right, nobody even dares to touch Easton when I am around and I hope it is the same situation whenever I am not with him. Meanwhile, I am currently in the Geometry class right now and it is the only subject I like just because of the fact that it is the same class that Easton and I share. He is just sitting a few rows away from me but damn, his presence has an overwhelming impact on me.

"Okay class, next Wednesday, we are going to have a dyad quiz, which means each and every single one of you are going to have to pair up with someone here to help you with the problem solving. You may begin finding your partners now." He announced.

Everyone started dispersing and I turned around to look for Easton and I saw him pairing up with Ali, which slightly breaks my heart. Can't he understand the fact that he needs to be with me and only me? I ran to him and greeted him.

"Hey, wanna be partners?" I asked.

"Oh sorry, I'm with Ali already." Easton said.

"Oh, that's okay Easton! You pair up with Aries here, and I'll pair up with Nicole over there." She said.

"What?! But we've been partners for like how many quizzes already, and we're both good in geometry." He said.

"Hey! I'm good in Geometry too." I defended.

"Trust me, he really is, Easton. He just doesn't show it. He's smarter than he looks." Ali said.

"Ouch!" I said as I put my hand on my chest and created a pout on my face.

"Are you sure, Ali?" Easton said, clearly worried that he's going to get a dumb partner. Well, he clearly doesn't know me.

"I am sure, Easton!" She said.

"Alright."

As soon as Easton turned his back on Ali, Ali gave me a thumbs up and has mouthed 'I got you' to me. 'Thank you', I mouthed back to her.

"So partner, shall we?" Easton said. Suddenly, the school bell rang and everybody started packing their things up.

"Okay guys, I hope you have paired up with someone already and take your free time as a chance to study together so you can help each other in the quiz. Thank you and have a great day everyone, you are all dismissed." He said before walking out of the classroom.

"Oh man! Can you meet me at the pool by 4:30?" I asked.

"Um...I think so." Easton stuttered.

"Cool, I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I still have to do my training."

"It's fine." He smiled and my heart skipped a beat from the sight of seeing him smile. He is too adorable, I can't handle it.

"Well then, see you later, ginger!" I said as I bid farewell to Easton. Oh boy, I'm looking forward to this day so much. We are going to have fun together.
