Xanxus: SHUT UP TRASH!!!

Author-chan: Well I hope you enjoy the story and bye. RUN FOR IT!!! *Runs off while Xanxus destroys everything*

(Reader's POV)

"Oh (y/n)! What do you think of this one?" Lussuria asked holding up another dress.

When we left the meeting he immediately grabbed me and dragged me off to buy a dress. We've been here for an hour already and we have 4 hours left.

'Ugh!! I DON'T like dresses! Cant we just sneak in without being seen?! At least it's better than wearing a skirt... Please don't tell me the remaining 4 hours are going to be spent in this ridiculous store!'

"Never mind, I think this one will suit you better!" He is now holding up a pink dress with dazzles along the waist and stomach. It shows most of your back- wait its PINK!!!

"NO, NO, NO!! I don't even want to wear a stupid dress! There is no way you're going to get me to wear anything pink!!" I shout.

Now half the store is staring at us but I don't really care. Don't they have something to do, like, i don't know, get a life and mind their own business!! This is gonna take awhile.

(Time skip)

(Xanxus' POV)

The party is taking place not that far away so I told everyone know that we'll leave 15 minutes before. That way, we can arrive there when most of the people are already there and not stand out too much.

"VVOOOIII!! WHAT'S TAKING SO LONG! HURRY-"

*CRASH*

"SHUT UP TRASH!"

I threw a glass at Squalo to shut him up. It worked because now he's just mumbling under his breath. All of us are waiting on (y/n) and Lussuria because he wanted to do her makeup and she was apparently fighting him on it. Levi got annoyed and went to the limo to wait. Just when we're all getting very impatient...

"Oh, don't get you panties in a bunch Squalo. Here is our beautiful Cloud princess!" Lussuria introduces.

Walking down the stairs behind Lussuria is...(y/n)? She's wearing a (f/c) sleeveless dress with a white lace design adoring the waist. White lace also covered the top above the chest area while the lower part of the dress below waist flows down loosely but tastefully. Her hair is up in a low bun with braids going into it and her usual bangs are now curled on the side of her face revealing her whole face. She also has on black ankle pumps, while fingerless lace gloves that go up to her elbow, and a black velvet choker with one of her dog tags on it. The red earrings she's wearing are actually like Bluetooth headsets without the microphone. She gets to the bottom of the stairs and gives us a bored look.

"If you guys keep your mouths open you'll catch flies in them. Come on, we've used up enough time." She says in a monotone voice walking toward the door.

"Awww. Don't be like that (y/n)! It was hard getting you to let me put makeup on you. Besides, you look very attractive dressed like that." Lussuria whines still at the base of the stairs.

(Y/n) freezes and turns around to face us with a quick grin. He's right, she does look very attractive, but I don't like that grin she just had.

"I know and thank you Luss. Can we go now? Please? I don't want to make us anymore late than we already are." She tilts her head with a small pout and puppy dog eyes.

With that, we all blush a bit except for Lussuria. At seeing this, she starts bursting into laughter, holding her stomach.

(Reader's POV)

After I pulled that little stunt, I glance over at them and they know have a bit of blush. I couldn't contain my laughter. It's moments like these when it's fun to be a female! I mean, come on, a bat of my eyelashes and they get all stiff. Luss said that to get more information I should try to act a bit more feminine. At first, I was completely against it, but it seems like it'll be quite fun to do it off and on.

"VVOOOIIIII!! WHAT WAS THAT STUPID GIRL!?!?"

"Yeah yeah. Says the one who blushed the most! I wanted to test something out and it worked. Now let's go." I retort walking off ignoring all of their complaints.

'Actually, Xanxus blushed the hardest so what was that about. I'm probably just thinking about it too much. Hold on Kougami, we're coming.'

(Time skip)

When we arrived at the mansion where the party was being held, I noticed that most of the men were discussing something leaving the women to have small chit chat with one another. I told Xanxus to see what the men were discussing and I'll do the same with the women.

I headed over to the snack bar by the group of women and ate a few strawberries while listening in. They were mainly talking about gossip and the latest trends. I left and headed over to the bar. I remembered what Luss told me about being more feminine so I tossed aside my craving for beer and just ordered a glass of red wine.

"Oh, don't you look lovely." A guy that seemed to be in his late thirties said. His breath stank of liquor so I could tell he's already drunk. I finished the wine but he kept on staring at me.

"Thank you and if you'll excuse me." I started to walk away but he suddenly grabbed my wrist. Out of instinct, I flip my wrist, grab his, and began to crush it.

"Well, I see you still have a short fuse (y/n)." I release the man's wrist and turn to see Kougami.

"Aw, Kougami. Do you know her?" The drunk man says still eyeballing me.

"Yeah, she's my girlfriend so I'll appreciate if you keep your hands off of her." Kougami replies, slipping an arm around my waist and taking me away from the bar.

"Thanks but I could've taken care of it you know." I tell him.

We head over to the balcony and close the doors behind us. I look up and see that the sky is covered in stars, and its beautiful. Not to mention the full moon.

"Yeah but still, and about that whole girlfriend thing-"

"It's alright. You were just trying to help me out. Although I would've preferred to have shattered his wrist into pieces, but what can I do?" I shrug my shoulders and he laughs.

"What are you doing here anyway? I thought you were in southern Italy."

"I was, but now I'm the Cloud guardian for Varia." I flash him a 'victory' smirk and he chuckles. "We were sent here to see what happened to you and why you lost contact. They said its been months." He stares at me with a bit of surprise in his eyes but then they soften.

"I didn't loose contact, I cut it off. They started doubting that I was with them and having to constantly check in wasn't helping. I cut it off and got into a higher position within, now I have more than enough information to destroy them. Today was gonna be my last day with them, then I was going to return back to the Vongola tomorrow. But since you guys are here, I might as well leave tonight." Kougami explains.

'So he was safe. That's good.'

I sigh in relief and Kougami looks at me with a bit of worry. Then I inhaled and punched his arm really hard.

"Hey, what was that for?!"

"That was for making me worry, baka." We both laugh until Xanxus walks onto the balcony with a scowl.

"THIS IS WHERE YOU RUN OFF TO TRASH! TO GO AND FLIRT WITH THIS SCUM!!"

(Third person POV)

Xanxus was mad, no jealous. Jealous that some other guy was so close to (y/n) but he would never admit it. (Y/n) didn't get it but Kougami did.

"Xanxus, this is Kougami. The guy we were supposed to take back with us. He's also a friend of mine." (Y/n) explained.

Xanxus just growled and Kougami just smirked. Xanxus was fed up so he grabbed (y/n)'s wrist and dragged her off into a hallway ignoring her complaints. When that were far enough, he pushed her into the wall and glared at her.

"Hey, what's your deal?" (Y/n) growled, annoyed by his attitude.

"Why were you flirting with that scum?!"

(Reader's POV)

'Wait a second...'

"Xanxus, are you jealous?" I asked with a playful smirk.

"What is that supposed to mean?!" He replied. Yup, he's jealous.

"You do know that I got the information we came for right? He cut off connection and he's coming with us when we leave. They were becoming suspicious of him so he had to do something. There's no need to be jealous." I explain. He just growled again and glared at me to see whether or not I was telling the truth.

"Then what did you mean when you called him a 'friend' of yours?"

I grabbed Xanxus' arm that was holding my wrist and pushed it back just enough for me to move my arm. I then slid around him and flashed him a warm smile.

"It's exactly as I said, BAKA!" I said walking back to Kougami with Xanxus following.

(Kougami's POV)

(Y/n) and 'Xanxus', I believe his name was, returned and she gazed up at the stars.

"When are you guys leaving?" I ask.

"Right now. This party is pretty lame. Nothing but gossip girls and drunk men. Plus, I really want to get out of this dress!"

She jumps over the balcony before I could stop her and lands on the ground with ease. She flashes Xanxus and me a grin and walks off like nothing. She just jumped off the balcony on the 3rd story in heels and a dress and just walks off.

"Good to know she hasn't too changed much." I smile and jump off.

We soon catch up to (y/n) and she said she felt like walking, so walking it is. We have some idol chit chat about what we've been doing over the years and occasionally look up at the stars. I can feel Xanxus glaring a hole into my back and its getting irritating. (Y/n) must have noticed because she narrowed her eyes and smirked at Xanxus.

"You know Xanxus, instead of continuously checking Kougami out, you could just ask him out, though I'm not sure he'll accept."

"WHAT WAS THAT TRASH!?!?" Xanxus shouts glaring at her.

"You're gonna pay for that!" I say punching my palm with an evil smirk.

"Well, YOU'VE GOT TO CATCH ME FIRST!" She yells back running off.

Xanxus and I start chasing after her through the streets. People stare and sweat drop but don't do anything since she's giggling like an innocent child. I thought we would've caught up to her since she's in a dress and heels but we are still behind.

'Jezz. Chloe probably forced her to train in different types of clothing to be prepared for different situations. She really hasn't changed after all these years though.'

We run off into the night chasing her and it gives deja vu. Just like old times.

(Third person POV)

In the shadows and in the trees are Squalo, Bel, and Levi. Fran went back to the mansion saying that he was bored and Lussuria stayed at the mansion to cook.

"WHERE ARE THEY VVOOOIIII!!!" Shouts an annoyed Squalo.

They later return back at the mansion to find that Xanxus and (y/n) had returned hours before and were just sitting on the couch watching a movie. Belphegor simply walks back to his room talking about punishing the 'princess' in the morning, Levi frowns thinking that the boss doesn't care about him, and Squalo...

"VVOOOIIIIIII!!! WHY DIDN'T YOU USE THE HEADSET I GAVE YOU STUPID BOSS! YOU LEFT US BEHIND VVOOOIIII!!!"

*CRASH*

*BANG*

*CLANG*

Xanxus, still annoyed with (y/n) being close to Kougami, threw yet another glass at the captain's head; (y/n), upset because she was still hungry, gut checked him; and Kougami, who was not in the mood to hear someone yelling (courtesy of Xanxus), kicked him sending the poor shark into the wall, destroying it.

All three turned back around and continued to watch the movie and eating as if nobody had interrupted them. Yup, just another normal day at Varia.
