No idea what to paint?

Fill empty eggshells with paint and toss them at an empty canvas!!

Make sure you do this in an open space or somewhere where it's okay to get paint splattered; the eggshells must be complete or partially complete to hold paint. You can try to tape up cracked shells but complete shells with a hole to fill with paint are best.

Fill these with any color you want and throw at a clean canvas.
Even if the painting doesn't end up to your liking, it should be a pretty fun activity to get stress and pent up feelings out of your system!
