Finally, rest!

A lot of things occurred lately, first, a crazy man attacked us from no where, eh, I don't want to think about it.

Our main goal was to get Menotieus, but, It changed. Our main goal now was to find Yuraki, since, I don't know , it depends on Triss.

I snuggled on my sleeping bag, wanting to sleep. It was night time, If couldn't sleep.

Ah, Screw that! I'm done talking!

I removed my glasses and out it beside me. Seeing the twinkling, shiny stars and the bright moon above me, it makes me sleepy.

"Erin, Wake up. ."

I woke up suddenly after hearing that voice, as I sat up,I grabbed my glasses and I could see Meg sitting beside me.

"Oh, Meg. You scared me." I said while stretching my arms. "Who told you to wake me up?"

"Nobody. . . ? Cause. . . most of us are already awake. . "

"Oh, Okay." I said while putting my engineer hat on. "Well, who's awake?"

"Kennedy,Alex, and Me. I haven't wake up Triss yet, she seemed tired cause of yesterday."

"Yeah, Enough chit - chat. I'm gonna talk to that warmonger." I said while standing up, heading to the corner of the camp, seeing him.

He came here months ago, giving us advice;giving us funny jokes, but he isn't part of us.

"Hey, Warmonger!" I called. "Any updates from him?"

He shook his head while he stomped his staff to the grass. "I'm afraid no, but I did find clues from him."

"Oh, sure. Just tell me!"
"As expected from the engineer."

"Deep within the forest there lies a man
Staying deep down and up again
He went up to northwest to underestimate you
And his again somewhere beside you."

"Oh, Okay. I think I get it. . .?" I said while I let out a smile to him. "Anyways, I got to go, Meg might be calling me."

"Good Luck."

I head back to camp seeing Triss squatting, but her hood is all the way down her head, I could just see her mouth, but the diamond she had was kinda glowing bit.

"Hey, Triss! Goodmorning!" I greeted happily. "Why the hood?"

She took of her hood.

"Nothing. Just want."

I nodded with suspicion. "Okay. . . ?"

"If your asking why this diamond thing is glowing, Don't ask. Personal."

"Okay,I get it, But, Triss, aren't we gonna go on a mission?"

She shooked her head. "No, rest day today, and I'm tired cause of yesterday."

"Mm, makes sense."

Triss, put her hood again and started drinking her tea, as always.

"Welp, If you're looking for me, I'm just gonna stay with my sweet little turret." I said while walking away from her, approaching Meg,Alex,Kennedy.

"Guys! It's our day off today! Finally!"

"I'm not that tired. Any reasons why?" Meg said as she started getting another lollipop.

"Come on Meg! All you do is sleep!" I teased while laughing.

"Just be glad that I'm the one's who's on lookout."

I nodded slightly. "Yeah, True."

"Anyways, what do you guys wanna do? We can't fight and argue and all, since we are resting." Alex asked.

"Hm. . " I said while I put my hand in my chin. "Maybe, just, have fun?"

"Worst advice ever, engineer."

I giggled. "Well, I am exhausted."

"We, uh, can't leave Triss behind right?" Kennedy says, worried. "She might feel lonely by now."

"Actually , something's definitely weird. Her diamond thing in her shoulders are glowing red, and yet she's wearing her hood even tho it's hot." I elaborated.

"Maybe. . . let's not mind about it first okay? Maybe it's just. . normal for her."

Then, I felt somebody tapped my shoulder.

I tilted my head slowly, and seeing a girl with a hood.

"Erin? It's me, Triss."

I flinched.

"Ah!" I said while backing up away a little bit. "Oh, Okay, Hi."

She sighed.

"Well, Uh, I got a big problem."
"What is it?"

"Your freaking turret is literally gonna attack me and destroy my things!" She exclaimed.

"Uh, My sweet little turret? Oh shoot."

"And it's heading right towards Meg right now!"

Meg heard, and looked back seeing my green turret, starting to shoot her, but Triss protected her.

"Ah, don't worry!" I said while chasing the bullet. "This is probably Yuraki's fault when I got controlled."

"Well, Then, Miss Engineer, Fix It!" Triss commanded.

"Yes Boss!"

I chased my turret, but it keeps flying in all directions, None is helping me. Guess it's my punishment.

"And. . got it!"

I managed to get it since I jumped.

The wing of it is still moving, slashing my sleeves and skin.

"Ow, Ow, stop!" I said while I immediately grabbed the wings tight.

I could hear everyone laughing and giggling at me.

"Ah screw this!"

Later that night. .

I was in the ground, trying to catch my breath again. Exhausted, I decided to let go of my turret.

"Isn't it leg day today. . ?" I said with a fake smile. "The world is cruel."

Triss giggled. "Haha."

"Well, Triss I'll say something to you now, since everyone is asleep."

"What is it?"
"Remember the warmonger? He said the details about that guy that shouted to Kennedy yesterday? He found clues, and decided to make it to a riddle."
"What does it say?"
"It says. . "

"No." Triss said. "We could do this by morning."

"Oh, Okay." I said while going to my sleeping bag, and removed my glasses and engineer hat.

"Well, Goodnight Triss."

"Goodnight,Erin."
