Triss' Point of View.

I could feel that the bright sun was shining over my eyes, and seeing the rays of the sun and the beautiful, pastel blue sky. Fluffy clouds.

I just sat up, seeing everyone as sleep.

Glowing again.

I decided to ignore it, and put on my hood.

The riddle that Erin told me last night, it was really, suspicious.

If that man came back up to here, or northwest, shouldn't he be here by now?

And, he underestimated us, so, he's telling us we were weak? And he's by the forest?

We are camping in forest right now. . .

I just sighed with frustration.

I stood up, deciding to wait everybody up.

Wake up, wake up, wake up, wake up.

Everyone's awake now, I could hear a groan from Alex, a crunch from Meg, a yawn from Erin, and Kennedy a whine, and.. . yeah, nobody.

"Okay, Okay, I need everyone to hear this."

They instantly looked at me, while I see Erin staring at my shoulders.

I decided to fake wipe it, and yes, it distracted her, seeing my face.

"Okay, so, remember that man that called Kennedy last time? We just got information from him."

"Oh, really?!" Alex said with surprise. "What?!"

"A riddle, and we need everyone to solve it, not just Erin."

Meg yawned. "Well, tell us the riddle."

After telling everyone about the riddle, I told everyone to try to search around the forest, same goes for me too.

I scouted alone, while Erin, Meg , Alex, Kennedy are teamed up.

I don't want them to see this is glowing. . . .

Rustle.

I immediately raised up my shield and hood for protection.

"If you are trying to find me, be smarter, you fools."

I just ran back to camp, afraid and shocked. Seeing everyone's eyes shocked, and Erin ran to me.

"What happened?"
"He's here, He's here Erin!"

"Whom?" Erin asked with one of her eyebrows up. "Who's here?"

"That guy, do you know a plan to do this?"

Erin's Point Of View.

Think Erin, Think, you are an engineer. . . and your the smartest of the group, and yet you can't think of a solution?

Think. . . what was the riddle?

"Erin?" Triss said while she tapped my shoulders. "You there?"

"Ah, Sorry, I spaced out a bit." I said while I chuckled. "Well, give me some time to solve."

"If you say so. . " Triss said while her diamond is glowing again.

Seriously, what's wrong with that diamond?

"Hm, so, you guys try to analyze the riddle. . or help me to solve it." I addressed. "Otherwise , we might even find him sooner!"

"Okay." I hear Meg say.

Deep within the forest. .

So, if we are here in the forest, he's probably here. .

He underestimated us, and he went northwest, and stayed with us?

But he isn't here. . .

"Wait, I think I got it!" Triss exclaimed. "If he's staying with us, he's probably just hiding, nor he just stays when it's night and leaves when it's early dawn!"

"Makes sense." I said while looking down. "But, we'll probably need someone to pretend to sleep without him noticing. . "

We instantly looked at Meg.

"Seriously?" I hear Meg say. "Fine."

I ran towards her. And hugged her.

"Thanks, Meg!"

. . She stayed quiet.

Later that night, we did the usual; eat and sleep. But, Meg is pretending to sleep with her hat on, since it's her normal look right? So, he probably won't notice it.

"Okay, everyone, sleep now. . except for you Meg." I said, whispering.

Meg groans. "I know."

We all snuggled to our comfy bed bags, and slept.

Poor Meg.

I ran towards Yuraki and shot him with my gun, but I kept missing. Was my effort really worth it?

"Erin, you've gotta run now, or else. . your precious friend might attack you. . . " Yuraki said while a big grin formed in his face.

I looked back seeing them laying on the ground, lifeless and pale. Blood all over, scars.

I looked back at Yuraki and summoned my TRT lockdown.

But it didn't work.

"Well, Erin, you've gotta expect something." He said while he smiled. "Go, attack."

She ran towards me and and jumped through the air and attacked me with her weapon as she was about to attack I couldn't take it anymore.

"I'm sorry!"

"Erin, wake up!"

I wake up seeing Triss' expression, shocked and afraid.

I sat up, and stretched my arms.

"What?"
"He's here!"

I immediately grabbed my gun and my engineer hat and aimed it to him.

"Don't be afraid." I hear him say. "I won't hurt you guys."

I lowered my gun a little and let out a little smile. "Okay, your name?"

"Carter." He introduced with a smile. "Kennedy's uncle."

I hear Triss spits out her tea.

"You look too young to be an uncle!" Triss shouted. "You should be a brother!"

"Well, I suggest you shouldn't talk about brothers right now, since Kennedy is gonna be real mad."

Triss calmed down a bit, and me and Triss looked at Kennedy.

"Sorry, Kennedy."

"It's fine. . "

"Anyways, the reason why I called Kennedy because I want her back home." He stated with a angry expression.

"I'm sorry, Uncle Carter, I was just scared ,cause you know, what happened. . "

"Glad your not stuttering anymore." He teased with a smile.

I looked at them awkwardly, giving them a fake smile.

"Ahaha. . "

"Anyways, Kennedy, come to your uncle." He said while he opens his arm to her.

"No!" She yelled. "I don't want. . to go and stay there anymore!"

Carter then, glared at Kennedy intensely.

I could see him grabbing something from his back. Although he was still glaring at her.

"Uncle? Are you. . "

"Kennedy, please come." He pleaded. "Otherwise, you won't like what I'll do."

Kennedy just had her puppy - eyes face, and just sobbed.

"Uh-Huh. So, you don't want to come with me." He said with a deep sigh. "I'll have to use this by force then."

He immediately grabbed his blue scythe and charged right towards me.

Why me?

Triss immediately came to me, blocking it.

"If you want to hurt my members, you have to fight me first!"
