     Ophelia had been born and raised in a devoted Catholic family with a loving grandmother who raised her since her parents were workaholics.  Born and raised in Los Angeles, her parents were actually movie producers, so when they divorced (infidelity, dear grandma always tried to hide it but Ophelia knew) she stayed with her grandma in the same house she'd always lived in.  Despite the Catholic church, the neighbourhood, even school, Ophelia never felt she belonged somewhere.  The closest she ever got to a home was SHIELD, and even that came with its challenges.

     She never could have imagined that she would end up on a spaceship with her boss and a mysterious blonde woman from another planet, nor imagine contracting powers from dealing with the Kree...
