The sun had just come up and Vegeta was just getting out of bed. He stretched and began to walk downstairs to get breakfast. The events of yesterday began replaying in his head, as that was the day that he and Bulma decided to break things off.

Flashback

"H-hey umm Vegeta," Bulma stuttered. "What?" Said Vegeta in his normal pissed off tone. Bulma sighed and just blurted it out, "I think we should get a divorce, things just aren't working out between us and it's better than trying to force ourselves to be with someone that we just don't like in that way anymore!" She then quickly covered her mouth, as if she had said something wrong. Vegeta glanced over at her before saying, "You're right Bulma, things aren't working out, and I'm glad we can finally agree on something."Vegeta couldn't help but smirk a little bit at gaining his freedom back. Bulma stared for a minute before adding, "Thanks Vegeta, I honestly thought you wouldn't handle this so well." Bulma smiled and said, "No hard feelings, ok?" Vegeta stayed still for a second before replying, "Sure, no hard feelings."

Flashback ova

Vegeta finished eating and then realized something, he was freaking bored! He thought about all the things he could do before settling on fighting with Goku. Not a full on fight, but more like a little sparring match to take his mind off of things. In all honesty, he was a bit saddened over his divorce, but he knew he could get over it. He pulled out his cell phone and tried to call Goku's home phone. "Hello, Son residence, Chi-Chi speaking."Came a surprisingly calm voice. This was strange coming from a harpy, "Hey, it's Vegeta, is Kakarot there?" Vegeta said, trying not to sound pissed at having to talk to Chi-Chi. "No, he is not and won't be for a while! Why do you care Vegeta?!" Chi-Chi said. Her calm voice had become angry and scratchy at the very mention of Goku. "Don't play games with me woman, I'm not in the mood!" Came Vegeta's reply, he paused and said, "Where can I find him, and what do you mean he won't be back for a while?" He had tried to sound a little calmer, but it wasn't working too well. "I kicked him out for a few days," Chi-Chi began with her still irritated tone, "it may be a while before I let him come back." Vegeta tensed a little bit, was this woman crazy! How could she just kick him out like that and at like it was nothing? "Alright Chi-Chi I don't need to hear anything else," Vegeta started again, "But you are freaking crazy for kicking him out like that! He may be annoying, but he doesn't deserve that from you!" Vegeta yelled, and with that said, he hung up and flew off to find Goku.
