* In the Betrothal *

Fuli's P.O.V

I smiled as I was near Kion. It was time for our betrothal. And there will be no stopping us. Then I saw Tiffu and Zuri walk up with there moms. I smiled at Tiffu. She is sometimes annoying but in other times she is very respectful, funny, and kind. She is also Kiara and Kion's best friend. She was my friend. But Zuri was the one that I was definitely unsure of. She is so boring, picky, yeah beautiful on the outside, but not in the inside. She is so mean to ME AND a BIT to Kion and Kiara. But Zuri also likes Kion. I can tell because that hidden smile. Tiffu kind of likes him but she is MORE understandable than Zuri! And I know Kion does NOT like Zuri as much. Tiffu smiled back at me. Zuri then yawned and put on her bored-smile face, the best she can put. She saw Kion and smiled a bit. She saw me and her smile dropped a bit and faked waved me happily. I can we because her fake smile was crunching to a mad look gradually. I gave a small smile. Zuri knows that I am with Kion. And she is probably knows that this is betrothal. She can't get in the way. I sighed. Kion looked at me. " Fulls, is everything okay? " He said with a slight frown. I smiled at him and sighed, " Yeah, I guess. " Kion then frowned deeply. " You guess? Fulls, you can tell me any thing. " Kion said as his ears drooped. I sighed. I knew he was right. And I can always trust him. " It is Zuri... She is here.. With Tiffu. " Kion then sighed and shook his head. " Oh Fuli I promise I won't let anything get in the way. " I smiled and Nuzzled him. " Thanks Kion.. " Simba's big booming voice then announced " Animals in the savanna.. It is time for the betrothal. " All the animals cheered. Me and Kion smiled. It was time! " We are here to unite Fuli and Kion in betrothal. They are best friends, but they come through for each other, and respect each other. And so these two animals will be different, but there hearts are sure to be the same, receiving each other with pure love. So today we are going to treasure this love and let them keep it withing them forever with this event. As part of this  event, we will wait till our Great Kings to drop the last shiny leaf on this tree. Rafiki? " Simba said. I gasp as they shiny leaf is about to fall. Rafiki then came up. " It is time, as the king will appoint them as betrothed and rare couples, forever. So with all of that now said, IT IS TIME!!!!! " He then pointed his rattle and the great kings of the past roared as they came in and the last shiny leaf fell. " Betrothal is done! " Nala said and the rest of the audience cheered. I Nuzzled Kion and smiled. This is the best day ever.
