Recap: Laksh had to face Soniya. AP and DP wants to sent Ragini to Laksh.

A few weeks have passed and Laksh stood up from the couch, he wasn't awake completely and didn't saw it, when he slips over the wet floor. He landed on his back with a loud noise. "Ouch!". He shouts in pain, rubbing his back with a paining face expression.

"Shit!". He was cursing at the situation, when he heard the sound of ankles chains and bangles. A smile forms on his face, he blinks with his eyes a few times and stood up with the help of his wife. "Laksh ji aapko kahin zoorse to nahi lagi {Did you got hurt badly?}". Laksh shook his head and moves back to the couch...

"Ragini it's my first day. Make me a chai while I rest a little bit!". She nods and vanished to the kitchen preparing the tea for him. Laksh closed his eyes and took a deep breath... remembering the last day...

Yesterday...

Laksh come home after a successful interview, well it was more a friendship deal.

Laksh got fired from his previous job as Soniya made her words come true. Being the daughter of the company owner, she made her father clear to understand to fire him.

But he has friends and one of them always wanted Laksh as his managing director.

"Suraj you can't give me the job! I was just a simple employee!".

Suraj shook his head. "I don't care! I wanted you for so long and finally you got fired, by the way this marriage is the best thing, which could happen to you! Finally you got rid off that Soniya.. 😖". He shudder thinking of her.

Laksh shook his head. "But what will the other's think?".

Suraj frowns. "What will they think? You are a qualified man. I'm offering you the job, which you deserve!".

Laksh smiled and took it. "Thanks!". Suraj nods. "Mention not! Your work will start from tomorrow! Okay?". Laksh nods and left the company.

A taxi arrived in front of the building complex of Laksh and a woman in a heavy veil stepped out of the car. She was confused and looked up.

The taxi driver looked at her. "Ma'am money?". She frighten and looked at him. "Ji Bhaiya kitna hua {How mich?}". He gave her the amount and she shocked. "Humare pas itne paise nahi hain {I don't have that much money!} Wait I will get it!".

She made her way to the building. Lakshya Maheshwari... kahan hain unka naam {Where is his name?}. She was checking the bells and pressed almost every finally the door opens and she entered the building without an idea, which would be the right floor.

An elder woman looked at her in anger. Ragini gulped. "Daadi Laksh ji kahan hain {Granny where is Laksh?}". The woman smiled and told her the floor number.

He was at home, when the door bell rings and he opens the door no one was there. Seems like someone is pranking the residents. He closed the door and after awhile again the door bell rings. He stood up and opens the door to get a shock of his life.

"Ragini!".

She was standing there with a lowered head. "Ji! {yes}. Laksh ji I need money to pay the taxi. He has my luggage!". Laksh was surprised and confused at the same time. He let her in.

"Money? How much?". He asked in concern and Ragini told him the amount, which makes him fuming. "Ragini!". She scared as he called her name with anger. "You wait here, I will handle it!".

Ragini nods and waits for him, while Laksh went down to the taxi. Ragini wanted to know what he will do, as he looks very angry. She moves to the window and looked down in anger.

Laksh was standing there holding the collar of the taxi driver. "How dare you to ask for this amount? It was just a ride from airport to here, the cost shouldn't cross the regular rate of 250 rps. {I have no idea if the rate is right}. The driver was scared and Laksh paid him taking the luggage of his wife.

Ragini shocked seeing his anger, but she remains calm. Laksh come up with her bags and looked at her. "Ragini you should be more careful and don't trust anyone like this. It sounds like he had shown you the whole city. I mean come on 500 rps for a ride... na! He was tricking you!". Ragini nods biting on her finger. She looked at him. Ab hum kaise baatein ke hum ne pura sheher dehka {How should I tell him, that I saw the whole city}?.

Laksh snaps with his finger. "What happened Ragini?".

"K...k... kuch nahi {Nothing}!". She took her bag and looked around the apartment. "Are you looking for something?". Ragini was searching the other's. "Ji, baki ke saab kahan hai {where are the other's}?".

*chinking*

Laksh thoughts got broken by the sound of the chinking dishes. Ragini come with the cup of chai and places on the table. He looked at her and she smiles lightly at him. Still nervous because of the fall. "Laksh ji kamar {back} does it still hurt?". Laksh shook his head. "I will drink the chai, get some energy and will leave to change my clothes and then heed to the office!". Ragini nods and again starts to clean the ground. She had spread the water and was now drying it.

Laksh was seeing her with the corner of his eyes. She is innocent and cute...

"Ragini we are only two! There is no one else!". Ragini blinks with her eyes. "Aur koi nahi hai {there is no one else}?". He shook his head and she nods while checking the apartment.

"Laksh ji bashroom?".

Laksh was confused. Is she asking for the bathroom or bedroom hey Wait washroom means she mixed it. "Ragini there!". He points to the opposite direction of the bedroom and Ragini smiles. She took her bag and entered the washroom and comes out again fuming.

"Laksh ji! Hum jahan sounge {will I sleep here?}". Laksh shook his head. "Woh you said bashroom I thought you mixed up the two words ba [bath] and sh [wash] so I combined the word and thought of the bath / washroom. You were asking for the BEDroom?". Ragini felt embarrassed and nods. Laksh shows to it. "There!".

Ragini enters the room and was surprised how simple it was decorated.

Laksh didn't bother first, but then...

"Chi hum yeh nahi pehnege {yuck I won't wear this}". She was shouting out of the room as she opens the wardrobe and wanted to arranged it for herself.

Laksh entered the room and looked at her. "Ragini... don't worry I...?". He scratches his nape and looked at the wardrobe. Shit these are Soniya's clothes. She hasn't come yet to pick them.

Ragini looked at him. "Laksh ji hum nahi aane wale the lekin aapki Maa aur Papa ne Hume majboor kar diya {I don't wanted to come, but your parents forced me}! I'm sorry because of me you are suffering. Your love one has left you! I know how it feels!". She took a picture from the bedside table and looked at it.

Laksh shook his head. "Ragini it's not like that. Shaadi se phele humara rishta thood chuka tha {before our marriage took place my relationship had ended}!". She looked at him and the whole room again. "She lived with you?". He nods. "She slept with you?". Laksh lowered his gaze. "Yes!". Ragini nods. "Koi baat nahi {no matter} it's your past!". Laksh nods and tried to explain her, but she places her hand on his mouth.

"Laksh ji, aap ne hume majboor nahi kiya tha kuch bolne ke liye Kunal ke baare main. Hum bhi aapko majboor nahi karenge, jab waqt aayga hume batadena. Humne Kunal ko sirf pappy di thi! {You haven't forced me to talk about Kunal, neither I will force you. If the right time comes you can tell me. Besides I have only kissed Kunal}". She removes her hand. She turned away looking on the bed.

Laksh pouts. I don't wanted to know that you kissed him with your fluffy chubby lips. He took a bag and filled it with Soniya's clothes. Ragini saw the clothes over his shoulder and was shocked.

Yeh Larki kaise kapre pehnti hai chi {what kind of clothes she wears, che}.

Laksh looked at her after filling the bag. "Ragini these are fresh bedsheets, you can sleep here and look the cupboard it's empty, you can fill it with your clothes. And the right side of the bed is mine. Sleep there! Okay?". Ragini nods.

Itni pyaari muskaan {cute smile}. She thought and he left the room...

"Laksh go! Ready?". Laksh was coming out of his trance by her call. "Ragini, if I walk the way, will I fall again?". She shook her head. "No!". She touches the floor with her hands all was dry.

Laksh went into the bedroom and changed his clothes. He come out wearing a suit and a suitcase in his hand. "Ragini, I will come home at 8 pm you will handle it?". Ragini nods and he left from there. She rushes behind him. "Laksh ji Wait!". Laksh stopped and looked at her.

"Yes Ragini, What happen? Did I forgot something?". He checked his pockets and found his wallet and mobile. "All there!". Ragini comes. "Good Day! And...". She placed her hand on his shoulder and comes closer on the tiptoes. "Best of Luck!". A kiss on his cheek...

Laksh looked at her surprisingly. She nods and left from there back into the bedroom and he was staring at her for awhile.

So madam kissed him on his cheeks. Got it.. Wah I'm so happy that he didn't touched your lips... oh...

He left from there and Ragini was sitting on the bed.

She was crying looking at the bed. Because of me he has to suffer, he is pretending to be happy, but I can feel it. He isn't happy at all.

She thought of the last night, when he left the room. "Ragini you sleep here I'm outside at the hall on the couch. If you need anything let me know!".

He left, but stopped at the doorframe. "Ragini?". She looked up at him, but he was back facing her. "Ji". She said with low voice. "It's only you and me. I'm your husband, please there is no need for the veil. If you have no problems with it then please you don't need to wear it!". He left and closed the door.

I'm not modern like his past girlfriend, but I'm not that bad. I will show him I'm good enough...
