( 5 hours later ) ( 1 A.M. )

I woke up to the sound of screaming. I quickly ran down stairs to see what was going on. When I got downstairs I seen Rin on the floor. “Rin? Are you okay?” I asked her while coming closer. “U-Unnie” she turns to me with tears running down her face “Rin whats wrong?” I ask again, she doesn’t respond she just continues crying.

Wait… she’s wearing the ring that Mark got… so she must have said yes, so why is she crying?

“Unnie...M-Mark” she says while crying “what's wrong with him?? What happened?” I asked “o-one of his f-fans” “what did they do?” “right a-after I told him I would marry him they s-stabbed him and hit him in the head… he’s at the hospital” “WHAT!! Are you serious?” I asked her “y-yes.. Unnie will you take me to go see him?” she asked “wait… why aren't you with him?” “they told me I couldn't come! They told me to drive myself… but I didn't want to go alone, they told me he wasn’t doing good… he lost a lot of blood, and he might lose some of his memories” she says before bursting out into tears. “Unnie, what if he forgets about me?” She asked while crying “Rin don't say that! He won't forget about you, he loves you too much to forget about you so easily” I told her “Unnie I can’t take it, my heart… it hurts so badly” “I know how bad you want to see him right now and hold his hand but you need to get some rest right now” I told her “but-” “no buts! Come upstairs you’re going to sleep right now” I told her “O-okay… fine”.

( 7 A.M. ) ( 6 HOURS LATER )

“Unnie! UNNIE WAKE UP!!” Rin yells causing me to jump out of bed “whats wrong?” “we need to go see Mark! I’m so worried about him! Please Unnie please get up!” “fine! I’ll get up” I told her “yay!! Thank you Unnie!”

( 2 hours later )

“Mark!!” Rin screams while running into the room Mark was in. Before I could enter the room a nurse stopped me, “excuse me… only one visitor can come in at a time” “Sorry I need to go see him.. he’s my brother” I lied “..well in that case I guess I’ll let you in… but no more than two people okay?” “okay! Thank you” I told her before walking into Mark's room.

I feel bad for lying but I felt like I needed to be by Rin’s side, as her best friend.

When I walked in, Rin was talking to a doctor while crying. “Hello… may I know what relationship you have with him?” the doctor asked me “...I’m his… sister” I told him “...okay, well I guess I’ll share this information with both of you” “...is he okay? Why is he still unconscious” I asked the doctor “no he’s actually not doing well at all… he lost a lot of blood” “is he going to be okay?!?” I asked again “I’m sorry but he’s-
