Third Person POV

After what happened with Raven and Summer. The entire Xaio Long-Rose house was now awake from all the commotion. Qrow  and Tai were the first ones to wake up and they met up stairs.

Taiyang: "What the hells going on?"

Qrow: "I don't know but it was loud"

They look down the hallway and saw Y/n's door was slightly open. Tai heads to your room, Qrow follows him from behind, as they reached up to the door.

When Tai opens the door  And on the other side find something that shocks him and Qrow. Summer and Raven we're both on the ground.

Tai: "RAVEN! SUMMER!

Both men ran towards them and helped them up.

Tai: "Are you okay? What happened?"

Summer: "We're fine but where's Y/n?"

Tai instantly notice the absence of the little boy. In fact the boy was not even in the room with them.

Tai: "Did he do something to you?"

Raven: "No, it's... What we did."

Both Tai and Qrow were confused.

Qrow: "What are you talking about?"

Summer: "We almost strangled him to death, I realize what I was doing and stopped what I did. *sobs* I started remembering what we all did to him over years and all he wanted for us is to love him!"

They all looked at us with both surprise and fear. Both men realize what she's saying was true. They treated him really bad and now he ran away.

Raven: "What we are doing to him is wrong, we need to fix this, and we need to do it now."

Both Ruby and Yang came in only wearing their pajamas.

Yang: "What's going on?"

Ruby: "Why so loud?"

Summer looks at the girls with sadness in her eyes.

Summer: "Y/n's...Gone."

Yang: "W-what? "

Ruby started to cry that her little brother was gone. Yang fell to her knees and started feeling guilty from her sins.

Summer: *sobs* "We have to find him before it's too late! "

Qrow: "Me and Raven will go searching the woods for him."

Y/n POV

I ran through the dark forest, trying to get away as far as possible, so that they wouldn't find me. I was lost, scared, alone, sad and very hungry. My neck and throat still hurts but I try to fight the pain as much as I can.

I didn't want to go back to that house cause I knew I would die if I get caught by them. I didn't want to die so I fought through the pain and kept running through the cold forest.

With the help of the moonlight I was able to see where I was going.  Even though it was still dark out. I stop running for a moment to catch my breath. Slowly I lean my back up against a tree.

My mouth was very dry from the strangulation. Slowly I reach down and grabbed a pile of snow and began eating it. Since snow was pretty much cold water.

As I began to eat the snow, my mouth started to feel a lot better, but my throat was still very sore.

???: "Y/N!"

I knew that voice, it was Qrow the worthless drunk uncle. He sounded very close by, I started pancaking before I running again.

I kept on running while fighting the pain in my body. As I was running I almost about fell down a hill. Looking down the Hill I saw a boat that was being loaded up with boxes. I can hide in one of those boxes since I'm small enough.

Without any second thoughts I ran down the hill towards the boat.

Qrow's POV

Me and Raven both splitted it up to search the woods to try and find Y/n. I began searching through the woods and had found nothing yet so far.

The boy has yet to be found.

It was not safe to be out here at night especially for a little kid. These woods were big enough for any kid to get lost in especially at night.

It was also snowing out so tracking Y/n would be hard but that wasn't what we were all worried about.  What if a grimm finds him before any of them could.

That's something that we don't want to think of.

Then I noticed some small track of little footprints in the snow. They had to be Y/n's footprints.

Qrow: "Y/N!"

Quickly I pulled out my skroll and dialed Raven. In a few seconds she answered her scroll.

Raven: "Did you find anything?"

Qrow: "I found tracks, He can't be that far up ahead, meet up with me."

Raven: "I'm on my way!"

After that she hanged up, I started to follow the trail, I kept on following it until stopped at a tree, but it still continues off.

Off in the distance I could see him running away. I didn't want to spook him but I also didn't want him to get hurt by any grimm that could be near.

Raven then appears out of nowhere, she looks to be out of breath. She noticed that I was staring off into the distance and grew concerned.

Raven: "What are you doing?"

Qrow: "He's not that far up ahead, if we're careful we may get him."

I didn't point it off where I see him, She looks towards where I was pointing.

Raven: "There's a loading dock nearby, if we hurry we may catch him before he gets to the boat."

Qrow: "But if he gets to that boat we'll never be able to get him back."

We both ran while following the tracks.  We kept on following the tracks until we stopped at a small hill. At the bottom of the hill we could see him running up to the boat.

The boat was already starting to take off. We ran down the hill as fast as we could to try to reach him.

We didn't make it in time. The boat was already gone by the time we got to the docks and so was Y/n.

We were to late.

Back At Patch

Everyone was worried, Ruby was panicking, Yang was blaming herself for being a bad sister, and Summer was pacing back and forth in the kitchen.

Everyone was silent.

Then the front door opens, Raven and Qrow slowly walked in. Tai and Summer approaches them and they instantly notice the look on their faces.

Tai: "Did you guys find him?"

Qrow: "He got on a boat and vanished"

Summer: "Where was the boat going? Maybe we can find out where he's heading!"

Qrow: "Summer I didn't see where the boat was heading! I tried looking but there was no one around."

Everyone was shocked and looked at Qrow after he said that before he started continuing.

Qrow: "He's not gonna forgive us, even if we found him, and he never will."

Taiyang: "Don't say that Qrow, maybe there's a chance we could fi-

Qrow: "TAI! OPEN YOUR DAMN EYES! AFTER WHAT WE ALL DID TO HIM WHY WOULD HE FORGIVE US!"

Tai instantly fell silent, Summer slowly fell to her knees, and started to cry. Ruby began crying as well and Yang began to blame herself for the things she had done to Y/n. Raven felt ashamed for all the things she has done to him and for the way she's treated him.

Even Qrow felt awful for what he has done. Tai lowers his head in shame.

They knew at that moment, they harmed him so bad that he ran away. Qrow was right, that little boy will never forgive them, especially after what they all did.

Taiyang: "This.... It's all my fault."

Summer: "What have I done... to my.. baby.." *sobs*

Raven: *sobs* "What... the hell...is wrong with me."

Yang: "Why!? Why was I so mean?! I'm supposed to be the older sibling! Why didn't Iprotect him?!"

Ruby: "Little brother? P-please... come b-back!" *sobs*

They all had failed him.
