Gold woke up to a surprisingly warm morning. He looked around. The others were awake with the same confusion that he had. Sapphire was awake and was curiously talking to the group. Black and Green were still unconscious. Gold went over. Green woke up as he started talking.

"What just happened? It was freezing early." Pink grimaced.

"The tent is warm. We can't leave without freezing to death." Velvet huffed.

"I told you that I felt warmth. Who has warmth roaming?"

The group turned to Gold, who shook his head. Pearl looked refreshed after the rest, so it wasn't him. Z said that he was having a hard time casting. Everyone else couldn't pull it off. So how... Gold looked at Green, who was looking a lot better than before. It scared Gold. Velvet had said that it would take hours for her to swap the illness over to her. Z said that he would take a while to rewrite it. The fact that he was doing better ment that someone was able to remove the illness. Warmth and healing... Gold looked at Black, who was still asleep. He went over and touched the junior's head. He shuddered upon touch. He was warm, warmer than the tent.

"Found our heat source. The question is how long will it stay." Everyone turned to him. Pearl frowned.

"Probably not much longer. If it's this warm and it's still dropping outside, he's not going to be able to catch up." As he said that, Black twitched in his sleep. Gold gulped.

"Let's take what we can get."

The temperature dropped drastically during the time they were trying to stay warm. Black and Green had gotten sick after Black's heat had collapsed. The group was sitting in a huddle, trying to stay warm. The heat was no longer lingering. They were in a makeshift blanket fort. The cold was draining their energy as they were slowly falling asleep. Gold looked at the others as Pink fell asleep. He was the last one. He closed his eyes and whispered:

"Please.... someone... help us out..."
