It wouldn't be so bad or so embarrassing if it was just one person stumbling upon them.  But it was Lauren and Clarice who found them outside the HQ with each other. Andy had no idea anybody would be around or try to find them. Andy always used the same excuse every time he met with Esme which might have been a big mistake.  Andy thought his parents bought the excuse after the first few times. Reluctantly they let him leave the main building after he started sneaking out without their permission.  Lauren how ever had been even more suspicious of Esme and her sisters.

"We were having a private discussion so can the two of you can leave.  I've been merely enlightening Andrew about his great grandparents accomplishments.  And you shouldn't have spied on us or followed us. And I can hear the conclusions your jumping to from your thoughts. "

Andy managed to convince Esme to rely merely on lies and deceit instead of actual mind control for their hidden meetings. For weeks and almost two months things had been going smoothly without having to mess with somebody's head with her telepathic abilities. 

Now Lauren and Clarice had seen everything and wouldn't buy any excuse or lie.

" And you shouldn't be making out with a minor or helping him lie to his parents. " Clarice stated looking down at Esme.

" I can't and don't want to think about how many times you made up with this manipulative completely mental murderer. "

" You don't want to hear that part." Andy's comment did not lighten the mood. Instead he got glares from Esme, Lauren and Clarice. " Okay but I wanted to just lie. I talked it out with Esme so she  wouldn't have to control anyone or mess with their minds. I'm sorry for hiding this."

" Esme going to feel sorry once everyone's informed about this Lauren stated. Andy should have thought of another lie or excuse incase they were spotted.  Or agreed to have Esme erase things from their minds.
