He saw the look knowing the man would be happy to blow his brains out or get an answer.  Andy was fed up with it and pissed off. He was in pain but he wasn't a traitor. " NO!" Imagine his comrades joining him and hitting the walls with cracks.  Then you'd see Andy jump out of their vehicle proud of himself.
