there's something i've been wanting to tell you

for a very long time

the thing is that i like you

more than i'm allowed

but it's okay because i know

you don't like me like that

but don't stress your empty heart

i just thought you should know the fact

in case one day you see me

and i start acting like a fool

please do not blame me

for my heart and my brain

are not in sync with what i do

so do not worry about me

i'm sure i can deal with this

it's just sometimes i can't help it

because whenever you're around

my heart lights up inside

and the fire that alights

could burn the both of us down
