"Are you sure ?" Mya asked again while getting ready in the bathroom. I had to go to this damn thing it would kind of be like going to our first party kinda thing , even though we went to one before she couldn't see but now she can.

"Yess, now stop asking" i groaned and laid back on her bed.i did as i was told . I relaxed all day because I don't wanna be passing out at no party. Anything could happen and I wanna be right there to protect Mya.

"I just don't want you passing out on me again and people think it was because you was too intoxicated" she joked . " Ion give a damn about what people think"

"Okay" she singed , and then she stepped out and i found it so hard to breathe. 

"so how do i look ?" she spin around and flipped her hair playfully before striking a pose. I looked at her with a frown " wassup" she started frowning seeing my face. i turned and went down on my knees facing the bed " God you have blessed me with such a beautiful girlfriend , you the real mvp you the OG!-" she cut me off. " stupid" she laughed.

"Let's roll ,  i wanna see my family" she grabbed her bag and shoved my pills in her bag . "Aight"

My girl was looking fine a hell . Once I stepped out the door I had to admire my girl for a few seconds. I started stroking my chin hairs.

Once she realized I wasn't following her she turned around once she saw the look on my face , she started to blush "really dude?"

I shrugged "can't a nigga admire his girl ?" She turned her head tryna hide her blush "no but not like that it's kinda creepy and bluntly done "

"So, you my girl anyway" I shrugged . She folded her arms , I sighed dramatically and she furrowed her eyebrows . Then I sighed again "okay what you want ?" I started to act shy swinging back and forth . "Is this guy for real?" She whispered to herself.

I tapped my lips . "You want a kiss?" I nodded still playing shy. "Aww baby " she came close to me "alright I'll give you a kiss ... Right after you drop me back home " girl got my hope up real quick to drop em down real low.

"Nah nah , I want it now "
She walked away I didn't even notice she had the keys. "This ain't burger king August , you can't always have it your way.," She busted out laughing. "Should've seen your face"
"You ain't getting no damn lip action after I spent hours tryna get my make up right " I sucked my teeth and she started the car .

"Aye aye I'm driving "
"Well hurry up then standing over there like you lost your puppy" I mugged her and got in the car. "Just one kiss" I mumbled thinking she didn't her me but she looked at me chuckled and raised the volume of the radio.

At this point we were yelling the lyrics at the top of our lungs. And then it just hit me how much have changed. All by this blessing right next to me.

We stay rapping a bunch of other songs till we reach by her family's house.

Soon we stepped she pulled me aside" so let me warn you , my family can be kinda crazy and full of drama ." I scoffed " I handle you well so that shouldn't be a problem" She smacked her lips and rolled her eyes.

" They're religious yes but sometimes they're not I'm just saying so you don't be surprised when you hear music from Nicki Minaj or something" I nodded.
"Cool"

We walked towards the door and we see some broad standing at the door. She looked like she was crying.

"Hey babe how about you go inside get comfortable and be social while I talk to this girl" Mya said before going towards the girl.

How was I supposed to get comfortable I ain't even know nobody here. I sighed and walked in. The house was huge and it had lots of those small tall tables with drinks on em. Mya wasn't joking a good number of people were in this place.

You can't mess with me even if you wanted to, these expensive, these is red bottoms , these is bloody shoes

She was right soon I walk in I hear Cardi B song playing. "

I see her cousin pull up. "Ayye glad you guys could of made it man" he tapped my shoulder "where's Mya ?"

"She'll be in soon " he nodded "aight well let me introduce you to the boy's" he led me to where they were at . All you hear is them laughing.

"Hey bro's this guy right here is Mya's boyfriend, new family member " they all stopped their convo to come greet me . "So this is the lucky guy that has my sister head over heels , wassup man" he hugged me . "The names Alex "

"Eeehh I play it but not really "they nodded "our family is known for football"

"Mya can play too , maybe one day yall can come over and play with us man, just for the fun of it " her brother suggested. Well you know a nigga wasn't too fond of soccer. Basket ball was more of my thing. A black man thing.

Mya was taking so long a half an hour into this thing and she still was outside. I stood there by myself sipping on this Henny, when I turned my head I see a group of girls watching me . I turned my head back . I gulp down the rest of my drink.

They were making me feel so uncomfortable. When I turned back again they were watching me and giggling. I cleared my throat. Uncomfortable as hell.

Thankfully her brother pulled up .he was about to say something but then we both turned our heads to where this obnoxious laugh was coming from. Yes I said it. Obnoxious. Think August ain't know no big words. "See that guy over there , I don't like him for nothing"
"Why , he seem a bit cool"

He shook his head"nah that's how he like people to see him,he's a snake his fiance ain't deserve to have a man like that" I Rose my eyebrows "he messing around?" He nodded. Well damn . Mya was right about the drama part.

"Been doin it for a while " he commented "so why nobody don't tell her?" His eyes widened "Marcela is one crazy person , we don't know how to tell her" he frowned.

"Damn, she can't be that bad " he narrowed his eyes at me before looking straight forward. "She almost rolled over her ex boyfriend"he chuckled . My mouth dropped open in shock. Damn.

"He was begging for his life " this man was dead laughing. I hope Mya ain't on that level of crazy. Thank God she serve the Lord. Ion got nothing to worry about.

"I'm sorry I ain't mean to laugh but his face was jokey as hell" he sipped on his drink . "Aye look that's Marcela " he pointed her out to me. She was beautiful . Ain't going lie.
Then Mya walked in with the girl. Then her brother start coughing on his drink. "That's the girl he cheating on her with" he pointed at the girl next to Mya. Aaw damn. Shit about to hit the roof.

I done see some family members whispering about the girl . When I look at Anthony his face was pale as hell.

I see Mya coming my way with a big smile on her face so I start grinning. "Baby" she pecked me she looked next to me and screamed. "Lexxyy" she hugged him "nobody told me that you were going to be here" she hugged him again.
"Surprise" he kissed her cheek. "Oh so I see you've met my boyfriend"

"I did-" he was cut off by the same Marcela girl he was talking about "is this true?" She yelled at Anthony. He put a great distance between them.

"Mar, I can explain-" she came closer ," is it true Anthony "
"What the hell is going on?" Mya's whispered between me and her brother . "See Tha lil girl you was talking to ?" She nodded "that's his side chick " her brother finished. He locked his jaw. "Ooh " she nodded understanding. Then it's like it hit her like a ton of bricks "oooh !! " She stood there in shock ." We gotta go"

What ? Right when things bout to get interesting. Hell naw. This as good as it gets . "Naw we just got here"

When we looked back , Anthony raised his hands in surrender "I'm sorry" all you see is the whole place went quiet .

"So me and August are just gonna go home , we so tire- " I shook my head "mhm hmm no we not I got enough energy , carry on" she turned around and glared at me .

The silence was thick. I see this worried look growing on Mya's face.
"HIJO DE PUTAAAA" Marcela ran to tackle him to ground . My eyes widened in shock . What was a one on one became a 5 on 5 then a 10 on 10 , ifelt like everybody was fighting.

I haven't had this much fun in a while.
