I was freestyling until i found something that fit it best. Singing as i walking to pick up my baby girl. Noonie. When we went to the shelter Cha asked one of ha friends to care of her . She couldnt take all. Cha didnt wanna burden them either so.

Now that Travis got a place hea we can stay at his crib.

"Oouu vocals" some girls were listening when i was passing and started makin em comments. I chuckled and thanked them.

I finally reached the house. I knocked and as soon i did the foor flew open and there stood Shanelle. "Oh heyy Aug wassup" i told her i'm fine. She yelled out to noonie that i was here to pick ha up.

"I'm glad yall found a place to stay thank God. I've been hella worried but i always got yall in my prayers"

"Thank you Nelle 'preciate it , we could use all the prayers we cuh get right na"

"I could only imagine" Noonie pulled up with her stuff in ha hand . So i grabbed ha bags and held them for ha.

"Alright then see you noonie " she stooped low to receive ha kiss from noonie and to give it back.

"Take care na , dont stress mama Sheila too much nappyhead"

I waved ha off "I'm a man i do what i want" i mumbled.

"What you say boy you still on my lawn !!" I chuckled picking up my pace.

"Bout man, Boy Bye!" I stuck my tongue out at ha in return.

"Hey noonie" i looked at ha but she barely talked these days.
More like since her daddy died.

"You alright?" She nodded. I knew i was going have to talk to her. But if i was gonna talk to her i was gonna talk to ha i was gonna do it when i reach home.

So we both can get comfortable and talk.

"You eat ?" She nodded again. I sighed.

Soon we reach home i rested ha stuff in the room and i let her hug everybody up. She still wasnt talking not even to ha sisters.

"Noonie , baby why wont you talk ? Its me, mommy . You can tell me anything" Cha tried but she wouldnt budge. I cuh see the hurt in Cha eyes. She stood up straight and excused ha'self.

"C'mon noonie lets go talk in the backyard" i grabbed ha hand and led the way.

We sat down across from each other.
"Alright baybeh , is just me and you . Uncle Aug. You can trust me baybeh i aint finna bite you or laugh at you . Wassup baybeh ? Why you not talking?" She just watched me in my face.

"So you still not gon' talk ?" Nothing.

I sighed. "Aight" My mind drifted off to Mel.

"You know when yuh daddy past i was the same way , i didnt wanna talk to nobody and i wasnt taking care of ma'self and i end up hurting alot of people tha' i care about . Life just keeps going so i gotta do the same. I wanna luh errybody enough because i dont know when they goin die. So noonie i'm goin ask you this .. is it because daddy passed you dont wanna talk?" I was so dazed . Everytime i talk about Mel it messes me up. So when i snap out of my daze i see noonie crying.

I pulled her in my lap. I rub her back. "Dont cry babybeh everything a be alright" i kissed her forehead.

"I miss my daddy" those words broke my heart. Her crying came louder.
I tried to ease her crying but damn the way she was crying was making me wanna cry.

I miss my brother too.
When she simmered down.
"I miss him too baby girl. Aint nun we cuh do about it na. But what i can tell you is that yo daddy live right here " i point to her heart.

"He goin always be there , now he with our father all the way high up there and they watching over us always"

I continued rubbing her back. "So , my daddy in heaven?"

"U-yeah yeah he is"

"Okay"
We fell into a silence.
"So you going talk to other people na? Because you really hurt ya mama feelings" She nodded. "Ion mean to , i was just missing daddy i didnt wanna talk" i nodded understanding whea she was coming from.

"Aight i understand noonie but now you gotta apologize to everybody but ya mama first. Well me first since you hea now" i folded my arms.

"Sorry Uncle Aug" i shook my head . " that aint enough"

She popped her eyebrow .. and i just knew attitude was coming "what you wan then ?" She smacked ha lips. Unbelieveable. 2 seconds ago she couldnt even utter a word out ha mouth.

"Well damn noonie gimme a kiss and a hug . Damn" when she hugged me i started tickling her.

She busted out laughing "Ion know who you think you was talking to just now "

"Aight aight i quit , go apologize to yuh mama" she ran inside and ran back out to hug me again. "Thank you Uncle Aug."

Christmas was around the corner. Buuut so was Mya's birthday. The 24th to be exact. Which is tomorrow. From my first couple pay checks i been savin to buy her something special.

But also buying stuff for the kids cha my momma my bro and a group gift for the boys i aint got money like that to spend.

I was at the Jewerly store. Picking out a promise ring for ma baybeh.

"I dont wan anything too expensive na, i'm working with a budget here"

He showed me the section where i can buy rings within my budget. I was surprised to see alot of good ones too.

But this one caught my eye. It was perfect for her.

"I want this one"
I made my purchase and went home. We was preparing for tomorrow.
We were gonna party in the hospital room.
We werent gonna have alot of people or they'd prolly kick us out.

Soon i reach home i was so tired. We aint got no car so is walking and catching bus.

I walked pass everybody and went straight to my room and i dropped sleep.

The room had a bunch a balloons. Blue and pink. We had cake drinks and a whole lot of decorations.

Thinking we're done i'm ready to cut my baby cake but nooo Dennis had to open his big mouth "May the good Lord bless you .." I rolled my eyes. He does this everytime. I'm beginning to think he does it on purpose.

"Alright alright !! " Cha broke it up "Damn" she mumbled frustrated.

"Let's cut this cake na" My momma said.
"Bout time , Dennis over here tryna show off his horrible vocals , when we just tryna eat" Travis said , he was holdin up the camera , video-taping everything.

The cake was a the table next to ha bed. So i did it on ha behalf. I was really sucking up my tears. She had to be enjoying this day with all of us.

I cut the first three befo i handed it ova to my mama ta handle.

"Uncle Aug , why Mya dont wanna wake up ? We do all this for her and she still not happy enough to wake up she going die like my daddy too?" Noonie said . I immediately shut that idea down.

"No no Noonie ,she's just weak . Very weak that she cant move. So she had to sleep to get back all ha energy"she nodded understanding.
"But she sleep long " i chuckle a bit. "Cause she really really tired." She nodded again befo going back to play with ha sisters.

"Ayye Aug c'mon man we doin the electric slide" a big smile spread across my face . I absolutely love this dance .
"Mya ama have to leave you for about 5 minutes na" i kissed ha hand.

"Take it back na yall" everybody a step back.

Everbody bust out laughing " Alright Aug i seee you " i had to laugh my self , my cha cha be jokey as hell.
You gotta feel that inner spanish in you.

My favorite part was coming up.

How low can you go? " ayyye August twerk it twerk it " Dennis yelled twerking and looking back at his butt tryna immitate girls. Damn if i twerk to hard i might break my back.

After a while songs change
It went from "watch me whip" to "you cant hit the quan like me" to "youuu, soulja boy tell 'em"
We was having a major throwback today.

Everybody was having a blast. My behind was ti'ed . I wanted my baby to wake up and see how much fun we havin and just join in.

When Beyonce single ladies came on. I see Becca wildin out " Aye Becca whatchu doin?!" I smirked at ha "you aint single!" She mugged the hell outta me to hide her smile, she well know is true. My mama Cha and the kids were all turnin up.

Out of the blue i see Dennis lift Becca over his shoulder "you aint single" i busted out laughin.
"Sooo"

"So monkey head i gotchu something" since everybody was conversating with one another i decided to do my thing.

"Because i love you and i forever wanna be with yo goofy loving n caring self..." i looked up at her and took ha left hand.

I slide it on ha hand "I promise to be the best man i could ever be. I promise to make ya happier than ever before. I promise to lead a happy home in the future , to lead our spiritual life. I promise one day you goin be my wife and have my children. That's right i said children, i'm looking at a damn football team. I promise you ma, i'm already changing for the better. I promise i'll treat you like the princess you are baby" and i kissed her ring finger.

I aint even realized the room went quiet. "Aaawww" Becca teared up.

I sighed. nothing mattered anymore. I just wanted her to wake up.

It was minutes to twelve and almost everybody was tired.

They went outside to watch the big clock it had there So they can countdown when the clock strikes twelve.

"Well damn Mya. You're birthday finna end in a few minutes " i sat in this chair a whole 2 weeks and a half maybe.

"I know some people have to wait longer but i'm startin to lose a lil hope"

"I'm still holdin on to God tho. He been good to me forreal" i rest my head on her thigh and placed her hand on my head. Hoping she carress it. I sighed.

"60 mo seconds" I count down the last few seconds to Christmas.
I felt like Mya hands was caressing my head. But i know it was all in my head. I wish she was though.
I miss her touch her goofy ways. Ah damn.

"Yaay Merry Christmas" i said in a soft voice . I wasnt too hype about it either.

"Merry Christmas to you too"
My head pop up so quick.

I know i know i been updating quicker these days 😆👏👏
