What's wrong with me?
I've never taken what anybody said to me to heart... Until Natsu...
I'm so very sorry Natsu, I wish I could run up to you all and hug you, but I cannot.

I opened my front door and there stood my father with a peeved look upon his face. I shut the door and walked til I was a small distance away but a distance he could not touch me if he lifted his arm. I bowed my head, awaiting him to speak.
" I heard you were late to class... "he held in his rage.
" I'm very sorry father, I have no excuses for my actions. "I said respectfully.
" This is unexceptable behavior from a Heartfillia! Have you not been taking your studies seriously?! All those lessons you were taught!? "he screamed." And you drug your feet upon this floor as you walked in... "
" I m so very sorry father... Please forgive me. "I pleaded. I felt a sting at the top of my head and my body slammed onto the ground.
" You are a disgrace to our family name! "he chanted, pulling my hair, like he was trying to pull it out from my skull.
" Father, please forgive me... "I pleaded more as he pulled harder.
" I can't stand to look at you! You ungrateful, filthy disgrace! "
My body was flown to the side. I raised my hand to my cheek. It stung so much... I felt the tears come.
Father glared at me then left.
" Princess, allow me to help you to your room. "
I looked up to see Virgo, I let her wrap my arm around her neck as she lifted me. She was quite strong for a beautiful maiden, reminds me of Erza.
" Will you be alright alone, Princess? "Virgo asked as she sat me on my bed.
" Yes... Thank you, Virgo... "I forced her a smile, she only nodded and left.
Now that I'm alone, all my tears pushed themselves out. I felt hopeless, I have tried so hard to become Heartfillia for my father, to prove to him I was worthy of the family name... But I haven't worked hard enough.
I still lack so much...
I just wish mother was still here... We were all so happy together until she passed away in America.
Before I knew it, it was an hour before I had come home. A knock presented itself on my door.
I wiped my tears and dusted off my clothes.
" Enter. "I said, firmly.
" Princess, get ready, it's time for your lessons. "Virgo said as she came in.
" What lesson is it today? "I questioned.
" Dance. "she said bluntly and left.
Alright... The one I hate the most...
I got up and pulled all my hair into a bun so it was out of my face. I slipped off my school uniform and into a light pink shorts with a matching shirt and jumped down stairs to my lessons room. It was a room that was quite big with windows all around the white wall, a piano in the right corner where one of the butlers sat and my instructor awaited.
Without a word my instructor handed me a small white binder. So ballet today...
" Remember all of these by the end of the week, that is your next ballet lesson. "he said." You may look through them now if you'd like, but we begin in another three minutes. "
I opened it and immediately froze.
I took a deep breath and began reading:
"adagio-This is a slow, sustained movement.
allegro- This means 'Fast'. Jumps that are performed to a sharp and fast tempo.
allongé- To stretch out, to make longer.
arabesque- This means to pose on one leg whilst extending the other leg to the back.
arrière, en- This means - to the back.
attitude-To pose, balanced on one leg while the other leg is slightly bent at the knee, extended to either the front, side or back.

bourrée- This is a move that is performed on your half-toe, whereby the first leg pulls the other leg in tightly - in very small and quick steps.
bourrée, pas de- This movement is a series of three steps.
brisé- This means to move apart and is a beating jump. Travelling forwards or backwards.

cabriole- To leap, jumping from and landing on the same leg.
chaîné- To link movements together. To make a half turn in position one and move to the side quickly.
changement- This means to alter, for example - jumping from one position, then - change the legs and land in that same position.
chassé- To glide, smoothly either to the back, side or front.
chat, pas de- Like a cat stepping - having both feet off the ground when jumping from one foot to the other.
cheval, pas de- Like a step of a horse - either a floor movement or a 45, 90 or 120 degree jump.
ciseaux, pas de- Like a 'Scissor' jump - when you are in the air the legs pass each other and you land on one leg.
coté, de- This means - to the side.
couru, pas- This is to travel to move quickly and lightly across the floor.

demi-plié- This is a small bend. Meaning the knee or knees, bend together over the toes - keeping the heels of the foot on the floor.
demi-pointes- This means to rise on to the ball of the foot.
demi-ronds- This means a half-circle. To move the leg either at 45 or 90 degrees off the floor, moving it from the front to the side, from the side to the back.
divisés en quarts- To move on one leg, whilst extending the other. This changes the position of the body and leg with one quarter turn.

ecarté- This means to step aside/to deviate. A position where the leg is extended to the side.
effacé- A position with one leg either behind or in front.
emboîté- This means to jump from one foot to the other..
entrechat- To jump in the air from two feet - beat the legs together in the air, land either on one or two feet.

failli- To almost fall. Support body on one leg and lean so you are almost falling over, then pass the other leg in a direction so you can stop the fall.
fondue- Meaning to melt - to stand on one foot while bending one and extending the other, at the same time.
fouetté- To stand on one leg and to change the hip and body direction while keeping the leg in the same place.

grand- Meaning - Large.
grand jeté- Meaning to throw - a big jump from one foot to the other.
grand pirouette-A large turn with the leg out to the side.
grand plié- To bend both knees fully,at the same time with the body lowered to the floor.
grands ronds de jambes- To move the leg from the front to the back in a large half circle.

hortensia- This is when the dancer jumps then pulls both legs up to passe position it happens at the same time. The feet do not touch. The legs then resemble the butterfly in a sitting position.

jambes, ronds de- To circle the legs either on or off the floor,outward or inward.
jeté- Meaning to throw the leg or to jump with a throw of the leg.

l'air, en- This means - in the air. To describe a leg position or a jump.

manège- Steps that travel in a circle around the dance area.

renverse- To reverse, to move the leg in a circle with co-ordination of the body - either as a jump or on the floor.
reverence- To bow,the last exercise of a class.
revoltade- To revolve, a jump on one foot.
royale- A beating jump.

seconde, a la- To stand on one leg while the other is extended to the side either 45/90/120 or 180 degrees off the floor.

temps de cuisse- To place one foot in front on another, then jump with two feet and land on one foot.
temps de fleche- To jump from one foot to the other but in the air they pass each other with bent legs.
tour en l'air- A turn in the air.
tour lent- To turn slowly on one leg.
tournant, en- To turn in a circle - many jumps to be done by turning.

vole- This means to fly."(there's actually WAYYY more than that) I read, I died there. That's when a sharp sound echoed, hitting the cold marble floor.
I turned to my instructor quickly.
" Where are your ballet shoes? "he asked, now that I was paying attention, he had a very thick french accent, but at least I could understand him.
" They are right here, sir. "I stated, picking up the pair on the piano Virgo must've left for me. Thank god!
I put them on quickly, to get started with my lesson.
" For you taking so long, give me a arabesque. "he stated, tapping his thin dark wood cane on the ground. Alright, if I remember that was to pretty much stand on one foot and bring my other leg up to the back. 
I hesitantly did so, I was very wobbly.
" Allonge! "he blared. I stretched out my legs and arms as far as I could." Point the toes! "
Standing on my toes made me extremely unstable. I could feel I was about to fall. I let out a small hiss as the instructor tried bringing my leg up higher with his cold cane. This was going to be a long day.
