Kyle felt alone as sat outside in the court yard, he closed his eyes even his thoughts felt like they were leaving him alone more than usual.

Unlike Billie, Kyle didn't have someone he could talk to while inside the hospital. Unlike Johnny, Kyle didn't have family to contact outside the hospital.

Kyle didn't think he was like other patients, he didn't feel the need to interact with the nurses. He knew he could talk to Doctor Mathers, but Kyle didn't feel like he had enough problems to vomit on with unlike other patients in the hospital.

He was alcoholic, that was it. An alcoholic who saw a few fictional characters.
