NEXT DAY

JUVIA'S POV

I woke up to the sound of my mobile's tone. I saw the other side of the bed was empty. I guess Gray must be in the bathroom.

For the first time, I had a very peaceful sleep. I remembered our last night's passionate activities which were making blush just by thinking about it.

Now I was covered in the comforters, must be Gray's doing. I got up and went to the bathroom to greet my prince but he wasn't there.

Then I went to the kitchen, it was filled with delicious aroma but he wasn't there as well. 'Must be in the living room' I thought and made my way there.

I saw him lying on the couch just wearing boxers. He was watching some comedy series.

I hugged him from behind as whispered in the ears, "Happy Birthday, My Gray".

He smiled and pulled me making me fall flat on his chest,
"Thank you, princess. It was a nice gift. I really loved it." 

Then he leaned forward to seal his lips on mine and I was allured into it.

He then stroked my hairs and tugged them behind my ears, "Gray, you could have woken me up? I missed you." I pouted.

He chuckled, "I thought you might be tired from our activity. So I didn't bother waking you up. 
      Moreover, you looked quite peaceful which I didn't want to disturb.
  So how do you feel about our first night?" He smirked.

"First night???"

"Yeah, literally in a long while" He explained.

"Magical as always. Gray, you are invariably best in everything. I loved it." I said to him with a bright smile.

"Good job buddy" Gray praised himself.

"Okay let's get freshened up. We need to celebrate your birthday. It's the first birthday celebration which we are going to rejoice after getting together. So I planned to make it even more special." I grinned and got up from him.

"As you wish princess. But before that, go and have a shower. I made breakfast for us which I learned in Australia from aunt Liliyette. Come let's eat before it gets cold." He said, still lying on the couch.

"I thought we could have a shower together. But looks like all Gray cares is about food. Fine…" 

Before I could finish, he hoisted me in the bridal style and carried me to the bathroom.

"Princess, I made up my mind that the food can wait for an hour. So let's freshen up together." He smirked and kissed my forehead.

"Sure, my Gray"

GRAY'S POV

After spending an hour in the shower, we got freshened up.

Juvia went to get the kids from aunt Layla's house because she wants to cut the birthday cake with them. 

By that time, I set the plates on the table, luckily the pancakes were still warm as I kept them in the casserole.

But the bacon and syrup needed to be heated up again which I did.

I heard the door open, guess, the kids and Juvia must have come.

"Lily, Shou, go brush your teeth and take bath. But before that, wish your uncle a happy birthday." Juvia instructed the kids.

The twins came running towards me and hugged my legs.

"Happy Birthday, Uncle"

I kneeled down to their height and hugged them, "Thank you, kids. Get ready, breakfast is ready." I told them and ruffled their hair.

"Hai Captain," They both said in unison and made their way to the bathroom.

"Kids, slow down," Juvia told them while slanting herself on the kitchen door frame with crossed arms and wore a genuine smile.

"You look cute while interacting with the kids. I love it." Juvia said with a smile.

I got up, "Yeah, I love them very much. Where is Nashi?" 

"Oh, these kids just got up now. So She will join us in a while. Come, let's get the cake out of the fridge."

After some time, Nashi joined us and gave a rose wish me birthday while the twins gave their hand made greeting card that they made sometime back. It looked cute.

"Thank you, kids. I love it." I smiled, they giggled.

After making the kids sit on their chairs, "Okay kids, let's celebrate your uncle's birthday. Sing the birthday song, dears" Juvia said as she lit the candle which was placed on the cake. 

Then she placed the video recorder on the counter to record this small happy moment.

"Happy Birthday to you…..Happy Birthday to you……. May God bless you live more….May God bless you live more…. Happy Birthday to you, Uncle Gray…Mr Gray…." The kids sang with much enthusiasm along with Juvia.

I blew the candle, "Uncle make a wish" Shou exclaimed. 

I just wish that I get to celebrate my birthdays with Juvia forever. 

"Okay kids, wish made"

"Cut the cake uncle" Nashi and Lily exclaimed in unison.

I cut the cake and fed the first piece to Juvia and she happily took and fed the rest to me.

I heard the clapping sound from the kids. Then I fed each kid with a small piece of cake.

"Okay kids, now time for breakfast along with this chocolate cake.."  

" 'kay," Juvia said with a bright smile. "Yes Aunty"

Juvia surely knows how to make the kids happy, just with her smile, the way she cares for them and loves them makes my heart flutter. 

Surely, she will be a good mother to our kids. Hope I get to start my family with her soon.

Then my friends called up and wished me. It seems like they have arranged a small birthday party for me. But don't where? 

Natsu will be coming over in a few minutes to pick the kids with him so that I and Juvia can spend some time alone.

After eating our breakfast in a happy and relaxing demeanour.

Soon Natsu came to pick up the kids, "Hey Juvia, don't worry, Gajeel and Levy are with us. I came to pick up the twins as well. Okay kiddos, come let's go…" 

Natsu exclaimed and then he whispered in my ears, "Okay Gray, enjoy your time. Make sure you celebrate your next birthday with your brat." I blushed and turned my head away from him and muttered, "Idiot".

While Juvia made the kids sit in the car, she saw our interaction, luckily she didn't hear it.

"Gray, what happened? Why are you red?"

"Oh Juvia, that's because…" I closed his mouth to stop him from telling anything further. 

If she hears, she will get flustered in front of him which I don't want to happen.

"Nothing Juvia, I will tell you later. Okay, Bye flame-brain, and bye Kiddos…Meet you later." 

I and Juvia waved them bye and the kids returned to us with a bright smile.

After they went, I told her to get ready for a date. But before that, I need to go to my parents' house to get a new set of dress. 

Then we left for my parent's place. Once I entered the house, my dad and mom hugged me and wished me.

"Happy Birthday, Son... Happy Birthday, Baby.."

"Thank you, mom… dad"

"Oh even Juvia-chan, had come along with you? Hi there, dear, how are you enjoying your leave? I guess you need another week of leave?" My dad teased her.

"I think I would love too, dad. Now that Gray has come back. I want to be with him and spend some quality time.." Juvia hugged and replied. Seeing this both mom and dad chuckled.

"Okay Juvia, let go of me. I will get ready so that we can go on a date. Dad, keep your credit card ready for me." I left to change my clothes.

Soon we left the house. The first thing I did was take her for a movie named "Love And Light" which was released last week.  It was of the romantic genre.

After watching the 3 hours movie, we went to a nearby Chinese restaurant where we spent another hour by ordering our favourite dishes.

Then I took her to a mall and we were strolling around doing some window shopping as I didn't want any of those dresses. 

While she went to the washroom, I got her a blue short dress which had a white snow flask. It would look lovely and beautiful on her. 

Then my eyes caught the attention of a mannequin who was wearing a sexy piece of lingerie with a belt and buckles, even though this would look sexy on her. 

I smirked and bought it. The cash counter lady was grinning at me which made me feel embarrassed.

Soon she came with a bag in her hand, "Looks like we bought something for one another" She smiled and latched her arms around my left arm. 

"Yeah, but for now let it be a surprise. Later at night, we will show it." I grinned and led her out.

Now we are on our way to the abode. 

When we reached our place, as soon as I unlocked the door, we heard a pop sound, "Happy Birthday, Gray".

It was the sound of party poppers which Jellal and Gajeel had in their hands.

I was taken aback when my face met in contact with a cake. I instantly knew it was Natsu's prank.

My eyes twitched with anger but I shouldn't lose my cool and with a slight gritting of my teeth, I thanked them.

"Oh Gray, you look lovely. Juvia, come do your share of prank." Lucy called her to their side. Juvia giggled after taking a look at my face.

"Okay Birthday boy, go wash your face. We need to cut the cake. I'm already starving." Erza threatened me.

"Okay, I will come now." As I made way to the bathroom, Juvia caught hold of my wrist and handed me her bag.
"Gray, please wear this shirt?"

"Thanks, princess."

I came wearing the navy blue tight-fitted formal shirt. It looks good on me. 

"Oh My Gray, you look handsome." Both Levy and Lucy exclaimed along with my Juvia.

"Yeah girls, I'm a bit handsome then your husband. Isn't it my princess?" I raised my eyebrow and grinned. "Yes, My Prince." She hugged me.

"Okay enough of talking and stop it, before we get to see more of Juvia's skin." Natsu hissed.

"Yeah...yeah...I got. Where are the kids?" I asked them.

"No kids, once in a while we need some time for ourselves. The kids are with their grandparents. You will understand once you become a parent." The girls said with a sigh.

After cutting the cake, they brought much to Erza's and Natsu's delight. Then we clicked our glasses with one another round of shots.

JUVIA'S POV

Now we are sitting and enjoying the occasion of Gray's birthday. 

Today till now, everything went according to my plans and wishes.

The morning after wishing Gray, Erza-San called me and told me the plans for a surprise party in our apartment. I really liked it so I gave the keys to Aunt Layla.

As expected they have decorated the living room according to the occasion.

After cutting the cake, the boys began with their drinking session while we girls were chatting.

"So Juvia, are you happy? Now that Gray is back. Can we expect happy new anytime soon?" Lucy asked her.

"Yeah, of course, I'm happy that Gray is back. What happy news do you want Lucy-san?" I confessed to her.

"Nothing Juvia…So Juvia, what gift did you give to your Gray for his birthday?" Levy-San asked me.

"Didn't you see Levy-San, the shirt which I gave him is a gift, then a greeting card and a small cake which was cut in the morning along with the kids," I told them with a smile.

"No Juvia. We expected something intimate... Did you give him or not yet?" Erza-San asked with a smirk on her face.

I blushed thinking about our night which I gave him as a gift but I won't say to these people.

"Juvia, your red face gives us the answer. Congo girl…" Lucy-San teased me.

Then we heard a loud thud sound, the guys were swirling on the floor because of sudden bickering, especially Natsu-San and Gajeel-Kun.

"What did you say, flame-breath? My children are cute and beautiful. I'm a proud maker." Gajeel-Kun said.

"What huh?? I and Lucy are cute producers. Our product looks so cute as compared to yours. Hahaha." Natsu-San began to laugh boisterously.

"How dare you say that? My boy is the cutest baby I have ever seen.. he is so small and cute all credit goes to his parents." Now Jellal joined them.

We sweatdropped. These idiots have become drunk and lost sense of what they are blabbering. 

But what caught my attention was why Gray is fighting with them on this topic.

"Hey you fools, I betcha my baby is gonna be more cutest and beautiful than all your brats. 
    Our baby will have my handsome features with Juvia's charms which will defy all the laws of genetics. Haha…" Gray laughed at them even though he was drunk.

The girls smirked at me, "Already thinking of a baby huh?? Don't tell us you guys, have already made it in just a day's time.." Levy-San teased me.

"Oh Levy-San, stop it…" I closed my face with my palms due to embarrassment.

"Huh!!! What did you Ice-princess? Your brat will be cute huh!! I betcha it will have all your ugly traits. There is no competition for my Nashi.." Natsu-San hissed while burping.

"Yeah,...you still don't have a baby yet… so can't join this fight…" Both Jellal and Gajeel-Kun growled at Gray.

Gray began to think and looked at me with a smirk, "Okay if that's the problem if you'll excuse us. We are gonna make a baby. I will prove to you that my baby is the cutest of all...Haha… Isn't it princess?"

"Gray, you idiot, stop. Do you know what you are talking about?" I shouted at him with a red face.

He got up and came to my side and lifted me in the bridal. His face looked flustered due to alcohol and smiled, "Princess, they are mocking me that we don't have a baby. Come let's go make one." He began to move towards the room. The girls were cooing.

"Gray, stop. Not now, we have guests to attend." I told him with a huge blush.

"Hey Stripper, stop don't you dare do dirty things to my sister before marriage?" Gajeel yelled at Gray's shoulder to stop him.

"Huh!!! What dirty stuff? *hiccups* All we do is a passionate dance where I go…." I stopped him by covering his mouth.

Man!! He is making me feel embarrassed.

"Let go of my sister, you pervert." Gajeel-Kun was shaking his shoulders.

He released me unceremoniously as I fell on my back. "Princess, I'm sorry. Say something to your brother. He is stopping us to make a baby of our own. Tell him…" He showed me his puppy eyes which was making me irresistible.

"Sprinkler, don't go falling for his acts. No baby before marriage. Got it…." Gajeel-Kun advised me even though he himself didn't follow the said advice.

"Okay...okay stop it. Levy-San, get hold of your husband.." I called her but she just sat there laughing.

"Ohh...hahaha….Ice-princess, can't make a baby?? He's scared of his lady's brother…" Natsu-San mocked my Gray which blew his fuse. 

He caught hold of my wrist and pulled me, "Come we are making one right now.."

"No stop, it's Gray. It's their way of messing with you…" He stopped.

"So princess, doesn't want me to be the father of our baby huh?" He asked in a sad tone.

'Oh gosh!!! Natsu-San. Tomorrow I will kill you.' I thought and glared at him.

The girls now got up and caught hold of their husband and led them out.

"Juvia, we are sorry. These morons have messed up the fun. We will leave. Solve the matter before it goes out of hand." Lucy-san apologised for Natsu-San's behaviour.

"No, it's okay. They just lost their mind after consuming alcohol. I will handle Gray.. don't worry." I assured them.

"Stripper, if you get her pregnant, I will kill you…"

"Ice-princess, I challenge you, my Nashi is the cutest… Haha"

Lucy-San smacked her husband and led him out followed by Levy-San.

"Gray, all the best in your process." Both Jellal and Erza-San teased us and left behind them.

After closing the door, Gray still looked disappointed. I went up to him and ruffled his raven coloured hairs.

"Princess, you don't want it, huh?"

"No Gray, I never told you that. How can you say those embarrassing things in front of our friends and my brothers?" I blushed and laid my head on his shoulders.

Now he looks a bit sober, "I'm sorry, Gray. If that has hurt your feelings, please forgive me." I told him while swirling my finger on his shirt.

He whispered in my ears, "Then show me princess, but before that wear the thing in the small bag and meet me in the  bedroom." He said and left me.

I took the small bag which was kept on the table. I opened the package and saw lingerie of black colour with belts and buckles with the correct size.

Guess, he must have come to know from yesterday's activity.

I blushed and wore them nevertheless because my Gray has bought these for me. Then made my way to the room.

I opened the door and saw an empty bed. As I entered the room, doors closed and he hugged me from behind, 
"Juvia, it fits you perfectly. Do you like it? And by the way, you are making me go crazy already." He whispered in his husky voice making me already feel warm.

"I love it, Gray. Anyways, once again Happy Birthday." I said and kissed his lips and he responded back.

"So shall we proceed Princess?" 

"As you wish, my prince."
