JUVIA'S POV

It's been a week since Gray talked to me. Neither I bothered to talk to him as I said it was his fault.

It's already been a month since we came here. So in the next few days, we have to give the rent to Mrs.Ashley.

As true to her words, Lucy-san didn't tell her mother. 

I left a note along with my share, on the dining table stating him to give the rent if his share was ready.

Ever since I came to know about Bora's true intentions. I have avoided his calls and messages. 

Once during this week, Gajeel-kun asked me to arrange a personal meeting with that jerk. He wanted to know who this person was. 

Then I revealed the news to Gajeel-kun, he got angry and was ready to trash that jerk and throw him in the hospital bed.

I and Jellal stopped him and told him, we will catch him red handed and smack him down for using me to fulfil his dirty intentions.

"So, are you guys now in talking terms? Did Gray apologise to you?" Erza-san asked me. 

I just shaked my head sideways indicating it was otherwise. "It doesn't bother, it's his choice to talk or not. Let it be Erza-san."

I left them saying it was time for my swimming practice. We have just today left before the sports event and then the weekend starts. So we are doing our best to get ready. 

We are going to represent our university by the group name "Fairy Tail", isn't it a beautiful name for a team and Erza-san will be our leader.

GRAY'S POV

I got ready and went to make a sandwich for breakfast. Ever since returning from Natsu's place, I have stopped talking to her. 

I know, I'm at fault but I was not convinced about her leaving without informing anyone. 

Fine, things now got awkward between us. She stopped making food for us and is avoiding me. It looks like we have again become like strangers.

In the dining table, I saw a note and money, I guess, its share of rent. 

To think of it, it's already been a month since we got together and already went in for a roller coaster ride.

I ate the sandwich and got my share of money, luckily, I got my pay yesterday.

While going, I gave the rent to Mrs.Ashley. She was happy how responsible we were at this young age.

Soon I got to the college and got into my track suit and went in for practice.

I saw Natsu, Gajeel, Erza and Levy practicing their level of game.

"Yo Ice-princess!!! Arrived just on time. Go warm-up a bit and let's compete."

"Okay, just wait for a few minutes." 

"Gray, did you make-up with Juvia?" Erza asked me.

"No, why would I? She is the one who is at the fault. She should be the one apologising to me instead of hiding and throwing my things into the bin."

"Hey Ice-prick, the fault is yours also. See I know, she is also partly at fault but still just apologises to her. I'm sure she is eagerly waiting for you to talk to her."

"No metal-head this time I'm not going to let my pride go down." I said and went to the track field.

Time Skip

LUCY'S POV

"Lucy-san!! are you not practicing?"

"No Juvia, today is my rest day. Moreover, I'm just in a single event. So no need for much practice."

"Okay if you say so. Just wait, let me finish one more round of butterfly stroke and I will join you on the bench." I dived into the pool.

"So Juvia, take this towel and get freshened up." 

She gave me the towel as I sat down on the bench.

"Thank you Lucy-san."

"Juvia, what did you plan to do with that Bora jerk? How are you going to make him pay for cheating you?" Lucy-san asked me.

" Oh about that, I will call him up and confront him with the things I saw and heard that day. And I'm also planning to take Gajeel-kun with me. He will take care of him."

"So when will you be doing this? Did you tell Gray about this?"

"I will do this once the sports event gets over and why should I inform him. Lucy-san, I don't want to talk to him about this nor with him."

"But Juvia, this was his way of showing that he cares for you. He was worried something might have happened to you again."

"Why would he care for me Lucy-san? What am I to him? Just a roommate......"

"No you mean a lot to him, Juvia. He loves you."

"Stop it Lucy-san, I had enough of this love crap. I don't want to be prey for another beast. I hate this love thing now."

I began to cry. Lucy-san hugged me and patted my shoulder and a few heart warming words.

"Juvia, just because that one jerk cheated you with the name of love that doesn't mean everyone will do the same.
       Gray will never do such things to anyone, especially you. He just cares for you more than just a friend."

"If he cares for him, he would have come and talked to me by now.
 It hurts here Lucy-san while he ignores me. 
I tried a few tricks to get him to talk to me by hiding and throwing his things but still he refused to talk." 

I said while crying and placing my hand on my heart. I never thought he not talking to me would hurt me to this very extent that I will break down in front of others.

"Fine Juvia, let us drill some sense into his brain and make him talk to you. Just relax... So where are your clothes?"

I pointed to the table opposite to us. When she went there, my clothes were torn. It was damaged to the extent that I can't use them again.

"Lucy-san, who would have done this? I didn't bring any spare clothes either."

"Just stay here, I will go and get some spare clothes from Erza or from Cana. Just be careful."

Lucy-san left to get me dress while I wrapped the towel around my body as I was still in my bikini and as I was conscious.

'Who could have done that? Don't tell me it's one of Bora's accomplices.' I thought.

"So you would be wondering who would have damaged your clothes? I guess you can say it was my doing."

I know this bitch she was the one who attacked in the corridor that day for being close with Gray. 

"Didn't I teach you a lesson not to mess with me!!! I guess, today you have come for another one." I stood and cracked my knuckles.

"Not so fast blunette, I'm going to humiliate you before everyone. Just give a moment." 

She came forward with a knife towards me. It brought the memories of that day. 

It was still haunting me whenever I see a person with a knife as my assault memories come in front of eyes..

"Stop it!!! Don't you dare come forward or else you will face the consequences." She didn't stop as she charged in front of me. 

I stumbled to the corner of the wall and my mind was not on the correct thinking process.

"Stop it I say......" She charged forward and removed the towel from my body.

"Wow what a nice bikini and sexy body you got there bitch. So you were using this to allure my Gray huh!!!
   Just wait I will remove those and make you display it for everyone." She let out devilish laughter.

I was crying and feeling helpless and those thoughts were still making it difficult for me to face her. 

As she came towards my bikini top to tear it open just like how that creep wanted to do, I closed my eyes.

"Stop it, you bitch...." I heard Erza-san's voice. I opened my eyes and saw Erza-San's holding her hands while another hand was extending in front of me.

I looked up and saw it was Gray. Seeing them a relief washed over my body. Soon I got up and hugged him and began to cry. 

"Erza, take her to the Discipline committee and get her punished for this dirty act and also the other day, she attacked Juvia, Natsu told me."

"Fine, I will take her. Here are her clothes, just make her relax.
  Juvia, relax everything is alright. I will take care of this bitch." Erza-san left.

I didn't turn to look at her. I was hugging him and crying.

"Gray, those scenes again flashed in front of me. I'm sorry Gray. I'm sorry...."

"It's okay Juvia. Nothing happened, see now you know how I would have felt that day. Fine dear, nothing happened. I'm there for you. 
     I'm also sorry for my behaviour that day. I was just not in a right mind, please forgive Juvia."

"It's okay Gray. I forgive you. I understand your worries now. I'm sorry, I'm making you go through this again." 

Just then, he was leaning forward to kiss me and even I did the same, "Yo Ice-princess, is she alright now? Did you guys make-up for the fight?" Natsu-san called out.

We just pulled back and Gray was glaring at him and muttering "Idiot" while I blushed.

"Natsu, why did you interrupt them? We could have seen a make out session. Can't you learn the concept of timing?" Levy-san yelled at him.

"Oh he was going to make out with her huh!!! So what does this mean then?" He pointed out the way he was holding my waist and I hugged him.

"Well it's nothing just. I was consoling her. As ....................." Gray explained to them what happened just a few minutes back.

He let go of me. I took the dress and went into the changing room to change back after taking the shower.

But outside I did hear them talking and teasing him.

"Yo Ice-princess, you love her don't you? Just confess to her and claim her as yours."

"Yeah Gray, both of you look like a perfect match."

"Oh levy, not you too. It's nothing like that...."

"Yo Ice-princess, then why is your face flustered? Okay then tell me the reason, why did you lean forward to capture her lips?"

"Yeah Gray, tell us. Just agree."

"Shut up, she will hear your talks. I don't know why I leaned to kiss her. It's just I don't know. Fine, now stop teasing me.
       Hey Juvia, I'm going Natsu and Levy are staying here with you. So come with them to the track field."

"Ice-prick, don't go running away from our questions."

'Why didn't Gray answer their question? Does he love me as Lucy-san said and do I feel the same for him?
    Again why did we think of kissing? I don't even know.' I thought.
