Friday 6pm (UK time)

Links POV

"I can't believe that woman was so rude to me on the plane!" Rhett whispered to me as we made our way towards the exit gate. I started to laugh.

"But to be fair, you did fall asleep on her and you were drooling!" we headed along to the conveyer belt to pick up our luggage and made our way towards the entrance. My phone suddenly buzzed in my pocket. I stopped, making Rhett almost walk into me.

"What is it?" he peered over my shoulder.

"It's a text from Phil!" people tutted at us as we stayed rooted to the spot in the middle of the aitport.

"What did he say?" Rhett squinted at the phone.

"He says he is waiting at Starbucks for us at the front of the airport. We need to head that way and meet him!" we dragged our cases and we dodged and twisted, trying to avoid the angry faces of by-passers. We saw the main door and looked left and right for the familiar green sign.

"I see it! Third on the left!" Rhett pointed. We sprinted along, our cases bashing behind us. When we entered the room gazed around. Suddenly a black fringe caught my sight. I dragged Rhett past tables of people.

"Phil!" he turned around and smiled. He stood up and embraced us both in a huge hug.

"It's so nice to see you guys again! I missed you guys so much! It feels like forever." his grin grew even larger.

"We miss you too man! We didn't anticipate how cold it was here!" Rhett pulled his jacket tighter over his shoulders, causing Phil to laugh.

"I'm just so happy you'll be spending a week with us! Dan will be super excited to see you! He has barely left his room this week at all. But when he sees you guys he'll be back to his old self." I smiled. We left the coffee shop and made our way outside. He waved his hand and a black taxi appeared. We clambered inside and shut the door as we drove through the rainy night.

"Where does Dan not know that you're picking us up?" Rhett broke the silence between us.

"I said that I was going to get something for dinner. I want to keep you guys a surprise so when we get into the flat I'm going to ask Dan if he wants some tea and toast and if he does want some I'll have you guys bring it through and surprise him." I smiled and pushed my glasses up my nose.

"Sounds like a great plan Phil. Lets hope it works!"

Phils POV

Rhett and Link sat quietly in the living room. I tiptoed along the corridor and knocked on Dans room. I heard an grunt and I poked my head round the door. The curtains were drawn and I made out a body shape under the duvet.

"Hey Dan. I'm making some toast and tea. You want some?" he sat up, his fringe poking every direction.

"I guess so...want me to help?" he went to stand up. I shook my head.

"Don't worry. You stay here and I'll bring it through to you." he shrugged and laid back down. I closed the door and made my way back into the living room. I beckoned them to follow me into the kitchen. They came through to the kitchen with me, careful not to make much noise.

"Dan is hiding under his duvet so the chances of the two of you walking in and him not seeing you is good. You just need to go in, put the tea and toast beside him and hopefully he will see you."

I handed Rhett the toast and Link the tea and we made our way back through the house. I pushed open Dans door and we all tiptoed in.

"Dan? I have your toast here." They placed them on his side table. He didn't even move. Rhett started to snigger. Link sat at the end of the bed.

"You don't want a sip Dan?" he groaned and rubbed his eyes. I flicked on the light and he sat up.

"Alright Phil I get...." he froze and he met the glance of all three of us.

"NO WAY!" he threw the covers off and ran over to Rhett and wrapped his arms around his shoulders. Rhett laughed and returned the hug.

"Good to see you too Dan!" he looked over to me and smiled.

"Was this your idea?" I nodded. I smiled.

"I hope you're not forgetting about me Dan!" Link called. Dan twisted around and met Links gaze. He ran over and tackled Link into a hug so that he was on top of him.

"I missed you guys so much, you have no idea!" I smiled at his actions.

"I missed you too Dan! And good news we are here all week! We have a whole week together!" Dan and Link sat up, giggling to themselves.

Dan stood up and ran his fingers through his fringe.  

"Wow I'm so happy right now! Why don't I go and shower and then we can catch up? This will be the best week ever!"
