Rain,thunder,lightning and the dark, the perfect mix for walking home after a long day waiting on other people. And the best part: to get to her apartment she has to go though several different dark, creepy, serial killer like alleyways with poor lighting and that smell of dead rats. After the day she had,this was the tip of the iceberg. The poor girl has had to deal with shouting customers,creepy middle aged men trying to flirt with her (she's 16), people complaining the ice cream machine wasn't working and she had to work with the worlds worst college. Seriously she makes sloths look fast.

She runs her pale white fingers though her golden hair as she brushes some wet stray strands off her face. She lets out a deep sigh as she walked though the streetlights of the Main Street.
"Melody" said a softly spoken inner voice causing her normal green eyes turn blue. A wolf. That's right werewolf's are real.
"Yes Scarlett" she said in her head. Her green eyes keeping an eye on the path as she walked
"Are you not scared" Scarlett asked. This made melody think for a minuet. It's dark,wet,raining and she's walking down alleyways we're someone could hide a body,but for some odd reason,that didn't scare her,she couldn't put her finger on it.
"Not really but I guess that's because I have you" she said in her head once again. She then turned a corner and the safety of the streets have gone,the lightly lit streets suddenly disappear as she entered one of the alleyways. She could hear the crunch of the wet leaves under her feet,she could only see a few shadows of tree branches,the rest of what she could see was as black as a black cat. In other words noting.
Then a sound of heavy footed footsteps began to echo though the once quiet alleyways. Melody kept walking getting quicker and quicker as she walked,keeping her head up high as she walked. The footsteps began to get closer and closer until

THUD

She was suddenly pulled by her small arm and pushed into a brick wall behind her,hitting her head. She tried to focus her eyes on the figure in front of her. A male, dark grey eyes, early 20's, well built and had a smell of alcohol dripping from his breath
"Now we're to do think your going" this male said,his head close to her neck,his breath sending shivers down her spine. She tried kick him in the middle of his legs but due to the iron grip he had on her wrists she couldn't get the strength into her legs
"Let me go" she said though gritted teeth
"Bite him" said Scarlett. Melody used all her strength to not shift
"A she wolf" he said against her neck as he moved one of his hands off her tiny wrist and reached into what she could only guess due to poor lighting: his coat pocket
"Quick kick him" Scarlett said as melody did just that,he then doubled over as her size 3 foot collided with his shin. She then legged it

"Come back here bitch" yelled the male as he began to chase after her. She ran as fast as her small legs would carry her, she finally reached the end of the alleyway  and before she could check where this male was,she felt her blond hair get yanked from behind,causing her to scream out in pain and her eyes well up with her salty tears.
"You are mine" the male said right into her ear as he then stabbed a sharp needle into her neck. She let out a yelp,she she began to feel dizzy
"What    Have.     You.   Done" she said as she began to feel breathless and her vision got blurry. The male just laughed,like a real witch cackle type laugh. She couldn't focus,the pain in her head,and now the feeling that she was underwater over took her as she fell to her knees
"I drugged ya" he said with a massive smirk on his face
"Now you can't run from me" he said as she tried to stand up but it was like all her strength had gone, she was struggling to keep her eyes open as she saw him reach over and pull her up by her neck.

Then a howl erupted though the whole area causing it to shake like an earthquake. As two more footsteps could be heard
"Alpha,it's a rouge" said another male voice,seemed deeper than the man who had her neck,her eyes were getting heavier and heavier
"Let the girl go" growled a third male. She could hear the anger in his voice. The first male who had hold of her tightly gripped her neck causing her to gasp for air. Her body began to feel heavy and hot as the drug began to flow though her veins.
"She's just a rouge herself,why would you care" said the first male as he then let go of Melody causing her to fall to the ground with a loud thud. Her head hitting the ground below. She was now drifting in and out of consciousness.
The other two males growled at him as they watched melody fall to the ground.
"That's it,I'm done talking" said the third male as he howled into the sky and then charged at the first male.

A fight erupted between the two males. The third male used all his strength to push him to the other side of the alleyway. The first male lost his balance and fell down but quickly jumped up and ran to the third male.
While that was going on,the second male quickly ran to melody. Her breathing was rapid,her body was wet from sweat and rain, everything felt very and she was hot to touch.
"It's okay miss your safe now" he said to her as he quickly scanned her for any other injuries. It was to dark to tell if anything was broken or anything like that. Then a sudden snap was herd as the third male broke the first males neck. The third male then howled. It was a come and help me howl and two other figures arrived,picked up the dead male and left as quick as they came.
She could here footsteps as she let out some quiet whimpers of pain.
"Let's get her back to the pack house" said the third name,his voice calming. That was the last thing she heard as she finally let the heaviness take over and let herself fall unconscious
