Interview 28 - Wings of Light by NxnsxgnorsDxmon
I am proud to interview NxnsxgnorsDxmon who is the winner of The Congenial Awards for the book - "Wings of Light".
Let's get right into it!
1. {Nabeela} What inspired you to write your book?
First and foremost, my eminent inspiration for my book to see the light of day is not only one American Horror Story LGBT fanfiction which was purely detailed and exquisitely executed under the name "To Light and Guard", but also a handful of tv shows and video game afflatuses such as "Breaking Bad", "House of Cards", "The Walking Dead" (tv shows up to there) and "Stay out of the House" (video game).
Thanks to these sources, I constructed slowly but surely my story and developed it in something else than some people may think.
I couldn't thank enough their fellow creators for their brilliant exemplars and outstanding ideas that emboldened me to take some ideas from them like scenes, character development and so forth.
2. {Nabeela} When did you join Wattpad?
The day I joined Wattpad was actually 6th of June, 2017.
3. {Nabeela} How have you grown since you first started writing?
I initially commenced seriously writing at age 15 as there were periods of time when I took either a long or short break from writing.
Everybody commences from the literal zero including myself and improving gradually through the elapsing time by reading other pieces of works that embolden us to write, besides learning from our mistakes and constructing our own outstanding writing style. Moreover, I have discovered a much different world and how there are an opulence of relatable writers and readers that either like that trope or category, regardless of its flaws.
Miraculously, I have read more electronic (like Wattpad, ff.net and archives of our own) stories than paper ones and I have not only expanded rabidly rapid my own vocabulary, but also took modicum of ideas by formulating them abstractly and let's not forget to tint my writing style as well. Even thanks to these electronic/online works, everything is slightly different for me than reading absolutely nothing.
4. {Nabeela} I agree with you on the 'reading more books online', ha ha. Nonetheless, how does it feel to have won the contest?
Well, that is an immensely intriguing question, to be honest!
It is more than unimaginably indescribable to scribble your outspoken thoughts on being a winner. It speaks volumes not only verbally, but also non-verbally. I mean, each individual that is being awarded for their hard-work, luck, creativity or/and discipline, are being immensely blissful for the done job.
Even if you aren't in top 3 or at least the honorable mentions, consequently it shouldn't let you down as you have the mission to put yourself in the winner's shoes to picture their sheer ecstasy as well.
Just depict yourself as the winner in any contest and how many relatives and friends of yours are going to be on cloud nine beholding you shimmering brighter than a nocturnal star. Last but not least, it is more than glamorously awesome to be a winner and win the host along some participants' hearts. I would like to express my humongous gratitude to you for this brief, nevertheless, interesting and amazing interview as well.
Hopefully everybody are doing well and stay strong, regardless of the times and their trials.
