Marinette's POV

I was still crying a bit when I got to the kitchen. I turned on the light a looked around. I started getting ingredients for cookies, crossiants, and cake. I felt arms snake around me and I relaxed when I saw that it was Adrien. 

M: What do you need?

A: I was looking for you after you left the room.

M: Oh. I was hoping someone would not notice.

A: Well, Alya being as she is, noticed you were not in the room.  

I laughed silently. 

M: You want to help me bake?

A: Sure. 

I started measuring the ingredients and Adrien put them in the mixer. 

Things got a bit messy but, we managed. I got to decorating the cookies and Adrien challenged me. 

A: I bet, I could decorate a cookie better. 

M: How much?

A: 50 euros. 

M: Deal

I got my cookie and he got his, we both started icing and 30 minutes later we were done. 

M: Here is mine. 

A: Here is mine. 

I giggled at Adrien's cookie and held out my hand. 

M: Where's my money?

He went into his wallet and handed my 40 euros. 

M: Hey. This is only 40. We agreed on 50. 

A: No. 

M: No more kisses for a month. 

A: Noooooo!!! Here is the 10. 

M: Good kitty cat. 

I pointed to my cheek. He came and was about to kiss my cheek and he quickly turned my head and kissed my lips. I could not pull away and just melted into the kiss. Our lips moved in sync but, we had to stop when Alya came barging in. I turned toward her. 

AL: Girl! You can't just do that. Also, love the cookies. 

M: Thanks. 

The timer for the cakes and crossiants went off and I put on my mittens and took them out. I got my honey glaze and spread it on the crossaints. I took a crossaint and split it in half. I gave half to Adrien and the other to Alya. 

M: How are they?

A: Heavenly

AL: Better than your Uncle's

Suddenly the whole class barges in. They see the cake, crossaints, and cookies and they dig in. I get a bunch of compliments. Except from Lila. 

Lila: These are disgusting! My chef can bake better than this. How do her parents even have a bakery. Their stuff is just dreadful. But, this, is just a 100 times worse. I can do better than this. 

M: Then, the whole class lets have a bake off. I will be the judges. I will pair you guys up and you guys will get to work. The pairs are: Kim and Alix, Ivan and Mylene, Chloe and Nathaniel, Sabrina and Max, Rose and Juleka, Alya and Nino, and Lila will be working alone. Adrien can sit out because he just baked. I will come around if you need help. Get ready you have 4 hours to bake. And GO!

Everyone took off for the ingredients and I was amused at what Lila was doing. She wasn't even measuring her ingredients. She just eyeballed it. I really just couldn't wait to give her feedback, but, I could wait to try her food. 

Everyine else was doing good so, I walked around. I went to Chloe and Nath first. 

M: What are you guys making?

C: We are making a cake and then cutting it to look like a castle. Then covering it in icing and painting it with edible paint. 

M: Okay. You should do the baking and let Nath do the decoration and stuff. 

N: Ok. 

C: Sure

I walked to Ivan and Mylene. 

M: What are you guys making?

Mylene: A wrecking ball covered in flowers. 

Ivan: I am strong and she likes flowers so we did something that expresses both of us. 

M: That's adorable. Mylene should do the flowers while you do the cake because the flowers are going to be very delicate. 

I go to everyone else and they all have good ideas then, it is Lila. 

M: Lila, what are you making?

Lila: I am making a cookie. It will look better and taste better tha  your Mari-trash. 

I bend a little to look at her cookies. They did not look good. I feel her pinch my ribs and I winced in pain. I stood up straight and tall. I refuse to show weakness. 

M: I hope you do good. Don't forget to make your icing.

I go back to my spot and sit down next to Adrien. I lean on his shoulder ans watch everybody. They all seem to be doing well. They had 3 hours and 15 minutes. I heard timers go off. Alya, Chloe and Alix take there cakes and cookies out of the oven. They put them on a rack to cool. 

Chloe started cutting the cake to make the castle structure. I had told her it is easier to cut and make the structure when the cake is warm. Nath started making the icings and paints for the cake.  When, Chloe finished the cake was nearly cooled down. She helped Nathaniel make the rest of the icings and then, they started icing it. Chloe finished relatively quickly. Nath started painting and he was going fast but, still doing a good job. 

Alya and Nino were decorating their cookies. They had taken their cake and cut them into tiny cameras and headphones. They iced them and put them on their cookies. I thought it was rather cute.  

Everybody had 1 hour left. Ivan had a gray wrecking ball and Mylene had a tray of flowers. She got some icing and put them on the bottom of the flowers and then put then on the ball. I had given them tips on this. She had a electric guitar she made and carefully put it and the flowers.

Kim and Alix made a cake cut it and put roller blades and swimming googles on it. 

Lila was just putting frosting on. She was having a hard time. She finally got it on her last cookie and put them on a plate. 

They all had 5 minutes to put on the last decoration. 

M: 5 minutes!!!!!!!

Everybody looked at the clock and hustled. When there was 10 seconds left, everybody finished except Lila. She was putting sprinkles on her cookie. She finished when the buzzer went off.She put down the sprinkles. I walked by everybody's cook place and they all looked pretty good. I started with Alya and Nino and then went through everybody else. I did Lila last. 

I bit into her cookie and then spit out the cookie into a napkin. 

M: Your cookie is under baked and your icing is too sweet. 

Lila: No, it isn't. You are just saying that. 

She bit into her cookie and made a sour face. She spit hers out too. 

Lila: Ok. That was horrible. 

M: Glad you agree. So the order of the bakes go like this. 1. Chloe and Nath 2. Alya and Nino 3. Ivan and Mylene 4. Alix and Kim 5. Max and Sabrina 6. Lila. Congrars all of you! You all did amazing!

It was 11:47. I herded everyone to the door and we all went to our rooms. Adrien insisted that her stay with me. I got in bed and snuggled into his warmth.  I felt his arms on my waist. I quickly fell into a dreamless sleep.
