Reigan

Twenty-six days and still no change. Its Saturday afternoin and most of our group is here. A collection of flowers and cards are displayed on a table near her bed. Brandon in sitting on her left, me on her right.

Rob and Jon come in silently. They lay down flowers on the tabke as wel

"Do you think today will be the day she wakes up?" Rob asks. "We've all been thinking that everyday since she went into the coma." Anna says. Its true. Every time I wake up I wonder if today will be today, our hope is slowly drifting.

"Guys. Can I talk to her for a bit?" I ask. The tears are already welling up in my eyes.

I squeeze her hand not wanting to let go.

They all exit the small room to let me talk to her. Every time I visited I only cried. I never had the will and strength to do so.

"People say that you can hear people around you when your in a coma. I just wanted to tell you what's been happening." I hold back a sob and take a deep breath in.

"Taylor turned himself to the police, Alex feels guilty and he hasn't been eating much, all your friends have been sulking. So if you can hear me I want to tell you something important. Everyone needs you. Believe it or not you change all of our lives. If you left us I seriously don't know what I would do anymore. It would be as if part of me was stolen from me. I know everyone outside would feel that way as well. I know you can fight. You have always stayed up when everyone thought you would break down and give up. Please, try to wake up. There are so many people waiting for you."

The tears come now and I wipe them away quickly. I need to stay strong.For Rayanne. I kiss her cheek and let go of her hand. I walk to the door and open it for the rest of them.

Brandon takes me in his arms and I break down, letting the tears I held back fall.

We once again gather around her.

I hear a knock on the door and Anna goes over to open it.

"Where's Rayanne?" My jaw drops at the sight of the lady and man They push past all of us and go to Rayanne.

"Who did this to her?" The lady asks. No one answers. Half of us are surprised while the other half looks confused.

Brandon's eyes water and he stares at them.

"Rayanne. Please wake up we have something to_"

Rayanne's eyes shoot open and she gasps for air.

She looks at them her eyes starting to tear up.

"Mum? Dad?"

(A.N): short chapter but thisbis the final one. There will be an epilogue so yeah....
