I am using google forms for the forms so I can organise everything properly.

The form will include

▸ your name and pronouns

☇ your preferred name

☇ also taking into account that
people have different pronouns,
do include that as well
it may come in useful
in the short stories and poetry

▸ your username

☇ your wattpad username

☇ message me if you've changed your username

▸ your email

☇ i will send the details to your email
and you will need to send the gift from the same email

▸ preference of giving

☇ choose minimum of one
from the four kinds of gifts you can do

▸ preference of receiving

☇ choose minimum of one
from the four kinds of gifts you prefer to receive

▸ bias

☇ write down three of your biases,
preferably, in order of who you like most

☇ state group as well

☇ you can have a bit of detailed description,
e.g. you ship them with another member
or your ship name with your bias

☇ since it as a long answer, don't hesitate to add in extra details

▸ extra hands

☇ optional, this is for backup

incase some gifts are unfinished by
the end of the gift making period
