An immense emptiness covered  my life. This was accompanied by a great sadness and a feeling of inferiority. Walking through this world accompanied by them.

Because of the emptiness I felt and it's faithful friends. They happened in my life unpleasant events that only plunged me deeper and deeper into an abyss from which I could not escape.

Emptiness, sadness and inferiority remained with me but solitude now joined them. Distraught by my faithful companions I looked for love and affection where there was none.

I looked for love and affection in the alcohol but did not find it there. I tried to find them in the nightclubs and neither found them there.

They shone by their absence in the pleasures and amenities offered by this world. I only managed to sink deeper and deeper in the abyss from which I could not escape.

It was not until I met Jesús, that I found the love and affection that so desired my soul.
That's why I want to give you thanks today and say I love you.
I can't find in noone the unconditional love you have given me.

Thanks father for the sacrifice of your only begotten son and my salvation.
