Saying Goodbye!

****Bellas P.O.V****

"I said leave me alone." I told Edward.

"Bell, please don't do this. Just think about it, please."

"Get out! It's over." That really broke my heart saying that, not really. I slammed the door in his face.

"Bella? What happened?" Dad asked me.

"I have to get out of this place. Out of Forks. I'm leaving. Now." I told him.

"Wait, What?" He asked, as I ran up the stairs and slammed the door. Edward's already there packing my bags.

"I can't hurt him." I whispered to him.

Edward gave me a look, then there was a knock on the door. "You're going to have to. I'll meet you in the truck." Edward told me.

I exited my room and into the hallway.

"Bells. Did he hurt you?" Charlie asked me.

"No, dad."

"Then what? Did he break up with you?" He asked.

"I broke up with him."

"I thought you liked him?" He asked.

"That's why I have to leave. I don't want this. I want to go home." I said and I walked down the stairs with him following me.

"Your mothers not even in Phoenix." Charlie called after me.

"She'll come home. I'll call her from the road."

"You can't drive now. I'll take you to the airport tomorrow morning."

"I have to drive. I need time to think."

"Bella Wait." Charlie called after. "Please stay, we can do more things together."

"Like what? Watch baseball on the flat screen? Go to the diner more often? No, that's your thing. It just didn't work out, okay? I really hate Forks!" That did the trick. With that I left to my truck and pulled out.

Edward caught up and landed on the roof of my truck, leaning into my window.

"Why don't you let me drive?" He asked. I opened my door and scooted over, he took over the wheel.

"Your father will forgive you." He told me.

"No he won't. I said the same thing that my mom said when she left" I told him. Then there was a thump sound on the back of the truck scarring me.

"It's just Emmett. Alice is in the car behind us. James is following." He told me.

We walked inside and as it turns out Laurent was in there. Edward started heading towards him like he's a threat.

"Stop, he's here to warn us." Carlisle told us.

"This isn't my fight and I've grown tired of his games. But he's got unparalleled senses, absolutely lethal. I've never seen anything like him in my three hundred years. And the woman, Victoria, don't underestimate her. I'm heading up to the Denali Clan. Hopefully they will be able to teach me the ways of eating animals." He said then left.

We all entered the garage with me.

"I've fought our kind before. They're not easy to kill." Jasper said.

"But not impossible. We'll tear him apart and burn the pieces." Emmett sounded happy.

"I don't relish the thought of killing another creature, even a sadistic one like James." Carlisle sighed.

"What if he kills one of us first?" Rosalie asks.

"I'm gonna run Bella South." Edward said.

"No, Edward. James knows you would never leave her." Carlisle said.

"I'll take her, Edward. I'll keep her safe." Alice says.

"Can you keep your thoughts to yourself?" He asks her.

"Yeah." Alice said.

"Rosalie put this on." Edward said as he started to take my clothes out and threw some at Rosalie to put on.

"Why should we do this. What's in it for me?" Rosalie protests, I felt Alice take me away from Edward and lead me to the car.

Bella is with Edward, she's family now. And we protect our family." I heard Carlisle say.

"Fine." The door opened next to me at the back and Rosalie got in.

"Bella."

"Edward." I grabbed his hand. "Please, please be safe. I don't know what I... I can't even." I breathed.

"We'll be fine. There are six of us and two of them, and when everything's done, I'm gonna come back and get you." He said.

"Okay."

"Bella, you are my life now." He touched my face and kissed me softly. "I love you." He whispered.

"With all my heart." I replied. Alice started the car and we left them behind. Kirsten was in the back with me.

Sometime later.

"Hi mom, I guess you let your phone die. I'm not in Forks but I'll let you know as soon as I'm safe. I love you." I hung up. I fell asleep at some point.

We arrived at a hotel where I showered and changed into something fresh.

****Kirstens P.O.V****

Agh, why do we need to protect Bella. I can feel her emotions and so can Jasper. We were looking at each other when Bella's emotions had a lot of smugness and determination. I rolled my eyes and just sat there on the couch with Alice and Jasper.

"Are you sure this'll work? I mean they could get hurt because of me." Bella said. 'Puh-lease, like I care if they get hurt. If the tracker comes for me, I'm taking Kirsten with me so that he can kill her.' I can't believe Bella's thoughts are so cruel. She left to the bathroom.

"Jaz, Ali! Bella's thoughts are getting more crueler then before. You guys know how that James will call Bella and tell her a lie." I said quietly. They nodded. "Well, she wants to take me with her so that James can kill me instead of her."

They gasped. "Are you sure she thought that mom?" Alice asked.

"No, she knows. Remember she can read Bella's mind. She also took Bella mental shield." Jasper said.

"Oh yeah, if this happens what do we do? We can't kill her yet." Ali says just as Bella comes out of the bathroom.

"Hey guys, what are you talking about?" Bella asks.

"We were just ordering food for you two. Mama needs to eat." Jaz said. Bella didn't look convinced. She just gave us a look and sat down in chair.

We ate our food and watched tv. Though, Bella was pacing around. Just as she was going to ask something, Alice gasps and she goes into a vision.

"Alice, What is it? What did you see?" Jasper asks her.

"The tracker, he just changed course." Bella stopped in one place, standing.

"Where will it take him, Alice?" I asked.

"Paper... I need paper." She said as Jasper gave her a pencil and a piece of paper.

"Mirrors, a room full of mirrors." She said sketching it on the paper.

"Edward said her visions weren't always certain." Bella says confused.

"Alice sees the course people are on while they're on it. If they change their minds, their vision changes." Jasper and I explains to Bella.

"So, the course is taking him to a ballet studio?" Bella said.

"You've been here before?" Alice asks her.

"Yeah, I took lessons as a kid. The school I went to had an arch just like that."

"Was your school here in Phoenix?" Jasper wondered.

"Yeah."

"Would you have any reason to visit it again?" Alice asks Bella.

"Hell no, I hated that place." She said.

Just then Bella's phone rang. "It's Edward." She answers it.

We listened to the conversation.

"Edward, are you okay?"

"We've lost the tracker. The woman's still in the area. Rosalie and Emmett have gone back to protect your father. We're coming to get. Then you and I will go somewhere alone. And the others will keep hunting. I will keep you safe."

"Okay. I'll see you soon." She hung up.

"Edwards on his way here." She said. We made plans to meet up with them.

Both Alice and Jasper went to pack their things in their room. It was just me and Bella now. Bella came up to me and glared at me.

"Just you wait, I'll have Carlisle all to myself and you can't have anything to do with it. I'll make it to where I video tape me and Carlisle having sex and posted it on the internet. I already did some with my moms husband Phil. And let me tell you, he was amazing in bed. I wonder if Carlisle is like a sex god in bed. Because he certainly is a walking sex god on two legs. I'm planning on having Esme, Carlisles ex-wife, help me kill you if the tracker doesn't. Also if you tell anyone about this conversation, I'll tell Charlie, no, I'll tell the whole wide world that vampires exist. Got it, you b*tch." Bella threatens me.

"Yes." I said faking my scared voice and face.

She smirked and went into her room to pack. Then I hear her phone ring. That must be Renee but who is exactly James.

"Hey, mom. I know it's all of the sudden but..." Bella said.

"Bella! Bella!"

"Mom, what's wrong?" There must be shuffling from when James picks up the phone. "Mom, are you there?" She asks.

"Forks High School doesn't protect its students privacy very well. It was just too easy for Victoria to find your previous address. It's a nice house you have here. I was prepared to wait for you, but then mom came home after she received a very worried call from your dad, and it all worked out quite well."

"Don't you touch her, or I swear I'll rip your head off." Bella sneered down the phone and he laughed.

"You can still save her but you're gonna have to get away from your friends."

"Where should I meet you?" Bella asked.

"How about you old ballet studio. I'll know if you bring anyone other than your Cullen's mother along. Or poor mommy would pay the price." He hung up and I ran quietly to the couch.

Bella came out with money in her hand and a smug look on her face.

"Come on, you're coming with me." Bella said as she grabbed my arm tightly.

"Where are we going?" I said even though I know where.

"Somewhere, now shut up." She pulled me along.

"Coast is clear, let's go."

A taxi pulled up. "Lexi's studio please." The driver took us to Bella's ballet studio and we paid before getting out.

"Here we go." Bella muttered and walked in.

"Mom?" Bella says.

"Bella? Bella? Bella where are you?"

"Mom!" Bells pulled me with her to somewhere and heard Renee again. Bella opened the doors and I saw Renee and a younger Bella talking about how Bella sucked.

"You do not suck." There was a laugh behind us.

"That's my favorite part. You were a stubborn child weren't you?" James said.

"She's not even here, is she?" Bella breathes and I saw Bella being pinned against the wall.

"No, sorry. But you know you really made it too easy. So to make things more entertaining, I'm gonna make a little film of our time together. I borrowed this from your house, I hope you don't mind... and action." I was completely calm, but Bella tried to control her breathing.

"Awh, that'll break little Edward and Carlisles hearts."

"They have nothing to do with this." Bella tried to shove him.

"Oh, but they do, their rage will make more for interesting sport than their feeble attempt to protect the two of you."

"You have no idea what you will start. You idiotic bi-polar vampire." I started to walk away from them. "It won't be just Edward or Carlisle or the Cullen's."

"Oohh fighting talk, I like it. You're special."

"You bet your shit I am." Then Bella suddenly sprayed him with the pepper spray and started to run, leaving me here.

"You'll pay for that." He ran towards her and threw her making her whack the back of her head on the wall. She groaned lifting her hand to her head where she felt blood.

"Oh, so you left Kirsten to die by herself while you try and escape. She must really hate you, Kirsten."

"Oh she does. Just so you know. All Bella's been trying to do is get with Carlisle and have me killed. She thinks she's the special one because Edward can't read her mind." I whispered to him. I told him what she plans to do and that she wants to become a vampire and rule the vampire world and the human world. I found that out when I was at Charlie's house to make him dinner. I went up to Bella's room to get some of my things that she stole and found her dairy sticking out under her bed. When I read it, I had to take pictures of it and show them to the Cullen's. Then when things settled I was going to take her dairy and send it to the volturi.

"Oh, I chose my stage well. He took an intake of breath. "It's a shame they don't have the strength to turn you. Instead they kept you these fragile little humans. It's cruel really." He took Bella's hand and licked the blood. He jumped up, excited. "Euphoric." He then stomped on her arm. She screamed in pain.

"James, just so you know. Carlisle is going to turn me. I'm just waiting to finish the stupid high school." I said to him, walking up to them.

"Oh, really. Why go to school, it's boring."

"I know but I have to."

"WHY AREN'T YOU KILLING HER. SHE NEEDS TO DIE!" Bella Yelled.

"I think I'll leave her alone. She's way more special than you." James said taunting her.

"James, if you have a brother that wants to die, then call him here. The Cullen's will be here soon." I whispered him.

"Alright I will." Then he threw Bella again and left, then his brother came and did whatever James was going to do.

"Tell Edward How much it hurts. Tell them to avenge you." James's brother said as he crushed Bella's leg. "Tell him! Tell them!"

Bella screamed in protest. "Carlisle no, don't do it." There was a grunt. I turned around too see Edward here.

"You're faster than the others." James's brother smashed Edward into a mirror. "But not stronger."

"I'm strong enough to kill you." Then Edward kicked him into a mirror and broke it. Edward came up to me and Bella.

"Just take her. I'm fine. That's James's twin brother. He wants to die. I told the real James Bella's plains and he will help." I whispered to him as he picked up Bella.

As he went to the top floor, James's twin brother grabbed Edward by the ankle and threw them. Making Bella fall to the ground and have a piece of glass in her leg. He threw Edward on top where there's a window. Then he bit her on her wrist.

Edward then got angry and flew to him. Knocking him down and sliding to a wall. Edward bit off his ear and got ready to take more off. Then Carlisle came and put a hand on his shoulder. The others came as well. Jasper came up and help James's brother in place. So did Emmett.

"Bella, Bella! It's okay." Ali said.

"Son, enough. Remember who you are." Edward nodded a bit. "Bella needs you." Edward nodded a bit again.

"Oh god, Carlisle! The blood." Ali said.

"Your brothers will take care of him." Carlisle said.

"I got him." Either Emmett or Jasper said.

"Start the fire. Get the floorboards." Carlisle told them. They broke the floor apart and started the fire.

Carlisle came over and checked Bella.

"Alice." Jasper said.

"Alice, go." Carlisle said to her.

"Edward the venom is spreading fast." Carlisle said.

"My hand, it's on fire." Bella groans out.

"You have to make a choice. Let the change happen."

No. No." Edward denied.

"It's gonna happen. I've seen it." Alice says.

"It doesn't have to be that way, Alice." Edward snapped.

"She's still bleeding. Kirsten give me something to stop the bleeding." He said in his doctor mode.

I unbuckled my belt and gave it to him. He told me to wrap it around her leg and hand. I did and I tighten it.

"Carlisle, whats my other option?" Edward asked. A few seconds passed. "Carlisle." He snaps.

"Try to suck the venom out."

"You know I won't be able to stop."

"Find the will to stop. Choose. She only has minutes left." Bells screamed again.

"I'm gonna make it go away, Bella. I will." Edward said as he began to bite her arm and she struggled to stay awake.

"Edward, Stop. The venoms gone, her blood is clean. Your taking too much. Find the will." Carlisle said.

"I love you." Then Bella passed out. Edward was still drinking her blood. I set my hand on his face and made him look at me.

"Edward, that's enough. You can do it. I love you, my son." And he stopped. He hugged me and kept saying sorry. We then left the ballet studio and put Bella in the hospital here in Phoenix.

Both me and Edward were in Bella hospital room. Edward was 'asleep' while I talked with Renee.

"So, she's been doing all that." I told Renee everything that has happened, except for the vampire part.

"Yeah. She's trying to have sex with Edward and trying to be with my fiancée, Carlisle, and she also wants to kill me and Carlisles ex-wife, Esme."

Renee sighed, "so what are you going to do?"

"Well we're going to see how long it will take her to even try to do it. Then we will do whatever we need to do with her." I told her.

Renee was about to talk when we hear Bella take a large deep breath in and let it out. It looked like she was panicking. 'Where am I? What has happened?' I read her mind, so did Edward.

"Bella?" Renee said.

"Mom?"

"It's me sweetie. You're in the hospital."

"What happened? Where's... Wheres Edward?" 'More like where's Carlisle.' I heard her say in her mind.

"He's asleep. He never leaves." She nodded and sorta relaxed.

"What happened?" Bella said not remembering.

"You don't remember any of it, do you baby. You broke you're Armand lost a lot of blood. Edward and his dad, they came down to try and convince you to come back. You went over to meet them and you tripped down the stairs and went flying through a window." In Bella's mind, she started to remember every part that happened, but not the way Renee told her.

"Yeah, that sounds like me."

"Oh honey, I'm so sorry." There was a buzz, Renee's Phone. "It's Phil, he's so worried about you." Renee began to type for the first time.

"Mom, you're texting." She said, surprised.

"Yeah, finally. I told Phil to stay down in Florida. Oh honey, you are going to love Jacksonville. It's sunny every day, we've found the cutest little house and you will have your own bathroom."

"I don't wanna move."

"What?" Renee asked.

"I still wanna live in Forks. I don't wanna leave. What about dad and my friends." Bella said.

"Does you not wanting to move have to do with him?" Renee asked as she glanced at Edward.

'No, I want to stay here because of Carlisle.' Bella bit her lip from saying that. Even though Renee now knows what She plans to do. "Yes."

I rolled my eyes.

"Can we talk about this later? I want to talk to dad and say sorry."

"Okay, I'll get him, and a nurse." Skmhe kissed her check and left. I was pretending to be asleep since she wake up.

I heard Edward get up from the chair. "What really happened to James? Is he...?"

"Yeah, we took care of it." He moved closer to her. I was squinting my eyes to see. "And the woman, Victoria, she got away."

"I'm alive because of you." 'Why couldn't it have been Carlisle?' She thought loudly.

"No, you're in here because of me. The worst part of it was I thought that I wasn't going to be able to stop."

"But you did."

"Bella, you gotta go to Jacksonville, so I can't hurt you anymore."

"What? No! Are you insane? No way! What are you even talking about? You want me to go away. I'm not just gonna leave... you...no!" 'No way in hell am I leaving Carlisle to this wrenched b*tch. She's the one that can leave.' She thought to herself.

"I know." Edward said. 'Mom, I can't do this anymore. I think I'll speed things up more, but when?' He thought to me.

'Maybe on Bella's birthday? You know make it look like you're gonna give her a present.' I thought to him.

'Okay, I will.' He thought back.

"We can't be apart. You can't leave me." Bella tells Edward.

"I know." He took Bella's hand.

"Don't you ever say stuff like that to me again, ever."

"I won't. Where else am I going to go?" He asked and gave her a kiss on the forehead.
