After they went home I dialed Noriko's number.

I'm gonna ask if she and Ryu could come with us to the festival.

1 ring.

"Hello? " she says over the phone.

"Hey, Nori. "

"Oh, hi Kouta. What do you wanna tell me?"

"I wanted to ask if you and Ryu want to come to the festival tomorrow night, with me and a few others." I said.

"Really! A festival! All of us together!" she said excitly.

I laughed.

"Yep. So is it a yes? "

"Of course! I wonder which yukata I should wear? The pink one or the white one.... Hmm... " she trailed off.

I'm glad she's so excited about all of this.

"I got it! You pick Kouta! " she said.

"Wait, me? "

"Yeah, I can trust you right? Which color? "

I thought about this.

"Wear the one that's the color of your favorite stone. " I said.

"Pearl. You remembered.... " she said.
