Soon, I saw Rin, Shinchi, and Miki arrive also.

"Hey, Kouta!" Rin shouted.

Shinchi waved and Miki just hmped.

Rin came over to me.

"Guess what, dude? You see those two over there? " he said and pointed at Miki and Shinchi.

I nodded.

"Yeah, what about em? " I said.

"They're dating. "

"Well, I wish them the best of luck. " I said, knowing perfectly about how much Rin likes Miki.

"That's just cruel." he said.

"That's life. " I said.

He smirked.

"Says Mr. Friendzoned. " he said.

He nearly died when Shinchi and Miki started holding hands while we were waiting.

"Well, at least we can write a book together now. I'm thinking... forever alone should be the title. " I said.

Hitomi and Mikasa started talking to Miki and me and Rin started up a conversation with Shinchi.

Time passed like water slipping out of my hands.

"I wonder where Noriko and Ryu are? " Mikasa said.

I'm starting to get worried...
