DAY 2

LILY

"GIIIIIRLSSS !!!" Ashleigh shouts as she enters the class. 

"I have something to show you." She says in between breaths.

"And you interrupted our discussion." Kadienne replies.

"Yeah, whatever. Look at this. I transferred it from my mom's phone to the computer and got it printed." Ashleigh shows us a picture from Sixth Grade. Most of the boys are in it. One can barely see the background because the boys are all over each other and put two or five horns to each other. Some even have ten.

"So, what are we going to do ? Show it it to them and say that they were so close, and remind them of some funny memories and get them back together ?" I suggest, jokingly.

"Actually, yes. And we'll do it now !" Ashleigh drags us towards the boys, and a few minutes later, Peter, Martin, Albert, Wren, S.Charlie and Ian are in front of us. Ashleigh puts the photo in front of them.

"Remember this photo ?" She asks.

"Yeah.." I can tell by their faces that they feel nostalgic. 

"You were so close at that time." She cocks her head and gives a (fake) nostalgic smile.

"I.. guess we were." Martin scratches his head whilst smiling.

"We were such good friends." Peter says and gives a look that is a mixture of both sorrow and joy. 

"Don't you think you should get back together ?" She pouts.

"Yes ! You should. Things may change, but you can try and fix them if they go wrong !" Kadienne steps forward.

"Come-on. You can do this. Put all your problems aside and call a truce ! If it is a big one, try to work it out ! But, whatever you do, just be friends in the end." I wink. It's pretty akward to be silent in this situation. Outside, we're cool, but on the inside, it's as if we will explode with happiness that we succeeded. 

Martin and Peter look at each other and smile.

"Sorry, bro." Martin says.

"It's okay, bro. I'm sorry too." Peter replies.

"Oh my god, Peter, can you believe this ? Martin, Albert, Ian and P.Charlie together gave you ten horns !" We turn around and see Hannah holding the photo with wide eyes.

Peter snatches the photo from her. "Yes ! It's true !" He says and glares at Martin's group while we glare at Hannah.

"What ? I just said a fact." She shrugs and walks away. I mentally face-palm. Why does she ruin everything ?

"Okay. Guess we'll have to tell our 'secret mission' to Hannah." I say, being barely heard over the boy's arguing.

"But why ?" Kadienne ask. 

"So she doesn't have to interrupt and ruin our next plan." I explain.

"I don't think that's a good idea." Ashleigh says, but is interrupted by someone fake-coughing.

"What is this secret-mission that I don't know about ?" Hannah asks from behind us.

"On second thought, we'll just stay away from her." I whisper. 

Later......

I tap my pen a few times on the table, then get back to studying Ray Diagrams. Finally, an hour later, I finish, get up, grab my mom's phone and text Andrea. 

Lily : Hey, An ! Can I talk ?

Andrea : Yeah ! ^_^

Lily : I kind of need your help...

Andrea : ??? For ?

Lily : You see, there are two groups in my class, and they always keep fighting. Any suggestion on how to get them together ?

Andrea : Do you know why they're fighting ?

Lily : (:-o) No....

Andrea : Then how can you even try ? 

Lily : Hehe....

Andrea : Be serious, silly ! Find out ! They may have a good reason.... Or it may be a silly one, like whether a particular tree is bamboo or babool. 

Lily : Ok, I'll try ;-P

Andrea : I said - be serious.

Lily : I am serious. Sheesh.

Andrea : Any questions ?

Lily : Yes. How do we get them back together.

Andrea : If one of them's your crush, talk to him about it, done.

Lily : NOW YOU BE SERIOUS !!

Andrea : Calm down... You're talking as if you really have one. 

Lily : Very funny. But I don't...

Andrea : KK. Try to settle the problem. For example, if someone stole another's gf then....

Lily : God ! Why do you always think of such things ?

Andrea : Leave it. Just try to solve the problem somehow. It the reason is un-workoutable, then try singing a song that would bring them together. 

Lily : You think we're just gonna sing a lullaby and put their problem to sleep ? 

Andrea : Well, it worked in Equestria Girls. 

Lily : Whatever...

Andrea : Just  do your best. 

Lily : ':D. OK !

Andrea : Bye ! 

Lily : Bye !

DAY 3

ASHLEIGH

"What's the plan for today ?" Kadienne asks. 

"We should know why they're fighting. It'll help us." Lily says. We agree and assemble the boys. 

"What now ? How long will these meetings with that idiot continue ?" Peter says while pointing at Martin. Martin glares at him.

"Chill, guys, not for long." I say, raising an eyebrow and grinning.

"By the way, why do you fight so much ?" Kadienne asks us. 

"Uh.. because..." Peter gives Martin a confused look.

"I.. well.." Martin returns the look.

"You don't know ?" Kadienne asks, surprised. They shake their heads. 

"Please tell me you're joking..." Lily sits on the nearest chair she finds.

"We're joking." Martin says. She raises an eyebrow and looks at him.

"Really ?!" She asks.

"No. I said that because you told so.."He says. She face-palms. 

"There has to be some reason for fighting.." I say, but am interrupted by Martin. 

"He called me an idiot." He says.

"And he gave me ten horns." Peter says.

"He punched me in the face !" 

"He kicked me on my leg !" (that wasn't surprising)

"He called me a donkey !!" (that's true actually)

"He said that I was stupid !!" 

"HE TOLD ME NOT TO SHOUT LIKE A DONKEY IN MATHS CLASS !!!" (Li and Kad bent down their heads. They were definitely trying not to laugh.)

"HE TOLD ME TO STAY OUT OF HIS WAY BECAUSE I WAS LIKE A BLACK CAT !!!" 

"Great, now they're just arguing about why they even started arguing." Kadienne mumbles.

We wait for five minutes, because, you never know, they might slip out some small information related to their big problem. But, no. Finally, I can't take it anymore. 

"Everyone knows I'm better than you !" Martin says.

"As if. I am better than you !" Peter snarls.

"And I'm better than both of you !!" I say louder than both. "Now stop fighting !"

We're interrupted by loud ringing, which means that it is lunch time.

KADIENNE

Five Minutes Later...

"I just don't understand. What can we do ?" Lily asks.

"What do I know ?" Ashleigh replies.

"You can't answer a question with another question." Lily jokes.

"Leave the jokes to the experts, okay ?" Ashleigh says. 

"Okay, both of you. Now.." My voice trails off. I see Martin and Peter going out together. Lily and Ashie see it, too. Then we see that they're just outside the window. 

Lily signals to us to duck. She then pulls out a paper from a random desk and puts it down. Lily looks up and winks at us. 

"Can you believe those Rain-bombs are trying to get us together ?" Martin says. 

"Rainbooms." Ashleigh whispers angrily.

"Yeah. As if that would even happen. We are such sworn enemies." Peter replies. Is it just me, or did I hear sarcasm in his voice ?

"You are so right."

"Hey, look, how about we team up and spoil their attempts ?" 

"Then what ? I don't think that's a good idea." 

Ashleigh gives Lily a funny look. She mouths something I can't make out. Lily simply rolls her eyes. 

"Come on, you can have revenge for everything they did to you in sixth grade." Peter assures. 

"I'm not sure.. I want revenge on Hannah. She wrote my name on the board for no reason. Even Lily agreed to help me out." 

"You did ?" Ashleigh whispers. Lily shakes her head vigorously.

"Why Hannah ? We will have revenge against Rainbrooms." 

"Rainbooms." Ashleigh whispers slightly louder. 

"Hannah." 

"Rainbooms."

"Hannah !" 

"Rainbooms !"

"Hannah !!"

"Rainbooms !!" 

"HANNAH !!!"

"RAINGOONS !!!" 

"Rainbooms !" Ashleigh yells. And then, it's all silent. We slowly look up and almost scream. 

They're looking at us.

LILY

Ashleigh looks up and grins. She waves meekly at them.

"Were you eavesdropping on us ?" Peter asks. 

"N..No ! We were writing a poem when the paper flew here." I say holding up the paper.

"It's blank." Martin narrows his eyes at the paper. I quickly turn it around. They just give confused looks at it. Now I know why Ashie and Kad face-palmed. It has some funny drawings on it. I nervously grin. 

"...You know, reusing paper ?" I say. Both simply shrug and walk away.

"Let's see, they don't know why they were fighting, and obviously they were about to team up to do.. something." Kadienne says after they're out of earshot. 

"How about we fake up some story about why they're fighting and pretend to solve it ?" Ashie says.

"May I talk to you ?" Hannah asks with a sarcastic grin. 

"I guess ?" I say. 

"Ms.Samara's calling you." She points towards the teacher's table. We're about to leave the spot when Hannah calls after us. 

"It's still not too late to tell about your secret mission, Rainbooms !"

We, however, ignore her and reach Ms.Samara's table. 

"You called us, ma'am ?" Ashie asks. 

"Yes, I need you to quick up your task." She says.

"Quick up ?" Kad asks. 

"Yes. You see, the problem must be solved day after tomorrow." She says, "As the sports awards will be distributed on the day after."

"But, what's the big deal in that ?" Ashie asks quietly.

"Because they got prizes in the same thing and I'm afraid they may pick up a fight." She replies. "And I don't want that to happen, especially in front of the whole school."
