"Noooo" Iris shook her head.

"Come on! I want to play with you. Pleaaaaaaaseee??" Cisco bat his eye lashes, game cube controllers in hand.

Iris sighed and rolled her eyes. Cisco had been begging to play Super Smash Bros with her for quite some time. She looked at his innocent, puppy dog face. Might as well give in.

"Fine" she said, sitting on the floor next to him. His face lit up as he handed her the second controller.

"Wait, why did you give me the second controller? I want to be player 1"

"No, I should probably be player 1. At least until you get the hang of things" Cisco persuaded her.

"Well, you're going down, nerd"

The first round went down, Cisco winning by a landslide.

"I see." Iris said, getting ready to take Cisco down.

"You're still getting the hang of the controls! You let me know when you're ready to play for real." He smiled at her, starting the next round.

The next round, Cisco won by a landslide. And the next and the next. Iris was getting frustrated, but remained motivated.

"I'm ready"

"Are you sure?" Cisco was surprised.

"Time to play for real" she said, getting in her stance to play.

Cisco started the round with a laugh.

Iris finally won. It wasn't by much, but she did it.

"BOOM! TAKE THAT, PLAYER 1!" she said, 'mic dropping' her controller.

"Good job. I'm proud of you" Cisco smiled.

"You let me win"

"I'd never do that to you" He smiled.

"Promise?" She stated him down.

"Promise, player 2" He smirked, knowing he hadn't 'let her win' but had let himself lose so he could see her this excited.
