Classes & Claire

I walk into Ms. Brownfield's class quickly and find a seat in the back beside a girl with a shiny blonde hair, bright round blue eyes, and a bright smile. The class is full of students but, as usual Ms. Brownfield is late. "Where is the professor?" The blonde girl asks, seeming confused and clueless. "Ms. Brownfield. She is always looking late." I laugh, smiling.
We both begin to laugh at my small joke and smile.

"Hello, I'm Claire Jones. I'm a English major." Caroline says, happily. She lends her small hand out and I shake it quickly and firmly. "Im Melissa Brown. But, everyone calls me Mel. I'm also a English major." I say, proudly with a huge grin.

We talk about our favorite books like Wuthering Heights, Pride & Prejudice, The Fault In Our Stars, and If I Stay, and chitchat about their fascinating relationships. It feels good....well great to have a friend that gets you, I think to myself.

Ms. Brownfield walks in and class begins quickly. "So as you know the book report on Pride & Prejudice. It is due next week. And, I hope everyone is almost finish with it. I expect you all to take this serious." Ms. Brownfield says, sternly. Oh no, I haven't even got started on my book report about Pride & Prejudice and today is Friday, I hate when my plans go wrong or I'm unprepared Ugh, I think to myself.

"Hey, Mel. Maybe we could work on the book report together. It would be a lot of fun." Caroline says. That's a good idea, but I think Ms. Brownfield wants us to work separately not as partners, but I'll do it anyway, I think to myself.

"Yes, maybe we should. Let's start tonight. At your dorm." I say, smiling. "Okay. Cool" She exclaims, clapping her hands together quickly.
Class ends and the day goes by fast, and it turns out that I and Claire have every single class together which is fun for me.

I and Claire walk through the hallway of The Classes building towards the glass doors and we push them open, walking outside. The air outside is warm and humid now, instead of freezing cold and windy like earlier today. Wisconsin's weather change fast, but rightly full it so because it is the end of September and almost the beginning of October already, I think to myself.

A buzzing sound comes from my phone and I go into my jeans pocket, pulling out my phone. I turn it on and a text from Justin comes up. I open quickly and begin to read it in my head silently and privately:

My morning basketball practice is almost over and I will be coming to your dorm to pick you up and take somewhere so we can discuss the Friends With Benefits contract and rules and the agreement. I will be there in a few minutes. Be ready.

Bizzle

I smile but, my stomach turns and twist weakly. I bite my lower lip and quickly reply to his message:

Ok, I'll be ready when get here and I met a new friends her name is Caroline. She's really nice and very funny. Bye, see you later, then.

After I send the message, I slip my phone back into my pocket quickly and I and Claire begin to walk towards The Dorms building. Then, a tall girl with dark brown curly hair walks beside me and accidentally pushes me.

"Hey, you need to watch where you going!" I yell, turning around to watch her walk off, strutting like a supermodel. "Fuck off, bitch." She laughs, and flips me off with her middle finger.

Who was that, I think to myself. "That was Tori Black. She's a real bitch with a mean streak and an obsession with tattoos and anything punk." Claire says, as if reading my mind.

"Oh." Is all I say before we walk into The Dorms building and down the hallway towards Caroline's dorm.

I pictured Abigail Berslin.....(The girl from that movie The Call with Halle Berry) as Caroline Jones and Nina Dobrev as Tori Black (from TVD......which I love tbh). I love both them I think they would be perfect for the playing the characters in my story. Also ily guys so much
