Italy ran in with a random beach ball and threw it at Germany's head "Ve~ Can we go to the beach~?", Italy begged. "Now what brought this idea up?", Germany wondered. "It's summer after all", Alex was drawing in her notebook."If it's summer, then why are you wearing a sweatshirt?", Germany complained. "Well first off, I'm wearing shorts, and second of all, you're the one that has the A/C so low it's like fall in here!", Alex shivered to show she was cold. Italy just grabbed the beach ball and hit it at Germany's head again "Per favoreee~", Italy whined a little.

Alex looked up and saw her sorella throwing the beach ball at Germany's head. "Please, I'm freezing to death here.", by the end of that one statement, Alex had a Lily hugging her to get warmth also. "But also, Italy, I has no bathing suit! I've never been to a beach anyways", Alex notified them both. Germany signed. "Come to think of it, the last time I was at a beach was.... In Germany it doesn't get that hot, but hot enough to go to the beach but I never went", he replied. "Because of the heat, and you stayed at home, in the freezing cold, and random things!", Alex shivered.

Italy looked at Alex "you could borrow one of mine that might fit you", The she looked at germany "Ask fratello if you could borrow one and bam! You got one", Italy smiled happy that they might be going to the beach. The Lily just hugged Alex like nothing was happening. "I'd hate to break it to ya, but you're sizes are just too big for me. You're like a foot taller than me, and Germany is more built than Fratello.", Alex flipped the page and wrote on it, "Fratello = Stick. Germany = Fatter stick", she said.

"Use one of my old ones....and uhh....", Italy looked at Germany starting to pout and didn't have anymore ideas. "How about we just buy some.", a small voice come from behind Alex. "Because, I don't have one either, and Fratello says he throw your old ones out. We've got some money, or we can go to Francis where he has lot of those things. No not Francis, who made the bathing suits again?", Aria said, sitting next to Alex looking at the words on the paper. Slightly giggling.

"Fine, let's go", Germany sighed. "But what about the bathing suit thangs?", Lily asked still hugging the Alex. "We'll get them. Don't worry.", Germany put his wallet in his pocket. He headed towards the door. Alex got up and walked towards the door. Lily and Aria not far behind. Italy jumped onto the Germans back and smiled.

-Time Skip-

At the store, Hungary took the girls to look for bathing suits. Germany headed off on his own way. Once the girls got to the bathing suits, Alex started looking for long sleeved tops and shorts. Aria looked at some cute two piece ones. Italy looked at bikinis with Hungary.

Germany found some swim trunks and bought them, waiting for the girls to be done so he could buy theirs.

Lily found a nice purple two piece that had ruffles on the top, that showed her torso. Alex found a nice blue and white two piece that showed her belly button. She didn't mind if people saw her cuts.Italy found a bikini that had a red top and black bottoms. Aria found a nice green, two piece that didn't show any of her torso.

Germany was okay with them, and bought the suits.

-At the beach-

Italy ran around on the beach. Alex was setting up a giant towel and two umbrella. Italy saw an abandoned part of the beach and started building something out of the sand. Aria helped Alex set up. Kiku came along, although he wasn't a fan of the beach. After everything was set up, Aria and Lily, played in the shallow water. Italy yelled "Germania~", She held up her hand showing a huge sand sculpture of pasta.

Germany looked at the sculpture. "Wow, wait we've only been here about 30 minutes! How did you do that?!", Germany yelled. "Pasta magic!", She yelled back smiling.

At some point, a photographer, came around. He asked the girls if he could take their picture. Germany was off grabbing some snacks. They all agreed.

After the picture, Italy went up to the photographer "Do you like pasta?", She asked. "Yes", she answered back. Italy pointed to the pasta statute, which stated, on a sand plate "By: Felicia Vargas". The photographer wrote her name down and took a picture. "Thank-you, don't forget to check tomorrow;s paper", she said before moving to the next group. Italy ran to Germany, going on his back again "Ve~ guess what Germania!", Italy said loudly.

"What?", he asked. "I'm gonna be in a newspaper with magical pasta!", She said smiling huge. Germany nodded which in this case, meant 'Cool!'. Italy smiled and kissed the top of his head, from her being on his back.

Alex sat on the towel, leaning on Kiku. She watched the others play around in the water. "Wanna go in the water?", Kiku asked. Alex nodded, a little worried the salt would hurt her cuts. "They'll hurt, but only because the salt is cleaning them", He insured Alex. Kiku got up, and offered his hand to help Alex up. Alex accepted his offer.

When they got to the edge of the beach, Alex slowly walked it. "It's so cold!", she complained. Kiku chuckled. She refused to go any farther than her belly button.

Kiku swam up to her, and pulled her farther into the water. Italy poked Germany's head so he could see her sister and Kiku having fun, but before she could poke his head something caught her eye. (DUN DUN DUNNNNNNN~Lily It's who I'm thinking of isn't it?~Alex Maybe...just let the readers read!~Lily I am! Jeez, calm down~Alex)

Alex smiled and hugged Kiku. Letting her cuts sting. Lily looked the way that Italy was, mainly because Lily was on the shore and saw Italy was looking concerned and froze. "Sorella, what's wrong?", Aria asked a little concerned. Italy got off Germany's back "A-al....we can't let sorella see this!", Italy said a little distressed. Aria looked over her shoulder. "You're right, but how? It's not like sorella doesn't have eyes", Aria panicked. "We need a huge distraction", Lily said popping into the conversation "Will hugs work?".

"Yeah, but she doesn't like them, so of course she'd run away", Aria protested. "Butttt she stands them from me so it might work! Plus someone will need to get USUK out of here", Lily said being a smart person and looked at Germany. "Why me?", Germany asked, having his voice crack.

"Its either you or you hurt your girlfriend's sorella.", Lily said flatly. "First off, I agree, second, You're voice cracked, I'm sorry, but that was high dude.", Aria tried not to laugh. Lily smiled and looked back at Germany "But we have to hurry..she'll notice soon..SO LET'S DO DIS!", Lily yelled while running towards Alex.

Lily ran towards Alex almost knocking Alex down into the water into Kiku's arms. Alex almost screamed. "Lily! What's wrong?", Alex had a worried tone in her voice. "You need hugs", Lily said smiling, hugging the wet Alex trying not to tell what's really wrong. Alex was confused. "I don't think I need hugs. I just think you want hugs.", Alex calmed a little down, "Besides, don't run to me like you're about to die or something bad is gonna happen or something!", Alex pouted while being hugged.

Lily glanced over her shoulder seeing Germany was making no progress on getting USUK out so she dunked Alex's head under the water. Kiku looked concerned and confused. "Lily, what's wrong", he asked. Lily mouthed the words "Al. Cant. Let. Alex. See." to him before bringing Alex's head up. Alex gasped for air. "Mind telling me what that was for?", Alex said, crossing her arms, wincing at the slight pain. "I thought there was a bird flying to eat your face. Yeah, that's why", Lily said trying to signal Germany to hurry his butt up and get USUK out. Alex looked confused. She signed.

"Well, I'm getting cold and tired of being in the water, I'm gonna go dry off and read my book.", Alex said, heading towards the beach. "Nu! You can't! We haven't played Marco Polo yet!", Lily said frantically waving her arms trying to get Kiku to help her stall. "Why don't we play it. I've never played it. How do you play it?", Kiku wondered, trying to help. "Alex can explain", Lily said smiling at Alex, blocking her from leaving. Alex sighed.

"Well, I guess I should play it, because it requires at least 3 people to play. Okay. One person is it, and they have to close their eyes. The others go around the water. The person who is it, says "Marco" and the others respond with "Polo", unless you're Aria and say "mango". The point of the game is to get someone else to be it.", Alex explained. Lily glanced behind and saw that Germany was ruining the plan and screamed "GERMANIA GO GRAB A BALL~ WE NEED TO GET THE TRASH OUT!", Lily screeched trying to talk in code and miserably failed. Alex was confused, and turned to look at what Lily meant. Lily quickly tried to cover Alex eyes but was too late and fell into the water, face first. Alex helped Lily up. Alex looked over at Germany who was trying to get Al and Arthur (Iggy), away.

"Lily. By any chance does trash mean Al and Iggy?", Alex asked, with a little sad tone. Lily nodded and coughed a little "I didn't want you to feel hurt again so me and Aria and Ludwig and Felicia and Kiku, Little bit of Kiku, were trying to get you not to see them and of course I had to use code and I fail at that and you of course looked and I'M SO SORRY FOR FAILING YOU~!", Lily said hugging Alex, starting to sob a little.

"It's, It's okay. I-I don't mind it that much.", Alex said, looking like she might cry. Lily knew that Alex wasn't ok with this "B-but I failed you and I don't want you to hurt because of him and of course i'm an idiot and let you look and I don't deserve youuuuuuuuuuu", Lily said sobbing into her friend's shoulder. Alex looked at Al and Iggy again, then to Kiku and to Lily. "It's fine. They look happy together and I'm happy with Kiku.", Alex uncrossed her arms. Noticing a little blood. "What do you mean, you don't deserve me? You messed up once or twice, but that doesn't mean you don't deserve me. I appreciate the thought of trying to keep me from seeing them, but it's okay.", Alex notified. Lily kinda ignore what Alex said from her sobs and hugged Alex tighter. "One question, can I like stop the blood?", Alex questioned. Lily unhooked from the hug and grabbed Alex's bleeding arm gently and dipped it in the water, then kissed the cuts and hugged Alex again, sobbing once more.

Alex slightly blushed. "Lily everything is okay. I promise.", Alex looked at Lily, "Besides, if you keep sobbing like that, I'm gonna end up doing it". Lily just kept sobbing and hugging Alex. "This little get-a-way wasn't a happy thing...was it?", Italy wondered out loud holding Germany's hand. "By that, what do you mean?", he asked. "Lily's sobbing. Alex's cuts are randomly bleeding. You kinda failed at the mission you were given.", Italy said quietly. "How can you possibly see Alex's arms from here?", Germany questioned.

"Sister instinct....plus Lily just took Alex's arm in the water and kissed it...to make it stop", Italy said sheepishly. Germany made a 'i-understand-now' or 'i-see-your-point' face. Italy yawned a tiny bit. Liy just sobbed on Alex, still feeling like she disappointed her. Alex sighed, shivering. "Kiku, I'm cold and Lily won't get off me", Alex complained.

Lily shivered to but was too busy sobbing. Alex tried to pull/walk to the beach, but couldn't. Lily mumbled quietly "I-I-I didn't wanna u-upset you..and t-that's what I-I did.", Lily said, her sobs slowly turning to cries. "You didn't upset me, neither did they. Come on, if we don't get out we'll end up with a cold", Alex shivered. Lily looked up a tiny bit and shook violently "y-you sure I didn't..?", Lily said with her sobs gone but she was just crying. "I'm sure as sure, as sure as can be.", Alex said getting goosebumps. Lily smiled a tiny bit and shivered violently and kinda went out if the hug. "Come on, let's get to shore and dry off", Alex said tugging her towards the shore.

Italy yawned a little and looked at Germany sheepishly. Germany picked her up, and walked towards the towel. "Tired?", he asked when he set her down. Italy nodded and yawned more starting to fight sleep a little.

Eventually, Alex got Lily to the shore. Kiku hugged Alex, Alex hugged Lily and Lily hugged Alex. Germany and Italy were asleep on the towel. Lily looked at Alex and smiled a tiny bit. Alex smiled back. "Hugsssss", Lily mumbled. Alex smiled more and giggled. Alex started to drift off to sleep.
