Finally. He was gone and out of my life. He was extremely abusive but I feel like deep down I still love him and I hate that. to celebrate my break up and to help me move on, Indie and Delilah decided to take me out shopping. we planned to not stop until we drop.

"Leilei?" I hear someone say behind me as we pass a men's clothing store. I stop in my tracks. there's only one person who calls me that. 

"B?" I turn around and smile. "is that really you?"

"I'm afraid so." He smiles. His smile is still the big gorgeous smile he had when we last saw each other.

"it's so good to see you!! it's been like...13 years??" 

"that's crazy! So how have you been?" He asks me. 

"I've been pretty good. Obviously a lot has happened in the past 13 years and most of it was fantastic! What about you?" 

"I've been great. Honestly the happiest I've ever been." He grins. We keep talking for about ten more minutes and we eventually exchange numbers.

"I should probably get going." I smile sadly.

"it was good to see you, leilei."

"you too!" I walk off to join my friends in the store they told me they were going to be in. instantly, they spotted me and ran over.

"who was that?!" Indie whisper yells.

"Let's go get food and I'll tell you." I laugh.

we order our food and right when our waiter walks off, Delilah and indie turn to me. 

"spill the tea." they both say.

I sigh happily before starting, "His name is Blake Richardson. We were... year two lovers? Of course it wasn't a real relationship, but to us it was." I laugh. "He moved right after year two and I haven't seen him since."

"......until today." indie finishes.

"Until today," I confirm. 

"He is so cute!! I'm way jealous, Lani." Indie smiles. 

"I thought it was cute how he called you leilei." Delilah smiles as well.

"Yeah he's the only one who's ever called me that." I smile to myself. 

"I think you guys should get together. You two would be so cute."

we eventually go back to our house and after watching Netflix for a few hours, I decide to get ready for bed. As I'm brushing my teeth, a notification popped up on my phone.

I smile slightly and follow him back, wondering what the New Hope part meant. I never would have guessed that I would see him again, but I'm glad we found each other.
