Sawyer woke up at 5am just to prepare herself for the first day of junior year. She took a long shower and spent lots of time on her hair and makeup. For her hair she did a middle part and left the rest curly, she did her edges as well.

Sawyer walked into her room and opened her closet browsing for something to wear and she nodded her head, mumbling some of the lyrics to Me n U by Cassie, that was blasting on her speaker.

She had a half eaten waffle in her mouth and she danced around as she pulled out different shirts looking at them to see if she was feeling them.

After a few minutes she had decided on, white low waisted baggy jeans with a brown belt, a tanish cropped top.

For Jewelry she put on her sliver cross necklace, and her silver necklace that said SCORPIO. Then a bunch of random bracelets she had laying around her vanity.

Sawyer looked at her phone, quickly realizing she was running low on time. She rushed to her mirror re applying her lip gloss, and fixed up anything else she saw.

Sawyer slipped her feet into her brown boot Uggs, and grabbed her phone, walking over to her trash tossing her almost eaten waffle in it.

She swung her mini black tote bag over her shoulder and turned off her speaker. She took a deep breath and made her way to the kitchen.

"You're wearing that?" Gia widened her eyes, letting out a laugh from the kitchen table.

"And you're wearing... That?" Sawyer then widened her eyes at her younger sister.

"Unlike you I actually have a sense of style. My clothes don't look like I stole them from homeless people." Gia shrugged at her sister, while getting up from her seat making her way to the sink.

Sawyer shook her head and brushed off the comments. She looked down at her phone seeing that Brianna had arrived.

"Alright ill see you later then." Sawyer softly spoke.

"Um no, you're taking me Rue already left." Gia smirked as she made her way over to Sawyer.

"Of course."Sawyer sarcastically smiled, "Let's go" she made her way to the front door.

Gia nodded and quickly grabbed her things, following Sawyer to the car.

Brianna rolled down her window smiling at both girls.

"You guys look hot." Brianna beamed.

"So do you." Gia smirked, and got into the backseat.

Sawyer got into the passenger seat and quickly connected her phone to the aux.

"Gia are you ready for your first day of highschool?" Brianna glanced back at Gia.

Gia brought her gaze up from her phone, "Uhm yeah kinda, mostly nervous though."

Brianna nodded her understanding. She shifted,Her attention over to Sawyer.

Sawyer quickly frowned, "What?" She innocently asked.

"You."

"What'd I do?" Sawyer questioned. She knitted her eyebrows together.

"You better not start fucking with Asstray." Brianna let out making Sawyer think back to the party, quickly dismissing Brianna's assumption. "Fuck no, I was drunk." Sawyer defended.

"Good. You and Troy can make up." Brianna's expression changed. She smiled over at Sawyer who's expression also changed.

Sawyer frowned thinking about Troy. She honestly didn't know what she wanted to do about him. She was over his shit but she also really did have love for him.

"Uhm I dunno.." Sawyer muttered, looking down at her nails.

Brianna placed a hand on Sawyers shoulder and took her eyes off the road for a second making eye contact with Sawyer. "Come ong, you guys are cute together. He brings out the best in you." Brianna pleaded.

Gia snickered from the back seat, "If bringing the best out of her means her constantly crying and bitching about him then somethings not right."

Brianna shot Gia a harsh glance.

"What? She's my sister I don't want her with someone who treats her like shit." Gia glared hard at Brianna.

"Look, I think both of you guys have valid points. But, I honestly don't know what I wanna do yet." Sawyer glanced between the girls, hoping this would be the end of that conversation.

         Sawyer unlocked her new locker for the year. Just as she opened it a box of candy fell onto the floor with a note. She rolled her eyes and picked them up.

Sawyer sat the candy in her locker seeing cheap looking flowers inside the very back of the locker. She shook her head disapprovingly and opened the note.

'Sorry how things ended at the party. Unblock my number let's talk in person. - Troy'

Sawyer laughed to herself and took the stuff out of her locker, making her way to the trash bin.

She threw away the card, and flowers, they looked like some of them were already dying.

Sawyer went back to her locker placing some books and papers inside, before locking it back up.

She made her way towards Troys locker. He was surrounded by his friends. As Sawyer approached they all quickly got the hint and walked away.

Troys face lit up and he quickly pulled Sawyer into a hug. She just stood not hugging him back.

She then pulled away and looked up at him. He sure did look happy to see her.

Before Sawyer could speak Troy decided to.

"I want to apologize for the way I acted at the party. What you said was completely true and I shouldn't change the way I treat you when my friends are around." Troy apologized, placing one of his hands on Sawyer's shoulders as her eyes glanced down at his hand then back up to his face that had an apologetic expression.

"I didn't come over here for that." Sawyer simply let out.

"Oh.." Troys eyes softened when he heard her voice.

"Everybody knows I hate dark chocolate." She handed him the candy.

"That's all they had left." Troy clearly lied. He just grabbed the first thing he saw.

"That's fine you keep it." Sawyer calmly spoke.

"What? so that's it?" Troy aggressively let out.

"Yes Troy, I'm done. I appreciate the apology but I can't do this anymore." Sawyer glanced into Troys eyes, "it'll be better for us both."

"But.. Baby come on." Troy put both hands on her waist, "Don't do me like that."

"You shouldn't have done me how you did, but you still did it." Sawyer took his hands off her waist and took a step back.

The bell for second period rang.

Without another word Sawyer walked away, making her way to AP biology.

       Kat sat at the end of the table Sawyer sat on the left of her. A few minutes later a boy came and sat on the other side of Kat.

"Hey, I'm Ethan." The boy introduced himself, to the two girls who were fixated on their phones barley egnologing his presence.

"Please don't be a mass shooter." Kat giggled, while Sawyer frowned her eyebrows in confusion not finding Kat's joke very funny.

"What?" Ethan made a line with his lips, also becoming confused.

"Sorry, it's just, like, the first thing that came to mind." Kat awkwardly laughed.

"Oh, my God. Am I giving off shooter vibes?" Ethan let out a small dramatic gasp as he looked at him self, Sawyer slightly shifted her attention from her phone to look at Ethan but she quickly looked back down at her phone.

The teacher soon came in and introduced himself to the class, greeting them and doing the usual first day speech, explaining how the class would work.

Sawyer partly listened but she felt weird. Like someone was watching her. She glanced up from her phone, frowning her face and looked around the room, finally spotting Ashtray glaring at her from a few seats behind her.

"The fuck are you lookin at."Sawyer knitted her eye brows together, waiting for a response but instead Ashtray just scoffed and looked away.

Sawyer didn't think too much of it so she just turned back around and looked back to her phone, but she still felt his cold stares.

      Once the bell rang and the period ended, Sawyer slowly stood up grabbing her tote bag and lazily tossing the strap over her shoulder before standing up.

She pushed in her chair and lightly jumped at the sight of Ashtray standing at her desk.

"Um yes?"

Ashtray didn't say anything though. He just scanned Sawyer with his deep brown eyes before leaving the class.

Sawyer lightly chuckled, rolling her eyes before walking out of the classroom into the hall way.

Sawyer began walking towards the restroom. Just as she was about to open the door it flew open and Lexi came storming out.

"Hey Lex." Sawyer lightly smiled at her, quickly realizing Lexi's saddened facial expression,"Are you good?"

"Yeah, i'm good. I just have to get to class." Lexi broke a fake smile before quickly speed walking off.

"Oh Ok-" Sawyer shrugged and walked into the bathroom, "What are you doing in here?" she frowned as she saw Rue jump a bit, before realizing it was her sister that had walked inside.

"Uh Nothin." Rue muttered, wiping her nose and quickly walked out of the bathroom, putting her hands in her pockets and her hoodie over her head.

After Sawyer used the restroom she made her way to the hallway and noticed Kat standing offly close to Troy.

Sawyer frowned a quickly took a picture sending it to Brianna.
