Lightning cracked in the sky as on the Manhattan bridge,Peter was pinned down by debree as Doc Oct loomed over him holding a small golden box and a smug victorious look on his face."You failed Spider-Man!! The box is mine!!" Oct yelled victoriously into the sky "New York will be powerless to stop me!!"."Hey!". A thwip nose was heard as Oct turned around and saw a small child in a spider man consume looking at him."Get every single one of your hands off him!!"." Ha!Who are you?" Oct said with a sinister chuckle as he looked at the boy."I'm his sidekick! Spider-Bite! And I wouldn't be laughing if I were you!"."This is ridiculous! What are you,eight?" Oct said while chuckling."Eight? Eight!?" Spider Bite asked offended before he jumped up and grabbed one of Oct's metal appendages and swung himself around landing at the man's side and punching him "I'm nine and a half!".

Oct fell back and growled as Spider-Bite tried to rip his metal appendages off."DRACO!!" The man yelled as the sound of wings were heard."Draco? Spider-Bite! Behind you!" Peter yelled as Blackie Draco the new Vulture flew in and grabbed Oct as the two flew off."NO! They have the box!" The young boy yelled as Vulture and Oct flew to the train tracks and landed on top of the train and forced their way in as Spider-Bite watched "They're getting on the train!"."That's unexpected,I never knew big time supervillains use public transportation" Peter quipped as he was still under the debree "And it's okay kid,we'll catch them....as soon as I get out of here...". The wallcrawler groaned as he tried to free himself but only caused the debree to pin him down to the ground even more."Okay,I'm not going anywhere" Peter said as he laid down on the ground "a little help?". Spider-Bite landed in front of him and looked at the debree."I..I don't think I can lift it" The boy said in a normal tone as Peter looked at him."Sure you can. You're stronger than you think you. We all are. Now Together!". The duo than both started to lift the debree and threw it into the water below.The duo first bumped "Thanks Spider-Bite. Do you need to rest or-?"."No way. I'm good" The boy said before the two started to swing after the train "Come on,we have a train to catch!".

The duo caught up to the train and entered it as they walked through the empty carts."You gonna tell me what's in that box?" Peter asked his sidekick as they walked through a cart as one person sat their reading a newspaper."I told you,its the heart of the city"."Could you be more specific?" Peter asked before the duo felt their spider sense go off "Spider sense"."You feel that too?"."Yeah,we're being hunted" Peter said as the duo turned around and saw Kraven before them ripping open the door."Karven!? My spider sense is still going off!"."Because the attack is also coming from behind" The wallcralwer said they turned back and saw Black Cat,Vulture, and Doc Oct holding the box "Clever girl"."Huh?"."Velociraptors? Oh man" Peter said as the duo got into a fighting stance "You're two young to get that reference,aren't you?". The train than stopped as the doors slid opened."Now arriving at Grand Central Station". The villians rushed out the door as the duo chased after them into grand central station before stopping."You've got to be kidding me" Peter muttered as before them on his glider stood Norman Osborn,the first Green Goblin in his battle armor and Mysterio."Green Goblin!?" Spider Bite yelled as Peter looked at his six enemies."What is this? The sinister six?" Peter asked as Mysterio moved his hands up as mist flew around them."Wrong Wall Crawler!" Goblin yelled I present-".The illusion dropped as before the duo stood all of Peter's rouges."THE SINISTER SIXTY!" The goblin yelled as the duo looked at the rogues and spilt up each taking down them down with ease before the Goblin only stood. The duo both uppercut the Goblin as he fell back before Peter grabbed him by the collar."Alright Norman! I don't know how you put this all together" Peter said as Norman laughed."Me?! I'm not the mastermind here!"."Than who?" Spider-Bite asked as he looked at his partner."Up here!". The duo looked up as they saw Stiltman before them holding the box."Stiltman? This has been put together by Stiltman?" Peter asked confused."I wouldn't underestimate Stiltman" Spider Bite said as Stiltman started to make his escape."Please,he has the proportional powers of a man on stilts" Peter quipped."He has the box and he's running!" Spider-Bite said as Stiltman busted open a window and left grand central station as the spider's followed him into the city as it looked to be made of cardboard buildings and the sky seemed to be drawn in as Stiltman walked around the city and over a cardboard skyscraper."He's never been this tall before"."He must of had an upgrade" Spider-Bite quipped as the duo wrapped around Stiltman's legs with their webbing."Well,the taller they are-"."The harder they fall!" Spider-bite yelled as the duo pulled the webbing making Stiltman crash into a cardboard building while Spider Bite caught the box.

The duo than swung to a nearby building as Spider-Bite held the box close and walked to the edge of the roof."I can't believe it came down to Stilt Man"."Why? He's one of your greatest foes" Spider-Bite said as he sat at the edge of the building."Do you only think that because he's tall?"."...Maybe" The boy said as Peter sat next to him"I am short"."You're not short. You're nine and a half,it comes with the territory. You'll grow"."I hope so.." the boy said a bit sadly as the duo remained in silence for a bit before Peter pointed to the box."So,what's in the box? What can New York not do without it?"."Its um..." The boy than opened the box and pulled out a Spider-Man action figure "it's you".

Peter gave a smile underneath his mask as he looked at his sidekick."Do you have this one?" Spider-Bite asked as he looked at Peter."You think I collect my own action figures?"."Of course!" The boy said excidelty as Peter's lenses changed to a soft expression."Yeah. Okay,I do. Don't tell anyone". The wallcralwer looked at the action figure in his hands as the boy watched him."But I don't really taken them out of the box"."What a waste" The boy quipped looking at Peter making him chuckle softly."Man,I wish i actually had this many points of articulation,it would be really useful. Also does my head really look that big?"." I think it's the eyes" Spider-Bite said chuckling before he started to cough."You okay?"." Yeah,I'm just-" the boy let out another cough as Peter frowned and lifted his mask."Let's get that mask off"."But what about my secret identity?" The boy protested as Peter lifted his mask."It's alright,we saved the whole world--".Reality set in as Peter sat on top of lockers with a small boy wearing a spider man costume as a a group of nurses dressed as the rouges stood before them."...I think that's enough adventure"."Aww" the boy said with a disappointed tone

"Come on Nathan" Peter said as he jumped down as he picked up the boy to bring him down "Stiltman,you right with him?"."I think I'll manage,thank you". Peter handed the boy to the Stiltman actor as Nathan smiled."You were a great Stiltman,Dad" The boy said happily making the man smiled."Thanks,I've always aspired to be more formidable by being able to reach things on highshevles" "He uh" Peter said to one of the nurses "He may have bruised his elbow a bit between battling Doc Oct and saving the city"."Small price to pay" Nathan's mother said as his father placed him on the hospital bed."There were a bunch of continuity errors and plot holes,mom. But I fought the sinister sixty!"."My hero" His mother said with a smile "now I think its time for bed"."But I'm not tired"."Come on,even heroes need rest" Nathan's mother said before she looked at Peter "Right,Spider-Man?"."Absolutely" Peter said "Saving the city is exhausting"

"I DON'T WANT TO GO TO BED!" Nathan shouted as everyone looked at him "I'm sorry! I'm sorry! I didn't mean to ruin it,i"."You didn't ruin anything. It's okay,its more than okay" Peter said he placed a hand on the boy's shoulder "I had a great day. That was one of the best team ups I ever had"."Could we have a word with you?" Nathan's dad asked as Peter looked at him."Sure". They all started to head to the door as Nathan sat on the bed."Will you come back? Will you say goodbye?"."Of course! I'm not just going to walk away from my partner".

The wallcralwer and parents walked out the room and closed the door as they began to talk."Thank you so much" Nathan's father said as him and his wife shook Peter's hand "all he wanted was to be Spider-Man for a day. You...you made that come true in a way we couldn't imagine...I'm sorry for his outburst"."Don't worry about it,he's a great kid. And hey,no one wants to go bed when they're having fun". Its not that he...ah..." Nathan's  mother said she looked down."He's worried that he won't get up again" Nathan's father finished.Nathan sat on his bed as he looked at his mask while Peter watched him."Does he have a coat?"."What?" Nathan's mother said a bit confused."A coat? Something warm"."Yeah?" The woman said a bit confused on why the wallcrawler was asking for a coat. A few seconds later Peter walked into Nathan's room."Hey,Nathan"."I'm sorry for yelling" the boy said sheepishly and embarrassed as he looked at the wall crawler "You've been amazing and-"."Don't worry about it. You liked being Spider-Man for a day?"."Yeah,it was awesome!" Nathan said happily as he smiled widely."Good,'cause here's the thing-Your day's not over".Peter swung through the city holding Nathan in his arms as the sun was setting and a huge smile planted on the boy's face as he was having the best day ever.
