Prologue
Claudette smiled fondly at the young child,Marcie.
"Do you think Jason went to heaven?"Marcie asked, her brown hair spilling around her white pillow.A twinge of guilt sliced through the woman's soul as she remembered the fact that Jason Voorhes' death a year earlier was her fault.
"Yes.Who told you about Jason?"she swallowed a sob.
"Barry. He told me Jason was a retard," Marcie blinked, her green eyes batting open and closed.
"Really?Goodnight,Marcie," Claudette stroked her niece's hair. The seven-year-old giggled and nodded, closing her eyes and resting for a long slumber.
Horrified, the blonde woman stood up,walking to the door of the cabin.Creaking quietly, the wooden door opened. She stepped outside, crickets chirping and frogs ribbiting.Ferns sprawled over the edges of the dirt track as she closed the door.
Giggling and animalistic grunts slipped into Claudette's ear.Curious, she investigated the noise, discovering the source of the noise coming from the barn roof. The blonde woman gasped in horror as she heard her boss,Maryann, moaning Barry's name.
Both of them screamed.Gurgling noises filled the air before a loud thud announced something had just happened.
Terrified,Claudette stepped into the barn.Lamplight bathed everything in bright orange-yellow.Including Barry and Maryann.
"BARRY?YOU'RE CHEATING ON ME?"Claudette cried, tears threatening to prick in her eyes. Her boss' hand fell to the side, blood dripping down it.
"NO!"she screamed, backing away from the couple. Both corpses toppled to the ground, covered in blood and sweat.Marcie and a few others rushed outside.
