Short summary of whats going on is the lemon demon made a virus making all characters corrupted. Thats basically all i know.

Pico stands there out of breath after his 2nd song.
He almost did it, he almost saved them...only for them to get dragged back into corruption, the virus that infected the world was to powerful for even strong wielded minds like them.

Pico can feel the dark infection crawl on his skin, he had enough time for one more attempt. The corruption had spread fast as only his right arm and right side of his face remains normal, the rest was covered in the sickness.
He can feel his left hand shake struggling to keep control and keep the gun in its blood covered hand, the most unsettling part to pico was that the infection does not hurt, it only makes him feel numb and cold like the entire left side of his body was laying in a tub of ice water.

He hated it...

Seeing keith and jane in front of him fully consumed by the corruption made his heart hurt...his friends suffering on the inside as they no longer have control. He doesn't even recognize them anymore...
His grip tightens on the mic in his right hand and takes a deep breath for his final song.

Even his best wasn't enough. He had lost.
He no longer had the strength to sing anymore as his throat became sore.

The corruption had started to cover his right hand and go up his arm, it makes him shudder.
He thought about his friends and what else he had left, after what happened in the past keith and jane was all he had... Looking at keith that stands before him, staring with a unsettling toothy grin and souless eyes.
Pico started to feel his heart ache and the feeling he never felt in a long time creeped up on him... Fear.

Without a care his now both infection and blood covered hands dropped his gun and mic, with shaking hands and weak knees he slowly makes his way to keith. The thought that all this will be his end makes him so terrified, he didn't even realising he is crying with his normal eye shedding normal tears while the other one cries crimson.
Before the corrupted keith showing any reaction pico gets close enough to wrap his arms around him in a hug, no longer caring about how weak he looks or seems...he just wants comfort.

"I-im sorry keith..." Pico spoke with a shakey breath, his voice slightly horse by how much he sang today "i tried so hard...." He continued, the corruption taking up almost his entire face now which only makes his grip a tad tighter.
"I failed..." He choked out, jane was like a sister to him and keith even if he was picos ex and has moved on to date jane...he still loved him.
"Im sorry..." He sobbed, he felt keith move but only a slight twitch.

In picos final moments he keeps his arms around keith as he just stands there still as a statue, he did not even want to look at jane, picos heart would not handle it anymore.
As he felt the infection cover his eye he closed them both and braced himself for what will happen, he completely felt numb and no longer felt anything at all.

Pico was swallowed by the corruption...
